We really like the location of the VRBO, close to Joshua Park entrance, and the VRBO had all the amenities required. It was a quiet neighborhood with many Joshua Trees.
If we are ever back in Joshua Tree we wouldn't hesitate to stay at the property again.

Place was great except wife kept looking for hot tub in description- doesn’t exist.

We enjoyed staying here a lot! Quiet, clean, spacious, cool, and very safe. The property owner was very nice, responsive, and generous. It's also close to everything in/near Joshua Tree town and park. It was a great weekend because of this awesome place to stay!

The property is absolutely gorgeous and the house is so well taken care of and stocked which was so neat! The beds were extremely comfortable and with 6 of us there was more then enough space. The front porch was such a nice area to sit and drink coffee in or look up at the stars. I especially loved that she had all kinds of stuff for kids tucked away as we had a 2 year old with us, just extra thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean house. On a paved road so thats a plus for Joshua Tree. Quite neighborhood. No big list of chores to complete. Ample parking.

Excited to see Joshua trees out front as well as in the back yard. We were not expecting to arrive during a blizzard which made it difficult to figure out where to enter property but all is well that ends well and stay is close to Joshua NP. Chances are you won’t see snowfall like we did.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay very much. The house was perfect for us. We each had a nice bedroom, with very comfortable beds, and home-like decorations . The views from the communal spaces are lovely. Unfortunately, It was too cold out to use the outdoor areas. The kitchen was well stocked with seasonings, some snacks, and cooking equipment. The location was good- just a couple of minutes to get to National Park visitor’s center, and the little town center of Joshua Tree. Larger markets are only a short drive west. The only negative is that the house is a block away from the main east-west highway. In the spring and fall, with windows open, guests would hear the sound of traffic. All in-all, I would recommend this house.

Perfect house for our family. So close to the west entrance made it super easy for us to get up and into the park. Can’t wait to come back again.

Very nice place and good responses.
Owner was very kind and nice response and very quick.
I highly recommend this place if somebody hope to go and stay near Joshua Tree park.
Very close and can see the stars in the house.

I'd give 5 star with the folllowing down grades, the coffee grinder did not work ruining an otherwise great little kitchen. Window coverings that can better block the blazing morning sun would be nice. The floors are updated from pictures and are much nicer.

We chose this place because it was close to JTNP. The place was clean and the owner was quick to respond to my messages. It’s very roomy and comfortable place to stay. They had toiletries and towels ready to use.

This property had a lot of space for my family and I. We really appreciated the games and outdoor games that were provided on our downtime. Easy access to grocery stores and we even had them delivered. It was very clean and comfortable and I would stay again if we were in the area! The owners responded very quickly and accessible. I would recommend!

I had to message the host for the check-in instructions a few hours prior to my check in. I should have been given instructions without having to ask. I found pieces of hair in both of the beds in the house. The kitchen floor, bathroom floor, bathroom mirrors, behind the microwave, stove, tub, shower walls, & carpet floor were dirty prior to our arrival. I appreciate the host offering to send in a housekeeper. Everything should have been cleaned properly prior to me and my family’s arrival. The host also stated that she doesn’t always check the house for cleanliness after housekeeping has cleaned. This was me & my family’s first time renting a home. The dirtiness of the home ruined our experience during our stay in Joshua Tree. I regret renting this property.

This was the perfect spot for the four of us (two adults, two kids). Well stocked cookware and dishes, plus plenty of extra pillows, blankets, and towels. Also, a fun collection of DVD's...I hadn't seen E.T. since the original release!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space in the bedrooms to unpack for a week's stay. Beds were comfortable and having two bathrooms was great for two couples travelling together. Nice patio in the back for watching the sunrise. Sufficient equipment in the kitchen for us to prepare our own meals. Very close to Joshua Tree NP where we spent 3 days hiking and taking courses from the Desert Institute. Short drive to Morongo Canyon for more beautiful hiking. Easy drive from Palm Springs airport. Groceries and other shopping available in nearby Yucca Valley. Thanks for providing a great place to stay so close to the park!
