We enjoyed the location. The location is center to just about everything. The only draw back was a one person elevator up to the fourth floor the stairs work very well.

The location was fantasic. We walked to the Coliseum, the Vatican, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain. Restaurants and Gelato stands were everwhere around the building.

This apartment had everything we needed including a small elevator to get our luggage to the top floor. Very nicely located to all the major attractions and fantastic restaurants. They provided an excellent guide to the rental and the surrounding opportunities. The host met us at the door, explained how everything worked and answered our questions. Exceeded our expectations.

The location is great. The check-in was fast and easy. Adriano was very kind and accommodative.
The place was clean but the furniture is too dated, i strongly recomend a refreshment because it makes the apartment look uncomfortable even though it was clean.

This apartment has a great location. It is literally in the middle of everything you need to see in Rome. There are markets, shops and restaurants right outside your door. Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain are nearby and we were able to walk everywhere. The apartment is on the older side but there’s plenty of room and two bathrooms plus a washer are nice features. The couch needs to be replaced. It really can’t be slept on. The staff is very accommodating, letting us check in early and arranging a car service for our early morning departure. We had a great stay in Rome!

Great location and perfect for our family. Kitchen was well-stocked with glasses, plates, and utensils and there was extra toilet paper provided. Great A/C and washer works well. Nice layout for the family. Host was very responsive, smooth check in, and they provided several helpful recommendations on the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location, nice restaurant, Acquisto, downstairs. Close to many tourist attractions. Very clean. Stefano from Stay in Rome apartments was very helpful at check in and also answered questions for us throughout stay. Would recommend to others.

The apartment was perfect for our family of five. It was clean, comfortable, and a great location. We used the property management company to arrange transportation from the airport, and it was easy and reasonably priced. The check-in process was smooth, even though we got in late. It was a great place!

Property had the best location! Walking distance to everywhere.
At night it was a little noisy.
It could have been a little more cleaner.
Washer did not work.

This location is really great and convenient walking distance to many beautiful sites like the Parthenon, Campi Fiore, and of course Piazza Navona. The bedroom windows are right over a restaurant that runs late -- till 1 or 2 in the morning -- so bring ear plugs or something if you're not a night owl. Two bedrooms are enclosed and one is a loft over the kitchen, so work well for families with kids. The management was wonderful about letting us check in early, and meeting up bright and early after our flight arrived. It was very clean. The bed was not the most comfortable mattress I've slept on, though, and the sofa was showing its age. Note that while there is a washer, there did not seem to be a dryer and we didn't see a clothes line for drying. Also, the hair dryer only ran about 20 seconds before cutting out. The building itself is a gorgeous old building with very high ceilings -- so walking up the 4 flights is really like walking up 6! But there is a small elevator if your feet are feeling tired. Overall a great value for a wonderful location, and management was great.

The apartment is in an excellent location to explore Rome. It was clean and the property manager was excellent in communication. A couple areas that could use attention are the kitchen and the sofa bed. The kitchen was said to be well stocked, however, there were only three utensils for cooking. The wine opener is broken and the refrigerator did not cool, the freezer works, but not the fridge. Also, the sofa is dirty and has some stains on it making us not wanting to sit on it. Overall, I would stay here again, but I would hope that the owner would make the kitchen more useable as when we vacation we do prepare some meals in the apartment for the ease of our family. And the sofa needs cleaned or replaced as does the bedding. The photos online are much nicer that the actual beddings.

Absolutely perfect location. Easy to walk to most places in Rome, or taxi pickup close by. A bit noisy but that is expected being close to the piazza. We loved waking up and waking in Piazza Navona after getting pastries downstairs. Some things to note: you will tire from the stairs and elevator only fits two people. Great if you are small group, not if you are large group, so be aware. Washing machine works but we didn’t have any instructions so found it hard to use. Air conditioning works well. Plenty of room and beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels. Netflix on the tv. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

What a perfect location and my teen was delighted by the cool loft that gave her private space while observing the family below. Beds were comfy and the washing machine with drying rack was much used. We had a great time.

