Nestled in Leavenworth, this lovely condo for R 4,250 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Alpine View Haus on Main is on the second floor of the popular River Park Building in the heart of Leavenworth. The condo offers the most incredible unobstructed views of the Enchantment Mountains that are available. It's just two blocks from the heart of the city where unique shopping and restaurants abound. It overlooks the Wenatchee River as well as Blackbird Island Park. Wine tasting is a popular activity in town and well known Wineries are gathered on the outskirts of the town. Art in the Woods at the Sleeping Lady Resort and world class Rock Climbing offer a variety of fun. As does the new Roller Coaster on the side of a Mountain just as you enter Leavenworth. (As far as housekeeping information: We have the only parking garage in Leavenworth and we have the convenience of an elevator. Great communication with owner, very prompt with texts. Her property is located one block from downtown, and is a beautifully decorated condo. The beds are quality mattress’s that are very comfortable as well. The garage parking was great during bad weather, and gave a level of protection during a high volume weekend. I would definitely recommend staying here, and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect location! Almost everything is walkable for this lovely little town. Not only is the town close by but so is the walking trail, which is right outside the condo would definitely stay here again!

We had the best time staying here. The condo was super clean and stocked with everything you might need. You can walk to everything. We didn’t use our car once during the whole stay. The views from the balcony are amazing. We had family in Marti’s other unit and we loved gathering playing games at night and cooking dinner together. We definitely will be back.

The condo was super convenient to shopping, restaurants, and nature hikes. It was clean, spacious, and looked like the pictures. But some furnishings are worn (ragged rug on deck, nightstands in rough shape, some carpet stains). For us, the location was worth the lack of updating. We loved leaving the car in the parking garage and walking everywhere. Finding the correct doors and codes was confusing and to enter the garage you need to leave the car, go in, and manually open it. We figured it out, but it was a little challenging!

By far this property is situated in probably the best location in town. Just 1.5 blocks away from the main strip, which makes it super easy to just walk out the door and into town, without having all the noise of being right in town. Also it’s probably the one location in town that has a parking garage under it. Plus if you plan on floating the river in the summer, both the starting and end points are directly behind the complex. Makes it super handy when you don’t have to worry about driving while in a wet swimsuit.

Absolutely perfect location! We loved our time here and will definitely be back. Big bonus is the free parking, since Leavenworth is a difficult place to park within. Also, we had all the amenities we needed. The past few stays did not communicate with our host, so we let the owner know of any broken or or damaged things. They should all be fixed now!

Perfect location and parking if you’re interested in local activities. Beautiful condo with well stocked kitchen and baths. VRBO, however, double booked the condo! If it weren’t for Marti’s (property manager) flexibility and kindness, we would have been stuck. She was staying in her other condo and went home so we could have it. The condos were identical. Do check with the property manager after you book to make sure VRBO got it right. The river float company is a short walk away!

condo as perfect to walk to everything in town. The space was perfect for a family of 3 with a toddler. It was super clean, and appreciated all the little details from the decor, extra towels and linens and kitchen supplies. We enjoyed watching holiday movies together with the gas fire. The garage is tight but we were expecting that- could see a larger truck or SUV having a hard time getting in and out but we were prepared for that with our mid sized truck. Two coffee shops right next to condo and can see the river from the balcony.

This is a lovely property in a unique bavarian-styled village. Spacious, tastefully decorated and provided a wonderful stay for us four adults. Thank you for making it available! If you are trying to decide, don’t pass this property up.

A very nice condo in an older building, the view was unbeatable looking out to the mountains. Location is perfect for walking town without needing to drive (free parking in building a major plus). Balcony was fun to stand on and watch the party at the cafe next door and couches/beds were comfortable. Only downside was during checkout it was requested to take the trash out and the trash can for the building is not very easy to find or get too.

Such a great little condo right in downtown. Like other reviews have stated the parking situation is rough for a larger vehicle but awesome to be in an actual garage off the street. The condo was great for two couples and was stalked with everything you could need for a weekend getaway.

The location is the best on town. The underground parking is priceless summer or winter. The kitchen is well equipped, and the living room furniture is exceptionally comfortable.

I am hesitant to share this secret place with everyone, because it might not be available for me next time. But the condo is wonderful and spacious with plenty of room for two couples. A/C works great in 107 degree July heat. Big balcony deck overlooks the village and the holiday tree lighting spot. It is directly adjacent to Waterfront Park with about a 100 yard walk Marti is a great host and responded immediately to all my dumb questions.

The location is great, perfect for walking to shops and restaurants or walking the trails (so beautiful!). We loved having a full kitchen to make meals, a balcony to hang out on and indoor parking. We (Mom and 2 adult daughters) would stay here again!

We had a very relaxing and fun stay at Alpine View Haus! The secured entry and enclosed parking were appreciated. As others have mentioned, a large truck or SUV would be a tight fit in the parking stall, but our sedan fit easily. The location felt safe, easy, comfortable and close to everything. We were there in early June, so the summer crowds hadn't arrived yet. We walked everywhere - to shop, eat, walk along the river trail. It was a great location! The condo is roomy and clean with beautiful views of mountain tops in the distance as well as a peak at the river. Marti was easy to communicate with, and helped us out when we misunderstood the no-key entry. We recommend this place!
