Very comfortable and spacious apartment in awesome Trastevere and also quite close to central historical sites. Well equipped and practical. Great beds, perfect water pressure, and easy to use Miele washer and drier. Quiet neighborhood, zero outside noise at night.

We stayed starting on New Years Day. After being in Italy at different locations for the last couple weeks we all agreed that Luca’s place was the best we stayed at during our stay. We had 6 with us, 2 adults and 4 kids. It was strategically located in Trastevere. Luca was an amazing host and very responsive. The place was spacious, safe and grand. It was super nice to have a washer and dryer and plenty of room to spread out. I’d love to come back. Thanks again for being an amazing host. If again in Rome, we’ll definitely try and find this place again.

The major pros are … location. It’s a 20 min walk to major sights but we loved the walk everyday…location is a vibrant neighborhood away from the core tourist zone but close enough….Amazing pubs & restaurants close. Grocery stores close. Traverna 51 was a local favourite and Ercolie right behind the apartment. Most comfortable beds and nice bedrooms. Kind and fantastic property manager.
Toilet was touchy and power lost only in our apartment in building on the last day. We did receive compensation for power loss which was kind.
I can live with the power and toilet.issues. My one issue … couches in living room need to be replaced. Felt old and dirty and uncomfortable …. We had to cover them with sheets to feel like we could sit on them … which made it feel like university dorm living. Aside from couch issues it is an amazing location with a very kind manager and most comfortable beds we had on trip!

Apartment was spacious and elegant. Kitchen is modern and nicely equipped. Bedrooms were ample in size and comfortable with quality linens. The location provides easy access to the city, local restaurants, and shops. The unit is located on a busy street yet the quality windows were able to maintain a quiet environment within.
The host was exceptional in his availabilty to assist with various questions and provide local resources. This proved to be a huge bonus for our travel needs.

Lovely property in vibrant Trastevere. Nice area for great bars and restaurants and a short walk across the river to the gorgeous sites of Rome. Mini market next door and a lovely little cafe down the first right road for a great coffee and breakfast pastries. Can recommend Otello restaurant 5 mins walk away.
Property very secure with a lift to the 3rd floor. Apartment huge. Lovely decor and all conveniences included for our stay. Very comfortable beds in 3 large bedrooms. Much needed air con for a hot autumn weekend. Luca was a great host and answered all queries promptly. He arranged a private transfer from the airport and drivers arrived promptly, although for full transparency, a taxi would have been half the price, however, it was convenient and reliable to not have to find a taxi for our return to the airport so we didn’t mind paying. We will hopefully return one day. Thank you

Nice, large and clean apartment. In a great location, close to restaurants, attractions, and bustling nightlife on the banks of the Tiber River. Good sized rooms, although the living room furnishings are in need of replacing…couch was way too low and cushions were flat and uncomfortable on both sofas. North American guests need to bring electrical adapters and charging outlets. Also, only coffee maker is a Moka—no drip coffee, filters or large coffee pots available. I know, “when in Rome”.
Would have been nice to have a welcoming instruction/information sheet with local suggestions and taxi phone numbers. Book golf cart excursions! Well informed guides and a nice way to see many attractions in a short amount of time.

This apartment is fantastic! Tastefully decorated with very comfortable beds and furniture. It is quite roomy and a wonderful place to relax in. I loved having the washer and drier, which worked well and enjoyed the large well-equipped kitchen. Although we did not cook very often because the apartment is in Trastevere, the best place to be! This neighborhood has the best restaurants and it’s just beautiful to wander about. The location could not be better. From the apartment, everything you will want to see in Rome is within walking distance. Also, our host Luca, was so helpful! He arranged our transportation from the airport and quickly responded to any questions I had. Thank you, Luca!
We spent nine perfect nights in this delightful apartment! We cannot wait to return to Rome and will stay in this apartment again!

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The location was perfect: multiple authentic restaurants and bars within blocks, 15-30 walks most historical sites of interest, easy access to the building with a electric key pad and elevator. Luca was extremely attentive and went above and beyond. When my husband accidently left his wedding ring at the house, he was able to find it and mail it back.

