This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 8 if children are included. It cannot host more than 6 adults. This applies 24/7. The 2 guest rooms (upstairs) include a California King plush mattress & a queen size bed. The 3 full bathrooms have been beautifully remodeled with glass, tile, & granite. The master bath includes a shower with a custom glass design that you will never forget. The 2nd upstairs hall bath features a convenient walk-in shower, shared by the upstairs guest bedrooms. The full bath downstairs has a tub/shower combo. Bring your boat! The private boat dock can accommodate 1 boat up to 30’ and another up to 24'. Plus, you have access to the private amenities in the Tahoe Keys including the marina and restaurant, a year-round indoor lap pool, outdoor pool, private beach and pier, basketball & tennis courts, kids play area, & volleyball courts. Note: Use of the Tahoe Keys amenities requires the purchase of a daily or weekly pass. The fee can be paid during your visit at the TKPOA office. The backyard fire pit is decorative & not safe for use. Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s). This home does not have air conditioning. Wonderful home to stay for the month of September. Comfortable furniture/beds and lots of seating available inside and outside. Management company kept in touch and assisted immediately with any issue or question. Kitchen supplied to be able to prepare family meals. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful outdoor space.

We really enjoyed our second visit to Tahoe Awesomeness. Once again the house was very clean, well taken care of, and fully stocked. We love the location and would highly recommend this property. We appreciated that RnR gave us a credit since we were unable to use the hot tub due to the emergency water order Tahoe Keys implemented. It was nice we didn't have to request a credit, but that is was proactively provided. Great service and communication from RnR!

Cons- We were very disappointed with the upkeep of the backyard. The advertised picture of the backyard is very misleading. Yes, we know the flowers only bloom in season but the grass, bushes and weeds were bad. There’s also a ant problem in the backyard . We avoided sitting back there most of our trip and that was disappointing because we were really looking forward to sitting by the lake.
The hot tub situation, although we were partially refunded, it is still a huge disappointment. We specifically chose this house because of it.

Amazing house on the water!
I would highly recommend this house to a group looking to have a good time in South Lake Tahoe. The house was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking supplies needed. Great view to the marina. Lots of room for sitting and hanging out. We had a small issue with the master toilet at it was responded to and solved right away. We would love to come back very soon to enjoy this place again.

I love awesomeness
This property is absolutely amazing!! My family and I have a wonderful time here. The house is large enough for a family of 5 to comfortable hang while being snowed in. The hot tub was a hit for the kids. The house also has everything you could imagine to use in the kitchen which was perfect for us.

We enjoyed our stay at this place, however we will probably not be back. First of all, they allow dogs, yet they have SO many rules regarding dogs at the house that we will just look for another place that allows dogs. I have never rented a house with so many restrictions. You might as well just say no dogs. 1. Dogs aren’t allowed on the couches or beds. If hair is found on any, the charge $60 per hour to clean it. (We already pay a pet deposit plus a cleaning fee which should cover this.) We spent our time cleaning hair around the house just out of paranoia when we already paid $$ to have them clean. 2. If you leave the house, you have to crate your dog otherwise they will charge $500 on first offense. Just don’t allow dogs in your house if this is an issue. It’s a little much.
Upon our arrival, there was a ton of dog poop in the backyard left from the people before us. We spent our vacation time cleaning up this mess because we didn’t want to be held responsible for it.
As I was using a lint remover to take off hair on our master bedroom top cover, I was pulling up black dog hair on the roller. Our dog is blonde. That was disgusting. Not clean.
The master bedroom is beautiful, I must say, but the rest of the house is dark and closed in.
The heater stopped working in the middle of the night- we called after hours at 1 am and no one answered. We also emailed. The next day, they gave us a different number listed on their app. We had an infant and had to bundle her up more just to sleep through the cold. It was very annoying. They wanted to mitigate the problem by giving us space heaters, but it’s unsafe to sleep with space heaters on. It’s a fire hazard.
The hot water stopped working just after 2 uses. Had to wait a while for it to kick back on.
The knives in the kitchen were dull- could barely cut a tomato in half.

Awesome home
The name says it all: Tahoe awesomeness. If you close your eyes and think of a modern cabin, with brand new appliances, on the water with a hot tub, and sleek fireplaces, covered in snow on a beautiful mountain, this is it.
We came from Florida and loved it. Close to everything downtown South Lake Tahoe, close to restaurants, and right on water that leads to the lake itself.
Check in was super easy. The place was perfect for my family and I. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

Our adult family of four enjoyed our stay and we would certainly rent it again. Next time I would bring my own towels - they are a little stingy with towels. Otherwise the house had everything we needed. The BBQ was dirty when we got there, but after I called the manager they came out and cleaned it. The spa was a little disappointing. Only one jet worked. Would still go back. The beds were very comfortable. The location is close to hiking and Camp Richardson, where we like to hang out and rent all kinds of water crafts.

We all really enjoyed our stay. We loved the layout of the home and the dock and grounds were perfect for our needs. We really like the fact that it was pet friendly and had plenty of fenced area for our dog. The only negative was that they were doing construction next door,which started at 8am and the day prior to leaving was spent mostly indoors due to all the racket from the jack hammer to the rototiller.We could not enjoy the back yard until after 5 p.m.

This home was very clean upon our arrival. Very well appointed with everything you need! We had a small problem with an invasion of carpenter ants but the problem was handled quickly and effectively. Have already booked again for next season!
