We had a group of 6 couples who visited Napa in July and stayed here. We have rented homes throughout the world, and this was one of the best we have stayed at. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you would need to prepare meals there, and we took advantage of it on four of our nights there. In addition, it is well stocked with everyday cooking essentials. The owner of the house was great, and quick to get back to us on any questions we had before and during our stay. The home was very clean, and offered a lot of room to spread out or comfortably accommodate the whole group for evening meals or games. We also took advantage of the pool and hot tub everyday after our visits to the wineries, as well as the putting green and tennis court to play pickle ball. I would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking to explore the Napa Valley and all it has to offer, as it is centrally located and only minutes from downtown Napa.

The grounds and amenities are magnificent, well-tended, and in perfect working order. The two homes on the property, the main house and the lanai, have wonderful light and open flow entertainment/kitchen/dining areas plus six private and separated bedrooms, all with new super-comfortable beds and luxurious ensuite bathrooms. Most noteworthy is how completely outfitted the house is – from a fully stocked cook’s kitchen (including a full complement of spices) to a full range of games and books. In addition, there are large TVs that were helpful as we were there during the Olympics! This is not your typical rental house! On top of all this, the owner, Bob, is incredibly gracious -- he made himself available whenever we had a question and truly cared that we enjoyed our stay! We are home less than 24 hours and have already booked for next year!!

My extended family recently stayed at Bob's home. The home is absolutely beautiful. Everything is new and clean, and the house is stocked with everything you need for both adults and kids to have fun. It's perfect for an extended family get away, or a group trip with multiple households. It was nice to have the guest house, which I used as a home office. The wifi worked perfectly, enabling me to conduct Zoom meetings without any problem. The best part was the hot tub and pool, which were both really warm and incredible. We spent most of the week swimming! We also had fun playing tennis on the new tennis court, and the kids enjoyed the mini putting range in the yard. Bob was also extremely responsive whenever we had questions. I highly recommend this home. We can't wait to come back again soon! It was the highlight of our year!

Such an incredible property. Traveled with a group of 12 and we had plenty of space. Between the amenities and each bedroom having its own bathroom, it felt like we were at a private hotel. Bob was very responsive and the festive decorations were a nice touch. Highly recommend.

Great vacation - this home is well set up for living in and out. With seven adults, we had plenty of room to enjoy lazy days and great family dinners. With its close location to the valley, you’re just a few minutes drive to both Napa and Yountville. House is well appointed with the pool and hot tub always at a perfect temperature; kitchen and dining areas big enough for large groups. Wonderful experience - thanks!

This Napa home was perfect for our extended stay with family. It's recently built so everything is new and modern. Loved having private bathroom in every bedroom, and kitchen is well stocked. Having two full-size refrigerators was super convenient for our large group. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and many dinners outdoors. Whole Foods, Safeway, Target and many others deliver same-day to the house. We also enjoyed evening walks on the golf course paths with the kids riding their bikes. Reliable wifi enabled us to run up to 5 simultaneous Zoom mtgs. Our host Bob was terrific and responded quickly to questions during our stay. I look forward to bringing the family here again.

The pictures do not do this property justice! It’s perfectly located on the 5th hole of the Silverado golf course with lovely views and spacious accommodations. My family was looking for a covid- safe option to enjoy with our kids. Needless to say, we didn’t leave the property except for some golf. We kept thoroughly entertained with the pool, spa, tennis court and other outdoor areas to hang out. The setup is perfect for multiple families with the separate large lanai house. The property and house were clean and very well maintained. We were pleasantly surprised by how well stocked it was with kitchen items, spices, linens, phone chargers by each bed, games, books etc. You can tell that Bob and his family take pride in the property and they definitely don’t overlook the small stuff. Bob was also super accommodating and easy to work with. Our family will surely be back in the future!

This Napa compound on Silverado golf course was completely rebuilt after the fires and is beautifully designed inside and outside. The property has two large structures, a large main house (with 4 bedrooms) and a lanai (2 bedrooms plus a big entertainment room), making it spacious for two large families. We had five adults and six kids and had plenty of extra room. The house and property is quite spacious. The outdoor area is beautiful and functionally designed. Both homes open to the swimming pool, hot tub and outdoor eating area. We enjoyed meals outside at the table poolside, and then cooked s'mores after dinner at the outdoor firepit. The tennis court and basketball hoop were popular with the kids. The house is fully stocked with supplies and amenities. Big screen TVs, Sonos music players, premium towels, fully loaded kitchen (they even have a Micky Mouse waffle maker), Duraflame logs for the fire – no detail has been overlooked. This is a luxury home that is well cared for - not a "rental property." The property feels quite remote - yet has the urban conveniences of a city including grocery delivery (Whole Foods delivers within 2 hours) and meal delivery services via Doordash and GrubHub which was particularly convenient during COVID. One of our favorite aspects is how the property has different gather spaces. One group can screen a movie in the lanai while another group watches one in the main house. People can play games at the card table while another group sips cocktails by the fire. Great for family reunions where you want to spend time with family but don't want to be on top of one another. Robert and his family were very responsive and went out of their way to make our visit a memorable one - they even booked a tee time for us. We spent a full week there and hardly left the property. If you visit you'll see why! Thank you Robert and family. We'll be back soon!