We spent 5 nights here and met up with our daughter who was studying in Rome. The place was safe, spacious, comfortable and surrounded by wonderful restaurants. The rental is close to transportation which makes it easy to get around.
Luca was an amazing host as well. He arranged transportation for us from the airport and met us when we arrived at the apartment.
I highly recommend this apartment.

Luca was very helpful and communicative, efficiently organising our taxi transfers and key collection, even though our flights were delayed on the day.
Trastevere itself is a wonderful maze to explore with lots of brilliant cafes and restaurants. It is also a great base for discovering the rest of Rome.
The apartment was spacious and well laid out for a family of 4, with one bedroom separate to the othe 2 which suited us and our boys (12 and 10).
All said an excellent experience and a good holiday.

Our apartment in Trastevere was the perfect location for experiencing all Rome has to offer. The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated. We walked to every attraction in Rome and enjoyed our evenings in the quaint alleys near our apartment. We definitely recommend this property and thank Luca for his wonderful hospitality!

We stayed here for a week with our friend and it was truly amazing. Everything was perfectly maintained and the apartment contains everything you need to make yourself at home. I really can't say enough about this place. If you're looking for a lovely home away from home, please choose this place.

This very large 3 bed, 3 bath apartment was clean, quiet, and in an amazingly good location - walkable to all the major sites in Rome, and only a block or two walk to amazing food, shops, and nightlife. Luca was a great host - even arranging airport limo pickup. The apartment was large and very well equipped - with AC and even a dryer (a true rarity in Rome). Highly recommended.

The location, check-in process, security of the unit, and the space was great. Things that threw us a little, the third bathroom is minuscule. There also was only sheets the bed, and we really would have liked a light weight comforter.
A great find was the little deli and restaurant off the back alley.

Lovely stay here with 4 adult children. Hosts really helpful about apartment and local area. 1 min from a bus stop and an amazing bakery. If I return to Rome I will come back here. Stunning decor, clean and well equipped.

Luca was very helpful when checking in. The apartment was very spacious and the air conditioning was great as the weather in Rome was very hot.
There are lots of restaurants nearby in the narrow surrounding streets which have a lovely atmosphere.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We absolutely love this property. The location was central to many historic sites, and made visiting these sites very easy. During a very hot summer in Rome, the property had great air conditioning and facilities. Luca was also a great host, and in many ways, served as our concierge. Thanks Luca for an amazing stay! We wiould definitely come back!!!!

Lovely apartment, fantastic location, and awesome communication with the owner/manager. Loved the fact that it was air-conditioned and there was both a washer AND dryer for laundry. Would definitely stay here again the next time we're in Rome. Thank you so much!

Looks just like the photos really lovely and spacious. Had everything we needed and was so relaxing. Double glazing amazing - didn't hear a thing apart from the odd ambulance siren.
Great position bus stop and tram outside the door virtually and walking into Rome very easy. Cross over the road when you leave the apartment block and lots of lovely restaurants and bars and tourists to be had - go behind the apartment block and lots of lovely restaurants and bars and locals! It’s nice to have the option

This apratment was absolutely beautiful, well kept, spacious and comfortable! It allowed room for 4 people to spread out and enjoy the space, and sleep comfortably. Located in the heart of the lively Trastevere neighborhood , it is walking distance to several restaurants, bars, and shops. Public transpotation is easy, but we preferred to walk only 20 minutes to the Roman Forum and Colosseum. This apartment is a gem, and we cannot wait to revisit soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We have rented several apartments in Trastevere over the years, and this is by far the most impressive, convenient, immaculate, beautiful property we have ever stayed in. It is spacious, airy, with interesting view from all windows, relatively quiet given its location (the triple paned windows really worked). The location is perfect for access to the tram, bus lines, and easily within walking distance to the other neighborhoods and tourist sights. Anything you might need during your stay is right there--grocery stores, many eateries ranging from simple trattorie to fancier restaurants, atms etc. What we enjoyed most during our 9 day stay was that we felt like we were part of an authentic, not touristic, neighborhood. Luca was such a helpful host, communication and arrangement of check in were flawless. I still can't get over the beautiful draperies and chandeliers---the apartment is even more gorgeous than the pictures reveal. When we return to Rome we definitely will stay here again. Our only small gripe is that the sofa in the living room was a bit uncomfortable, but the beds were perfect!
