Jederzeit wieder dort buchen!

Suite mit riesigem Bett und super Komfort, Kaffeemaschine und Teekocher, Wasser etc. , Kühlschrank und Bügeleisen. Tolle Lage, direkt am Bahnhof Prince Regent ( 17mln. Bis zum Tower ohne Umsteigen. Sehr freundliches Personal im Service. Super Frühstück auch für den deutschen Gaumen. Gute Schallisolierung der Zimmer. Schade, dass gerade um das Hotel eine Baustelle ist.

Ausblick auf Baustelle, auch im Poolbereich, aber keine Lärmbelästigung

Professional, kind, comfortable and stylish.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. We parked right in front of the door (although we were lucky, parking is limited), and paid a reasonable £16 for 30 hours. The hotel theme is sophisticated but simple, with quality features. Lovely smells too, I think its a Marriot standard. The rooms are well appointed, spacious, great shower and wash area. The bed is probably the best bit though, its the kind I keep telling myself to by for home, but never seem to find the right one. We slept amazingly well. We came with our dog - no extra charge, which is a wonderful thing, and everyone was pleased to see our four legged friend. I think the hotel can be quite pricey, but we got a great deal on a less busy day, so were very happy. Breakfast was very good too.

I suppose you could argue that the breakfast room/hall could be a little more spacious, but it works, and it was bustling when we came down. No real issues at all...

Great hotel if you are visiting the excell centre

Hotel is perfect for anyone going to excel, literally 5 mins walk away. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and bathrooms are clean and functional. Breakfast was varied with a lovely buffet. Would not hesitate to stay again

Prior warning of the changed parking situation since last visit Initial confusion over parking (the arrow to overflow somewhat obscured by another sign). Perhaps the walk from car park route to the hotel could have been more clearly displayed. In the long run the Use of the overflow car park was perfect for attending / using during the Excel event

Great location with comfortable rooms.

Room was very large with great coffee and facilities. The location was great for the Excel and it was easy to get to my even with the construction work that was going on nearby.

The Wi-Fi kept dropping out but it wasn't a huge problem as there was good signal to connect to my phone.

Very comfortable and easy stay. Very convenient for the Excel centre.

the room was really spacious and well furnished. We arrived early and wondered whether we could leave our bags while attending an event in the Excel centre - was amazed to hear that our room was ready and we checked in at 10.30 am. Late check out at midday as well was fantastic.

Air con needed to be more effective. It did not keep the room cool enough for my liking.

Friendly and helpful

Staff were all super helpful and friendly. Letting us borrow a USB type C cable was no problem. Breakfast staff gave us a quick tour of what was on offer and it was all tasty.

Air con couldn't be set so room was too hot but we did get a refund for that.

Excellent facilities and professional and friendly staff

Comfortable, clean and really well equipped facilities both in the room and the swimming pool/gym area. Excellent transport links - literally less than a 5 minute walk to the DLR to get into London. Also really wonderful and friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to help!

Super für die Messe.

Für London sehr geräumig. Guter Fitnessraum. Die Nähe zur Messe ist klasse und mit dem Bus sind es nur 2 Stationen. Schnell und günstig zu erreichen.

Der Kaffee zum Frühstück ist Konserve und der Obstsalat war leider sauer. Auch die Backwaren waren viellecht für englische Verhältnisse okay, für deutsche Ansprüche ungenügend.

If you are going to London Excel for work, this is OK hotel to stay. but not for holidays

I have requested extra flat pillows, and i had 6 pillows is total. The bed was big and comfortable, nothing to say. Pretty big selection of the food and different drinks at breakfast, i had no breakfast included in price, but the price was affordable. This new Elizabeth line, which is 10 min walk is super convenient for traveling.

The hotel is not modern, for example it had no USB sockets, which in my opinion is strange. You need to have switch for Europeans chargers. Any refurbishment was probably long time ago and you can see this looking at the room.

Fabulous Hotel

The Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Staff were attentive & friendly, room was a higher spec than I expected.

First night it was cold in the communal areas, also 1st morning in the restaurant.

A relaxing stay for attending Excel events, with only personal nit picks

The hotel is exceptionally well placed to attend activities within the Excel Centre. The rooms are modern and well laid out making for a comfortable stay. Breakfast buffet in the morning was substancial and kept me going through the day and with personal air conditional control in each room you can make the temperature suit you.

Only small things to mention. • On checking in I found the room had originally been made up for someone staying for their birthday, so there were petals and balloons on the bed, but intended occupant had been given a new room and the decorations not moved. The staff were swift to remove the decorations so that person had their Birthday surprise. • A cupboard door didn't close properly, but a handyman soon arrived to fix it up, saying that it would be replaced after my stay. • The shower gel dispenser was clogged and needed a couple of dozen presses to get a decent amount of gel out. • A few what looked like makeup and nail polish stains on carpets, desks, etc from previous occupants, maybe going out for parties. • The feather pillows weren't great as you sink straight through them to the mattress, and foam pillows weren't much better but certainly an improvement. • A nit pick is that the TV couldn't be fully turned off, so a bright red standby light was always visible. Not suitable for light sleepers, unless you have black tape or something to cover it. • It is also very unfortunate that the cost of rooms sky rocket as soon as events at the Excel are announced.

The price is too high depending on the quality of the hotel.

The restaurant was excellent in every way !

Very weak manager! I asked for a delegation to be signed and after 20 minutes of insistence and all kinds of interpretations from the manager, he managed to sign my delegation. I also asked for an invoice for my company and he did not want to give it to me, saying that I must receive it from booking.com (booking.com told me that the hotel must issue me the invoice). Poor management!

Very enjoyable

Breakfast was very nice. View from room would have been lovely before all the construction started but not the hotel’s fault.

If you are going to sell bottles with caps on then you should supply a bottle opener in the room.

Very disappointed for a Marriott hotel especially as paying top prices.

Location

Very noisy could hear doors shutting through the night as there is no soft shut. Towels were too small and shower was rather pathetic. Paid more for a deluxe room when others in the group didn’t and they were in the room next door and it was exactly the same room.

Served a purpose but probably would not return.

Proximity to excell, large room, comfortable beds and quiet.

Overpriced for overall experience. For just shy of £300 I would like milk for tea in my room, water that you don’t have to pay extra for, towels bigger than the postage stamp size we were given to use and far nicer loo roll than the crispy thin paper we were provided with. The design of the shower has not been thought through, upon opening the door after using the shower you simultaneously get water everywhere from the door and sweep the bath mat to the side, perplexing. Also for a twin room would it not make sense to have 2 chairs … All relatively minor things but as above for the price all things I would expect as standard.

Staff were excellent and couldn’t have been better, absolutely 5 stars for service

Welcome tray was really poor for such an expensive hotel, no nice herbal teas . Power shower would have been nice and sink within bathroom would be preferable , no USB ports beside bed which I would expect from such a modern hotel .

Room 329. Shower tiles were loose. Grout seeped into the shower when you stepped on the tiles.
