Property was nice, clean and convenient. Two problems we encountered was there was no internet connection, which I wasted time on to no avail. Also the code for the sauna and hot tub did not work, and we had been looking forward to using these amenities that were promised. Feel like a refund is due.

This was literally the worst VRBO stay my husband and I have ever had. The unit was dark and depressing, and we wanted to spend as little time there as possible. Worse still, though the place was advertised as a no-pet unit, my husband started to have allergy symptoms as soon as we got there and by morning, he was having a full-blown allergy attack. We spent the remainder of the week trying NOT to spend time in the unit because while we were there, he had to take meds and wear a mask even while he was sleeping. We ended up cutting our trip a day early because we just couldn't / didn't want to spend any more time in that condo. The worst part about this is actually not that a past renter had violated the no-pet rule, but the customer service. A total lack of taking responsibility. The management and owners did not immediately address our concerns or try to find a solution, but simply pushed us off by saying they were "investigating." We requested a 50% refund which we thought was MORE than fair given our terrible experience, but in the end they decided to refund us for the one night we didn't stay there. We've never had a bad time in Mammoth, but there's always a first time for everything. Do not stay here if you can help it!!

Great location. Made our spring break that much better. Easy check in. Kitchen is fully stoked was able to cook 3 meals with ease. Village is about a 5 minute walk so we just parked the car for the week and walked every day to the gondola and village. Will stay here again if available.

Private well kept modern condo, tucked away in the middle of the village area, close enough to walk to the gondola, but far enough away that you are not in the middle of everyone/everything.

My boyfriend, sister and I stayed the weekend. It's tucked away and a very quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the village. The bedroom is suitable for two with a large roomy bed and plenty of closet space to tuck your belongings into. The living room is a decent size, even when the couch is converted into a bed there is still quite a bit of space. Everything was very clean, updated and we appreciated the easy open windows we threw open during the day to let the nice mammoth mountain air in. There is a coffee maker and tea kettle available but be sure to bring your own coffee grounds or tea bags, those are not provided. Also note that the neighbors upstairs walk loudly, I think they might have kids as there is occasional running around. Obviously can't control people's footsteps but just an FYI for those who have trouble tolerating some overhead noise. Overall we had a lovely stay and would stay here again, thank you!

Everything was great except that there was no coffee filter for the coffee maker. Also, there was not enough shampoo, conditioner, or soap for our 5-day stay.

Most all housing in Mammoth is old and so much of it is remodeled, which is what this unit is. The pictures are a true representation of the unit. The kitchen has been totally remodeled with cabinets & appliances as opposed to painting old cabinet doors. The property manager sent the wrong key code but it was resolved within 15 min. All in all we would stay here again.