We stayed in this property during the July 4th week with family and friends. This brand new house was even better than we expected, the 6 bedrooms are grouped in 2s and separated (with 2 bedrooms in a separate guest house), ideal for groups. The house had everything you could need, which was surprising given it was brand new- kitchen fully stocked, all the bedding you could need and even sports gear and games to use. We barely even left the property the entire week and spent all our time in the pool, on the tennis court or on the grounds. We’d love to come back every summer to this ideal vacation home (right on the golf course) and convenient to everything Napa has to offer. The owner was very responsive and friendly, highly recommend.

This house was amazing. Two brothers, our families (including 4 children total) and our mother spent a wonderful week in July. There was so much room for all of us to spread out in, both indoors and outdoors. The house was huge and kept up so well. The pictures truly don't capture the size of either the indoor or outdoor spaces. We rent houses together a lot and I remarked multiple times during our trip that I've never stayed at a house so well stocked. Everything we needed was there. The location also cannot be beat. You are near everything in the napa valley. We used the pool and tennis courts every day and used the fire pit every night. All of our kids were five and under and they had plenty of things to do around the house. We had a special week here and hope to come back again.

Three out of my four siblings, with everyone's husbands, wives, and two kids, and two grandmas converged here for a very long weekend. WE FIT! This is a true family home with something for everyone between the ages of 3 and 73. Clean, extremely well maintained, more than outfitted with everything you would need from not only fire wood for the out door fire pit, to plenty of plates and forks, pots and pans, extra blankets, etc., etc. It was comfortable and spacious, with there being space for everyone to enjoy, either together, or separately. And the location of course, is amazing. Within minutes of spectacular Napa wineries. We loved our stay and are trying to figure out when we can come back already! Thank you Bob!

Beautiful and well furnished house on a great location in Napa.

We had a fantastic weekend at this location. It was perfect for multiple families and our gatherings over the weekend. The kitchen was well equipped for prepping and cooking for every meal.. The house was spacious and the multiple patio/deck areas allowed our group to spread out. Several people used the tennis court, basketball hoop and pool. The location is awesome and the property is much better in reality than the pictures on the website.

This amazing estate had everything we could possibly want for our family coming from all points of the country to surprise my husband for his 60th birthday. We enjoyed every corner of the property from the tennis court, hot tub, pool, putting green and fully stocked kitchen. The owner was incredibly communicative both before and during our stay when we had an issue that he immediately acted to remedy. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and plan on returning again as soon as we can!

Our far flung family reunited recently at this wonderful, large home adjacent to the Silverado Golf Course. The home accommodated all of us comfortably in the main house and the large pool house/lanai, and there was something fun for all ages - from 5 year olds to teenagers to the older generations, including the wonderful pool and hot tub, the tennis court, ping pong, a putting green, basketball, bicycles, the wonderful pond next to the outdoor stone fireplace which we appreciated each cool evening. The large kitchen had everything we needed, as well as two outdoor BBQs for al fresco dining. Lots of lovely little indoor and outdoor private areas for quiet reading or chats. A beautiful setting in the beautiful California Wine Country.

This custom home built in the 70's is nestled with mature native trees on the edge of one of California's best maintained golf courses, Silverado Country Club. The yard has something for everyone, dark plaster pool, hot tub, tennis court, basketball hoop, sitting area around a pond with water feature, outdoor fireplace, all-weather putting green, direct access to the golf course, and wonderful conversation areas. The house is period elegant, amazing redwood paneling (from an era when you could get "real" redwood) and great accommodations including updated kitchen and very effective HVAC systems. Lots of glass open to beautiful views of green golf course, year round. (You kind of forget you are in water starved California). Details: master bedroom is upstairs with dual bathrooms and closets, the rest of in-house bedrooms are on main level off a hallway. We had our daughter's family (all 6 of them, including our 4 grandchildren) camped in the lanai (pool house) where they could keep their own schedule. Off street parking is available for about 6+ cars, but requires some care in jockeying positions. Great for a large group (6+) or for a smaller group that likes LOTS of space. It was perfect for our needs, attending our son's wedding at Silverado and having family, friends and new in-laws over to socialize. Sitting outside in the shade in the morning with a cup of coffee, enjoying the view of the golf course through the California oaks, listening to the birds sing and watching the squirrels run makes you regret having to ever leave.

We had 7 adults and 3 toddlers for a family wedding and it worked out great! Everything is dated but impeccably clean and organized. The little ones loved the pool and pond. Great walking and jogging trail close by! Loved it!
