Ww love how it was close to the Savannah international convention center and west river street. The property reminded me of downtown Philly where I’m from. The rooms was nice, big and comfortable. The kitchen was awesome.

The beds could have been a little softer and more lighting would have helped. The toilet was constantly running.

Our initial room was not clean or ready when we arrived after 4 pm. The host moved us to another unit, so it worked out.

It was a second floor (19 steps) not disclosure prior to booking. There is no secondary egress in case of evacuation. Beds and couch very hard word plush does not apply here. Tv way to high on wall for comfort.

No toilet paper; no shampoo and conditioner; missing sheets and pillows for the sofa beds when we first arrived. one chair w a broken leg that my friend also fell while sitting down by the table. We called the contact when we first checked in and was promised to be delivered in 45 min and no show for 2 hours that we had to call again late at night. Issued were later resolved after we complained hard.

The location was nice. Location was very clean. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking in the are.

Parking was an issue. Someone hit the front of my car and drove off. Couldn't park in front of the house so we did have to walk in the rain.

The location is perfect, the house and rooms nice. The typical veranda is very nice to have breakfast or dinner… AC works good!

Could have been cleaner (floor was kind of dirty). 2 of 5 chairs were broken, kitchen stuff (glasses, plates) not enough for the size of cottage.

It is a very quiet neighborhood and the townhome was easy to find, and incredibly charming with a modern touch in how it is decorated. The master is very spacious. We loved it and would stay again.

Unit B is on the second floor and so there are +10 steps to get to the unit however once upstairs, everything is on one floor. It says the property is .4 from Forsythe Park but it is a bit farther I think. Also, it is farther from City Market and/or River Street...not walking distance.

The beds were very comfortable. The decor was very well done and the kitchen had everything we needed. WiFi was strong. It is a very nice place in a nice area. Very close to a grocery store. Upon entering we were very impressed. Very charming place. I don’t think the pictures do it justice. Would love to learn the history of the place. Lots of space for a small family of 3. The main bedroom and living room each had smart/Roku TVs so some good entertainment options. Did I mention the WiFi was strong? The front patio was huge. Also, upon reflection, the parking was really good. Outside of one day, we could park in front of the apartment. The rest of the time we were able to park in the back in a spot. Apparently this is very rare to find.

The dishwasher was not working. However, after communication with the host they quickly worked to fix the situation. It didn’t bother us too much as we just hand washed the little amount of dishes we used. The chairs at the table just need to have the legs tightened. They were wobbly. Location is in downtown Savannah, but if you are planning on walking, it will be about 25-30 min walk to get to River St and other things. Not a dislike but just a note. Driving takes its toll especially when you are having to pay for parking everywhere. Not really something that we didn’t like but worth mentioning. The stairs can be a beast. Keep that in mind, if you have a lot of luggage. You’ll get a good workout, to say the least.

We enjoyed the beauty of living in historic Savannah’s, and had a car to get around. The space was very clean and comfortable. The owner was constantly in touch, checking in with us and sent a new coffee machine the next day, when I realized there wasn’t one. We also had good neighbors who my wife enjoyed sharing the porch with, during her peaceful morning out there. There were little personal care pouches in both rooms, which were a nice touch.

If you could add an exhaust slot in the window for the Ac in the Master bedroom was. There was no slot for thr portable AC

Great location, spacious apartment, nicely updated, great location to Forsythe park, quiet neighborhood, easy parking, huge rooms. Loved the apartment.

Beds were a bit hard. Sheets were microfiber which we don't like and the beds needed a mattress cover underneath them. Rug in living area was stained, but I imagine that is hard to keep clean between guests.
