2 blocks to Vatican Museum entrance. Safe area, many close bars/restaurants. Very walkable. Get your legs in shape, lots of walking in Rome. Cabs will be a guaranteed amusement ride. Apartment has 4 baths 3 private bedrooms plus there is a sleeper unit in living room. Small 2 butt kitchen that is very well equipped. The owner/managers are excellent and arranged our pick at the airport and 5 days later our transfer to the cruise terminal. Comfortable large apartment for a reasonable. There were 3 adult/senior couples and we never felt crowded.

Fab property. Clean, comfortable and a great place if you have teens - lots of rooms and bathrooms! Easy links to the main attractions, Vatican easily walkable and the area felt safe at night.

Very spacious and very clean apartment one block from the metro stop. Very safe neighborhood full of nice cafes, restaurants, and a small grocery store a block away. Owner was terrific and arranged transportation to and from airport, which was very helpful. Loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The wash machine was handy especially because we were there during the hottest week in history.

Wonderful apartment close to transit, restaurants and the Vatican. Excellent place for my family to set up camp for a long trip to Rome. Cab fares to some of the less transit-friendly neighborhoods (Trastevere) were reasonable and taxis were easy to get. Great amenities like a washer and air conditioning. Nice balcony. Easy check in.

Sylvia met us for "check in" and was wonderful with paperwork and explanation of rules. She was not familiar with the neighborhood, so she could only read the book of recommendations for restaurants/cafes and mini mart. The apartment was beautiful!! The issue was the comfort of the beds (very hard) and water temperature. All bathrooms were utilized (7 people) and everyone had issues with being able to adjust water temperature in the shower -- either scolding hot or freezing cold. We actually had to mentally prepare to take a shower. Crazy! We stayed in two other VRBOs during our Italian vacation and never had an issue. I would be concerned if young children were staying in the apartment.

The place was amazing and very well stock. Very close to the Vatican. Host met us early and allowed us to store our bags so we did not have to pay a baggage fee at the train station. Couldn't have asked for a better host location or place!

Great place to stay. If you don’t speak Italian knowing exact where it’s located is an issue. I recommend asking the host to get a driver for you from the airport. The beds we’re comfortable and everything was clean. They don’t supply bath cloths/ face cloths so if you’re accustomed to using one you should take your own. The washer/ dryer combo was confusing. If the host would just print instructions it would be easier. The area was great. A pharmacy and many coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery store nearby. You just have to take a taxi to the tourist sites. Just get ready to spend a lot of money on taxis.

Just perfect, the ideal place to stay for a family visit to Rome. Clean, bright, functional, spacious and silent. Bedding in good condition and heating/aircon in every bedroom/living room. Great location close to the metro, in a residential neighbourhood with all conveniences.

Communication was great! The place is huge! There are 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The place was very clean. The owner even set up a ride to the airport at 4 in the morning, very helpful!
My only complaint is that it wasn't clear to me that we needed to have €100 in cash when we arrived on top of the €100 for the city tax, that I did know about. So, be sure to bring a LOT of cash in euros to pay them when you get there.

This place met and exceeded all our hopes for a place to stay over the holiday. There were 5 adults staying here and we all felt comfy and cozy - the location is fantastic and the hosts were warm and helpful!

Don't hesitate, book immediately
I stayed here with 6 other girlfriends as a mini break while we studied abroad in the UK! Gordana was so kind and even allowed us to check in early! Not only is everything exactly like the pictures, but there are also extras! In the kitchen, there were tons of dishes and silverware. In the bathrooms, shampoo, conditioner, body wash! In the apartment, there are plenty of outlets too. Probably what quickly became our favorite part was the record player and the variety of records we could listen to while getting ready in the morning! The AC system was amazing after not having any in London for weeks. They also arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport the day we arrived and took us back the day we left! I can't say enough good things about our experience! There are two metro stations, one in either direction of the property, so easy to access many parts of Rome. Also, tons of local restaurants to eat at and shops if you realize your chargers won't work in Italy (aka all of us)! I would give it ten stars if I could!! <3
