Great location, clean and spacious. Anna in reception was wonderful: welcoming and kind, skillful and professional. She was so helpful in problem solving particulars of our stay. She is a real asset to this business.
The beds were too hard for my back. I requested more pillows the second night which helped a bit.
Hard to get shower to not leak a bit on the floor.

Very good location for exploring center city on foot. It is hostel-like, yet quiet for sleeping and Much better overwll than I expected for the price & location.
I had trouble operating the elevator but readily got help.

I liked my accommodation/location
The cleaning lady's were nice.
The maintenance man rescued me from the elevator in a timely manner
I got stuck in the elevator so that wasn't fun. I followed the directions still got stuck and now have a slight fear of elevators so for the trauma i couldn't do 10 out of 10

Central location, welcoming staff at check-in, clean room and bathroom.
The walls seem to be made of paper. You can hear everything and everyone around, including the hotel staff preparing breakfast at 7 in the morning. If you need a good night's sleep, this is not the place you're looking for.

Location
To noisy! From my room I could hear people in other rooms and from the breakfast room. Not worthy the money

Perfect location to the city, we walked everywhere. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are small, but clean and have all you need. I would definitely come back here

The location is convenient and very good, a five minutes' walk from the airport bus stop at Morzinplatz (line VAL2), a few minutes' walk from the Schwedenplatz U-bahn station (excellent connections to all parts of the city, and to the man railway station), in the other direction, a short walk to the St. Stephan's Cathedral, to shopping areas, and to the old Jewish quarter. Lots of big sights and many smaller ones nearby. Actually, "sightseeing" came right into my room: Bells of a nearby church were ringing at fixed intervals.
There are supermarkets and local bars and restaurants just around the corner.
Breakfast was not included in my booking, but against Eur 12 I had an excellent breakfast, "everything"avilable, fresh and tasty.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
I was travelling alone, and while my room was big enough and the bathroom good, the window was facing an inner courtyard or something, the window was chalked. - I would prefer a room with a clear window

The location is truly perfect, right in the old city, also close to metro.
The facilities are awful, nothing in the room, what you ask for barely works. Hairdryer and iron were like more than 20 years old. Although the location overweights that, what would be a deal-breaker is definitely the smell of smoking in the bathroom. Very strong and it always stayed there

It's a pretty central location and walkable to all of the major sights.
Cheap, but you get what you pay for. I found this place comparable to a hostel in comfort and quality. I showed up and the room was freezing, they provide a thin blanket - which matches the bad bed and single tiny pillow. It finally got a bit warmer by the next day, but still was pretty cold in the room.
If you're a light sleeper, this is definitely not your place. You can hear everything going on in the hallway, nearby rooms, and outside. It's got to be one of the noisiest places I've stayed. I'd seriously recommend paying a bit more and staying somewhere better.

Location close to the center
Dirty room. Bed are uncomfortable. Staff is rude. In the rules of the hotel (a sheet on the desk) there was write the possibility of late checkout with a cost of 25 euros. At 10:00 staff entered my room without my permission and yelled and told me to leave immediately. I repeated several times that I would pay for late checkout but they kept insulting me. Really bad experience. I should have called the police.

There was no breakfast.
No staff at the reception.

The staff was excellent very polite and helpful. The hotels location is very good, in walking distance from the city centre and subway stations.
The room was clean but had signs of use. During morning shower the water temperature was really unstable going instantly very hot or very cold. You could hear every little sound from next rooms like conversations or Tv even if they were not loud.

The hotel is very well located, clean and stylish. The stuff is supper helpful and supportive. Very good value for money. I would recommend and I would also stay again if I visit Vienna another time.
Maybe I didn't like the fact, that guests have to pay extra for coffee. It might be very nice and usefull to have coffee in the room or at least for free in the lobby. But its still just a little thing. Hotel is very good.