This property is clean and depending on your budget and needs might be the right fit for you. We would not stay here again.
#1. This place is on the 4th floor and while there is an elevator, it is a 2 person elevator and can feel claustrophobic. We ended up taking the stairs many times. Also the elevator requires a key to use which can make transferring a large group (in our case 5) difficult.
#2. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom plus loft that can sleep 6. However, two people would be sleeping in the loft which is accessible by a spiral staircase which is great fun for kids, but might be a challenge for others.
#3. While you may not want to use the loft, the second bathroom and laundry washer are upstairs, so it may require you to go upstairs.
#4. The pictures are more artistically taken than what we saw. The place feels old with creaking doors and certain lights which flash all night since the bulb doesn't align with the electrical current.
#5. Unlike many other places we have checked into, this place needs to have someone there to greet you so that you have to time your arrival. If you 'miss' your time, it can be awhile before you can check in.
It is located in the the tourist area of Rome, but I don't believe there is any nearby subway line. We used taxis to get around.

Great Stay but the elevator is/was broken
Location is a 10, but getting the luggage to the unit was difficult without the elevator

The apartment is in a wonderful location to explore the city center of Rome and within a reasonable walk of the Vatican and Trastevere. The transfer from FCO, check in and communication throughout our stay was excellent. The apartment is in a charming building dating to the 1700’s but is nicely updated. There is a very small (2 person max) lift and air conditioning g which is very nice. The apartment could use a bit up sprucing up in terms of a deep cleaning and maybe a coat of paint, but overall I would definitely recommend this place because of the wonderful location and helpfulness of the staff.

The apartment is located few steps away from Piazza Navona, with charming views over Palazzo Altems and surroundings. We had a smooth and cheerful check in. We found out that bus n.70 is just cross the street, very convenient. The area has countless restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets, and is close to an amazing number of monuments, ruins, museums and churches of great interest. The apartment, on a 5th floor, has a tiny but useful elevator, is luminous and spaciousA bit noisy at night tough. We had some problema with the heating system, that did not work for the first two days.. The furniture should be' partly renovated. Overall experience was ok.

Location, location, location. Perfect apartment close to Piazza Navona with easy access to the Trevi Fountain, shopping, and restaurants. Buses and taxis are very close by. The apartment provided us with plenty of space and with a pretty view of a tower from one of the bedrooms. The apartment is somewhat loud but not surprising given the city location. There is a very small elevator and if you want to get a good workout, lots of steps up to the fourth floor location. All in all, a great location and value for a visit to Rome.

The Relax Apartment near Piazza Navona was a great place to set up "home base" during our family's trip to Rome. The apartment was clean and spacious, with easy sleeping for all 6 of us (and we didn't use the pull-out sofa bed). The building has a lift, but it's very tiny. And with its proximity across the street from Piazza Navona, there is a bit of evening noise, but that's the price for being "in the middle of it all." Close by the Castel Sant'Angelo, the Pantheon, and several amazing churches. Easy walking distance to the Vatican, the Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish Steps. We had an issue with the hot water, but Roberto and Alessia got it fixed right away (same day). Check-in was smooth and welcoming, and they gave us some flexibility on departure time. Overall, an excellent stay in a wonderful city.

Great location. Near bus stop t you can use to go to colosseum and forum. Also near taxi service. Great little restaurants right next door. Next door you can buy bus tickets. Located just steps from piazza Navona. Had to check in late because of flight delay. Host was accommodating to unforeseen event.

GREAT HOSTS!!
From the first enquiry until we left 12 nights later, Alessia was responsive to queries, made arrangements for activities and instilled confidence that our needs would be taken care of. What a great apartment. 2 good sized bedrooms with a large mezzanine gave the 3 of us our own space to relax at the end of each day. The lounge kitchen area were great for getting together to plan new outings and for communal dinners which the kitchen and large fridge allowed us to prepare. The 2 bathrooms were modern and water pressure and temperature fabulous! The washing machine was also well utilised. Location wise the apartment is situated a side street away from piazza Navona and walking distance to many sites including the Vatican. There were restaurants below and in every direction within steps of the building entrance. Supermarkets and Campo de Fiori market were nearby too. The bonus was the elevator as the apartments on the 4th floor but we only used it to get groceries and luggage up. This contributed toward our fitness levels too. It was wonderful opening the windows to fresh air but they also cut out a lot of noise at night when music, local dog barking and general people wandering home could otherwise be heard. Highly recommend this apartment and the add on service provided.
Many thanks to Alessia and Roberto for providing such a wonderful place for our 12 nights in Rome. From the first enquiry through to when we left we were looked after in every aspect. We appreciated the advice and arrangements you gave and made for us which also provided us with confidence and security during our stay. I will highly recommend you to other travellers. Diana
