Rent both condos for larger groups looking for privacy but wanting close proximity to one another. *A security deposit is required in the form of either a damage insurance policy or a $1,500.00 refundable deposit. ***** Early check ins and or late check out requests may be granted on a per booking basis and may be subject to additional fees at the time of booking. Last minute requests cannot be granted due to pre established cleaning and maintenance schedules. Guests who occupy any part of the property including the driveway prematurely without preauthorization from the home owner or property manager will be subject to a $ 250 fine. Guests will also be asked to vacate the property and return at check in time. Guests who check out after 10am  without preauthoriztion will be asked to vacate immediately and will be subject to a $ 250 fine. ****Crested Butte is a resort town, please note that when the Crested Butte Mountain Resort shuts down for the Spring shoulder Season, and again in the Fall, many of the shops, restaurants, and local businesses close down or operate under limited schedules. Refunds will not be granted to guests due to closure of any businesses in Crested Butte for any reason, as these events are out of our control.
