Beautiful home in quiet, serene location. Every amenity is provided. Home is large and comfortable. We could walk wherever we wanted to go. Parking was free and easily accessible. We had a wonderful time and will certainly reach out again when we return to Savannah.

The property is beautiful. The location is excellent, within Walking distance (within a mile) to everywhere we wanted to visit and explore. We had a small issue with the oven and the property management company responded immediately. Great customer service. My only negative feedback is that noise is definitely an issue if you have small children trying to sleep or you are a light sleeper. We didn’t realize there would be people above us. They were very loud walking around and coming and going. There is a gate across the ally that runs between the property and the property next door. It screeches horribly and someone used it repeatedly at night while we were there. If you have small children in your party I highly recommend taking a fan or noise machine.

This place was amazing! When we were there, we spent almost all our time on the front porch! We had some laughs and tears there! Savannah is just gorgeous and has that laid back vibe. We enjoyed all the shops, river walk, city market, frsh seafood and all the museum's. We also mastered the DOT transportation! Just a extremely great time! Would recommend this porch lovers dream to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Home was very well appointed, lacking only a few homey items: pot holders, dish cloths in kitchen, full length mirror. Also, the main room could use a more comfortable chair for tv viewing. And for all of us “ old folks”, step by step directions for Roku. Most of our stay was spent on front porch visiting with fellow renters and permanent neighbors. Only problem we encountered was noise from roofing work on neighboring home. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended this home to friends.

Beds comfy. Well appointed kitchen. Overall good experience. You might consider a softer runner in the hallway. The jute one currently there actually hurts feet a bit.;)

Enjoyed our stay at this home. The location is perfect. It’s near a grocery store and coffee shop. Most of all, the building and living quarters are outstanding. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The downtown to all the shops, River market, museums, and tours are all in walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay at this home!

The property was as listed. Walking distance to Forsyth Park which was convenient for a morning walk with breakfast at Collins Corner restaurant or a quick coffee at the corner coffee shop. Parking in front was a plus. This home is divided into 4 residents which I didn't expect. Thankfully, we didn't have any upstairs neighbors creating noise from above. The only suggestions I would have is to install grab bars in the bathroom; had a nasty fall which could have been avoided.

This was a beautiful, spacious apartment in a great location. The apartment was exactly as advertised and parking was easy. Our family had a great time here and I would recommend to anyone!

The house was conveniently located only 2 short blocks from a large grocery story and 4 block from the beautiful Forsyth Park. We appreciated the information about things to do in Savannah. Using the digital concierge’s board we were able to book a hop on hop off trolley tour of the city for the same price as online and we were even picked up at the house and transported to the tour start. Overall a wonderful home and would stay here again.

My sister and I went to Savannah for her 40th birthday. This adorable house/townhouse was clean and had everything you needed. It is a 25 min walk to the riverfront but only a 4-5 min Uber drive. We rented a car o be able to go to Tybee beach which was only 25 min away so was very well located. Big front porch to spend mornings and evenings was perfect, even got some rain one night and still able to sit out there. I didn’t realize didn’t have access to upstairs balcony, but that was my mistake. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay, it was a great location to everything. We were a family of 4 and the accommodations were wonderful, enough towels, dishes it was perfect! We would stay again and recommend to all our friends.

We loved staying in the property! The home is beautiful, immaculate, spacious and comfortable. It was a great home base for our sightseeing activities. We really enjoyed relaxing on the front porch in the evenings. Being close to Forsyth Park was also great. Highly recommend!

Spent 5 nights in Savannah and we were looking for a spacious, quiet home/apartment to stay, while still being close to fun activities and restaurants - this really fit the bill! Beds and pillows are really comfortable, shower temp is great, front porch and back courtyard wonderful to relax and read, sip wine or whatever. This is a residential area, so it is quiet at night, not a party place. Everything was immaculately clean and we loved the ‘concierge’ service in the living room - requested a late checkout to accommodate our flight time and it was approved :) Right down the street from Forsyth Park, a Kroger right around the corner for stocking up the kitchen or anything you may have forgotten. The home is very well provisioned (as advertised) though, so some of what we needed for toiletries was already supplied. This is a fairly nice walk to the river, assuming no mobility issues, but even if a longer walk is out of the question, we found Uber/Lyft to be an easy and cheap option when needed. Would recommend taking ride share rather than walk if going home after dark, Savannah doesn’t stay open very late so the streets will be sparsely populated. Restaurants - if you want to eat at The Olde Pink House, make reservations for dinner or lunch at least a few weeks in advance - staff is limited so it’s hard to get into to. Vic’s is excellent, as is the River House (also need reservations but easier to get). The Mate coffee and tea shop at the corner has great beverages, sandwiches and all kinds of fresh breads and pastries! We found a vegan place called The Haunt that was excellent, ever changing menu based on freshest ingredients (I’m not vegan, but like to try new food). Must try Leopold’s for ice cream - there will be a line, it’s worth it! Tours - best thing to do first day is a trolley tour, to get acquainted with the city before walking all over the place :). Bonaventure and a downtown historical walking tour were both fantastic also. Taking time to just wander the squares and parks is beautiful and relaxing. All in all, we would stay here again (and again) if visiting Savannah! Absolutely no complaints, property and property management was all first rate.

We loved the house and our stay. The house was amazing. It was super clean and wonderful. We had the best mini vacation. The board inside has information needed to help you find attractions and places to eat and visit. We will definitely be back and stay again!

My friends and I enjoyed this lovely home over a long weekend - wish we could have stayed longer! It’s in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a fantastic front porch, plenty of room to spread out, a well-appointed kitchen - everything you need!!! A real bonus - there is a Kroger right around the corner for those groceries items you need. I would definitely consider staying here again!

The property was as listed. The host went above and beyond to supply everything that was needed for a relaxed, stress free stay. Could use a little updating and a laundry basket for clothes. But it was definitely charming!! We had plenty of towels and even two complimentary bottles of wine!! We also really enjoyed our chats out on the front porch. The host was easy to get in touch with and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this property!! PS Loved the interactive board on the wall.

If you are planning a trip to Savannah with a party of 4-5, you could not select a more perfect rental and location. The unit is an updated, clean and very large apartment in an older home in the historic district. There is a beautiful shared front porch complete with a hanging swing along with a private back porch and an expansive shared back courtyard complete with a wood burning fireplace. If you are into walking anywhere from 1-2 miles and/or biking you are well within being able to visit most of the heart of Savannah and many historic sites (e.g. Forsythe Park). There is plenty of free street parking as well as a wonderful bakery/teahouse at the end of the block (Mate' Factor) and Kroger just across the street from Mate' Factor. All other wonderful sites are within a very short drive (e.g. Wormsloe Park, Bonaventure Cemetery). Savannah is a beautiful city with tons of history, fabulous food and some of the friendliest people you will ever meet. After a fun day of sightseeing, this is a great place to sit on the front/back porches and/or the courtyard and enjoy a favorite libation. When ready to end the night, either of the king beds in the two bedrooms make for a very comfortable and restful night. We highly recommend the rental unit.
