The condo was well stocked and really clean, I have stayed in many condos and this was probably one of the cleanest. The beach access was like a 2 min walk. The check in person was friendly. The property was clean and quaint. We went for Thanksgiving and it was a very quiet property. Would definitely stay again.

This condo is right on the beach! The walk is so short and easy. The only downside is it’s kind of far away from where you have to park your vehicles so it’s a little bit of a trek if you have a lot of luggage/supplies. Loved everything else! Property owners are easy to get ahold of and communicated throughout my stay. Would definitely go back!

Very recent remodel of an older condo. The condo was well equipped and clean. Was a little disappointed it was advertised as a two bedroom but the layout and hideaway bed made it feel like a two bedroom. Staff was pleasant and facility was well taken care of. Would definitely recommend!

This condo was great for our family vacation! It was clean, nicely decorated, and only steps away from the beach. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling that maintenance had to come out twice to fix, but it didn’t interfere much with our vacation plans and the owner was responsive. Hopefully, a permanent fix is coming in the near future. The condo is right next to Bar Louie, so there was often loud music until the late evening hours. We liked it and thought it added to the beach aesthetic, but it might be bothersome for those who like to go to bed early. Overall, it was a nice condo, and we had a great time! Many thanks to the owner.

Absolutely impressed with this condo. Everything was perfect. The one thing I always had a complaint about has been the bedding at every place I’ve ever stayed but the bedding at this condo was amazing. Haven’t slept that good in quite sometime. Will definitely book again.

We stayed a week in this condo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the comfy bed to the balcony patio set for morning coffee, the accommodations were perfect for my husband and me. The location was great with good proximity to the beach, pool, bars, restaurants and parking. In addition, the condo had two beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler that we used at the beach.

We were very comfortable in this cozy condo. Comfy beds and pillows. Nice view of the beach. Warm heated pool during our cooler evenings. Short walk over to Turtle Inc and Seabird boardwalk. A lovely stay :)

Have stayed at several of Bills condos. I have never been dissatisfied. Always clean and beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Beautiful view of the ocean and beach. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Bill quickly responds if you a question. Definitely recommend this condo.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect. It was clean and the bed was comfy. We had great communication with the hosts. They respond promptly if you have any questions. We would definitely stay there again.

The owner of this property was very good to work with. Very prompt with getting back to me. The only downfall was this property is right next to a bar. The music at night was so loud and we wanted to get to sleep having an early flight the next morning. All in all a good location on the beach except if you want to get to bed early.

Nice location, able to drink coffee on the balcony and watch the sunrise. Property had everything we needed, it is clean and nicely decorated. There were unexpected bennefits, like the fireworks and sand castle contest next door. Hope we can make it back soon.

We had a slight issue upon arrival and the owner Bill resolved it immediately. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with a beautiful ocean view and morning sunrise from our balcony. The location of this patio gave us beautiful gulf waterfront views, VIP live music access to the Bar Louie next door, and THE best fireworks viewing spot for Clayton’s nightly fireworks off the pier. The music wasn’t too loud when we decided to be indoor with the patio shut. The pool is steps away downstairs. Everything was just as advertised, clean, well decorated, and beach friendly. We’ve stayed at The Tiki condos for several years now and the property is well staffed, well taken care of, and has security that patrols regularly. Our family stayed for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The Murphy bed easily pulls down and is where our tall teen son slept comfortably. For future guests- I did leave a tension rod with rings in the closet located in the bedroom. I purchased a $2 clear shower curtain from Walmart to temporarily hang up in the shower. The shower has a sheet of glass that goes only halfway which leaves a large opening for water to escape. With our extended stay and four people needing regular showers , I didn’t want to have to worry about any mishaps with water escaping. The tension rod and cheap shower curtain fixed this problem for me so I could relax and not worry about it. We also added two muffin pans and replaced the clear plastic measuring cup because the previous one had a crack in the bottom and would leak when we tried to use it. The owners were very swift to respond to me when I booked the rental and we never had an issue while we were there. I would definitely rent this unit again at The Tiki for future trips and recommend it to friends.

This was our first time returning to SPI after about 3 years and it was such a pleasant stay because of Bill and this amazing condo. This condo is situated perfectly to enjoy the beach in an intimate manner in the mornings and nights through a private access, and also enjoy the more festive time during the day. It was perfect mix of privacy with easy access to one of the most popular beach bars in Texas. The condo is beautiful, the bed is very comfortable, and it was equipped with all you need to enjoy your time at the beach. Our little furry guy also enjoyed the pet friendly areas and access to the beach as well. The check in process was convenient and Bill was great at communicating all we needed to know to enjoy our little retreat. Looking forward to visiting and staying here again!

Great property and location! The view is perfect and the condo is right on the beach. Don’t let the bars around to intimidate you, it’s a very nice and family atmosphere. I also agreed 100% with others review that the double glass sliding doors block all noises and the stairs are really not a big deal 😊We are definitely coming back!!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This pet-friendly condo was right on the beach with an ocean view. It was exceptionally quiet despite being next door to the Marriott pool. Comfortable king-size mattress was a plus.

Had a very nice visit to SPI. Condo was very clean, bed was super comfortable and LOVED the chairs on the balcony. It was nice having a king sized bed. The condo had everything we needed and it was a great space. We were concerned the first night with how loud Louie's was next door at Happy Hour. But they shut it down by 8 or 9 (we were out to dinner, so not sure). The sliding doors really do tune out most of it anyway. There was a party in the unit next door on our first night. I am used to sleeping with ear plugs, so I was able to tune them out. Luckily, they checked out the next morning. The grounds were nicely manicured. The complex is very quiet. The balcony has a very nice view of the beach. We sat out there every morning and evening listening to the waves. We would love to stay there again on our next visit. Thank you!

This was perfect for the two of us. Had the things we needed for light cooking. Plenty of towels, HUGE comfy bed. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, people and dog watching, We enjoyed our stay, and would book here again if we find ourselves in SPI. Thanks Bill and Barb.

Nicely decorated condo with view of beach. It had everything we needed and was within walking distance to several nice restaurants and bars. One suggestion is to either put a door on the shower or extend the glass because water sprays out whenever you would use it. Otherwise, wonderful stay
