Bien centré, confort à améliorer

Très bel emplacement, centré. Silencieux. Personnel très sympathique et arrangeant. Bon petit-déjeuner.

Coussin trop usés Luminosité toute la nuit (pas de rideaux opaques, luminosité de la place ou cour intérieure) Eu une chambre plus petite et lit plus petit que celle réservée et payée pour la 1ère nuit (photo jointe chambre double), aucun geste pour se faire pardonner (même après demande)

Horrific.

I'm sorry, but absolutely nothing. Everything was dusty.. there was one fan that was meant to be used for the whole room. We booked a bigger room. but were given a small room that we had to squeeze 3 people into.

We booked for around 3-4 nights but wanted to leave the second we get there and managed to get the hotel to cancel the rest of the nights. We stayed for a night but they charged us for two.. considering how bad the hotel was.. I didn't even want to pay for one. The breakfast area didn't even have a window cracked open nor did it have a fan.

Lovely stay, staff very nice and helpful.

Staff were lovely. Room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the city. Will be back again hopefully next year.

Location excellent but Pricey

Helpful staff particularly weekday staff.

Had double room. Thankfully, I was only occupant. Bed squished into room, about 10 inches space from wall on one side, only about 6 inch space to get out of bed on other side. I weigh 114 lbs but hard to bend down to wash my legs, shower stall so small. Limited options for breakfast, appealing mainly to German clentele with salad, cold cuts. Heavy front door into building, very difficult to open. No indication outside the building where to push for intercom. Local passerby helped me find it.

Great place.

Bang in the city centre, comfortable, quiet, clean and with a nice breakfast. Beautiful square view. Reception open 24 hours, very flexible and accommodating.

Dated furniture but it is Vienna historic centre, small bathroom and small breakfast room.

The perfect place to spend the weekend in Vienna

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly and responsive, the rooms are comfortable, warm and clean. The location is ideal, a couple of minutes from the cathedral and the Hofburg palace.

Excellent short stay location in the heart of Vienna

I would recommend this historic Pension for anyone on a short stay or city break. The staff are very helpfull, particularly Gebe from Ukraine who knows we all support his country in their fight for freedom. Lovely breakfast, really powerful showers and warm room. Hope to return.

Everything was perfect. The staff, the location and the cleanness.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Even though they brought us extra pillows this didn't help.

fantastic location very close to Stefansplatz, Graben, Kartnerstrasse and Metro station. Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast

accesibility may be not easy, because the reception is in the upper floors of the apartment. But don't worry, with a little bit atttention, you can catch the entrance.

Fantastic location in old-town Vienna

The accommodation is part of a central building with unique looking-style. The location is simply perfect, within walking to distance to all important sightseeings in the Vienna old-town. The weather was very cold during our stay, so the overall heating throughout the pension was a great perk. Both the room and the bathroom were spotless clean.

Due to the limited space the reception and the breakfast area are technically in the same space. Furthermore, the breakfast area is small compared to the number of rooms. This means people constantly move around the table while you are having breakfast.

Adequate breakfast variety. Super gentle and helpful receptionists. Cozy room, enough space for 3 guests. Superb location with everything (cafes, restaurants, metro station, super market etc) in just a minute walking distance. Strongly recommended

We loved everything about this hotel from the friendly staff to the delicious breakfast. Not only is the location EXCELLENT, but the hotel is soooo clean. I would absolutely stay here again.
