The free Mt. Express shuttle stops just up the road every 15 minutes for a 6 minute ride to the base area at Mt. Crested Butte. Park your vehicle in your own private spot, and enjoy all the hiking, biking, skiing, and relaxing that Crested Butte has to offer, just out your front door. This condo sleeps 4-6 in beds and features recent remodels and cozy furnishings! The living spaces have an open layout with a newer LCD Smart TV to stream all your favorites on Netflix or Amazon. Guests who occupy any part of the property including the driveway prematurely without preauthorization from the home owner or property manager will be subject to a $ 250 fine. Guests will also be asked to vacate the property and return at check in time. Guests who check out after 10am  without preauthorization will be asked to vacate immediately and will be subject to a $ 250 fine. ****Crested Butte is a resort town, please note that when the Crested Butte Mountain Resort shuts down for the Spring shoulder Season, and again in the Fall, many of the shops, restaurants, and local businesses close down or operate under limited schedules. Refunds will not be granted to guests due to closure of any businesses in Crested Butte for any reason, as these events are out of our control.
