Beautiful apartment - looks like the photos! 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms - so much room for family! Showers were amazing - great water pressure! Responsive and helpful host for all our needs!
We had no problem walking everywhere, but keep in mind the location is at least a 10-15 minute walk from cafes and restaurants.

Large, spacious apartment with three bathrooms. There were five of us and eight could fit. :)
In the bathrooms there was mold in the shower stalls.

Flat is quite big, with good areas, 2 bathrooms. It is close to Vaticano and public transports.
Kitchen quite small, sofa not that comfortable

The lay out lets say floorplan, roomsizes, location, bus stops really nearby. Had to look hard for a nice supermarket, but the Coop and Carrefour are the nearest bur quite a walk away, with 102 steps, not handy for elderly people unless you hire a car. The host really replies quickly to any general question.
While we were there, the showers were all very bad, and the hygiene was very poorly overall. Don't know of course if this is still the case for future bookings. We kind of suggested a deep clean and revamp of the whole apartment. We had the three bedroom one, don't know about the 2-bed. We felt there was no point addressing these issues during our stay, as we didn't want our first holiday in about three years and our Christmas to be overshadowed by negative vibes. The issues were not easy to solve, like we had a broken kettle, so it was replaced immediately after we did report on that.

Great location. Apartment was very clean. Very helpful host.
Furniture is slightly old in some rooms. Bed linen and pillows could be better.

I liked that it had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The air-conditioner and TV didn't work and there was no coffee.

Rooms and beds were cozy, and having 2 bathrooms was convenient since we had two couples and a baby sharing the apartment.
The pictures shown are not of the actual apartment. Pictures show a large kitchen with appliances, and a separate dining room and large sitting are. The apartment we were given had one room that was a combined sitting/dining/entry room with a kitchenette unit in one corner. We had reserved the apartment shown in the pictures because we had brought our own groceries to cook family meals during our stay, and this was incredibly difficult with one sink, two burners and no counter. Would have been 10 stars if we had gotten the apartment we reserved! We were also charged the same price as the one pictured above, and I definitely don’t think it was worth it since our actual apartment was half the size.

I liked the casa Riz Dan Pietro, so I booked it, when I arrived I was brought to the Casa Riz Vaticano, it was not what I booked and I was unhappy to stay there.
The owner was a polite man, but insisted that I booked the other, which was nothing like this one.
it was ok, but not good 😌
it was not the place that I had booked

Spacious apartment- two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one living room and a small kitchen just enough for the stay.

Beautifully appointed! Loved the vintage terrazzo floors! Antonio was a fantastic host and communicator! Highly recommend this property!

Good location by the Vatican although that means it’s away from the centre and up a hill. Outside does not look special but inside was very nice.
Unfortunately the kitchen area is not really that great as it’s a ‘kitchen in a cupboard ‘.
