This apartment also has two small terraces that can be accessed from the living room and from the rooms. On the top floor we find the kitchen, the living room, a double bedroom and a guest toilet. All parquet floors are of tropical timber. Three sliding hardwood doors, floor to ceiling, separates the three environments. The living room is about 30 square meters with enough breadth and space to enjoy your stay. You can appreciate the panoramic views of the city through its large windows. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all modern amenities and has an office so that guests have a better stay in Barcelona. The lower floor is accessed by a large fully lined wooden staircase. Downstairs are two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a suite with bathroom and walk-in closet. This floor also has a small area with washer and dryer. The apartment has all the modern entertainment equipment: TV, DVD, WiFi, and the necessary appliances such as washing machine, dryer, dishwashers, central heating, air conditioning, etc. Whether for a business trip or family vacation, this beautiful apartment is ideal for your visit to Barcelona. This apartment has private parking for one car included in the price. Our family stay 10 days in that marvelous flat on the last floor of a modern building. Marco that is in charge of the flat is perfect. You can contact him any time (we tested it!) He is giving you good advise and taking care of you during your stay. The flat is well located (beach, mall, restaurant) you may use as you want your car or the public transport that are just at some meters of the flat.

We were attending a conference at the convention centre and enjoyed the 20 minute walk to the centre. We were happy with the apartment and the few minor issues were quickly dealt back with by Marco. We would recommend that the owner consider adding some grab bars in the bathrooms and make the last step of the circular staircase more obvious

Brilliant apartment, everything worked as expected and was spotlessly clean. Amazing view across the city and towards the hills, and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Car park space was a nice surprise. Would definitely book again when next in Barca

If you are looking for a quite neighborhood this is perfect. There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. If you travel by bus, there’s a station right outside the building entrance. My group of 6 stayed here for 5 nights. There’s plenty of space for us! The apartment was well maintained— including the furniture, appliances, beddings, towels, etc. The balcony faces the north-west side. You get a great view of the city and the mountains. You can also see the Sagrada Familia from a distance on the left side.Our host, Marco, was very welcoming, accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend this place!

We had a great stay at the apartment. The location was great, within a walking distance to the metro station, a big shopping mall and many small grocery stores just nearby. The apartment is really nice for a group of people looking to enjoy a nice pent house view and good access to transport. Also its not far from the beach. Imanol is a good host. We had a car and was able to use the car park as well.

6 of us stayed at the apartment as we were attending a local sporting event. The apartment itself was fantastic, really clean and offered everything we needed. Marco contacted me ahead of our stay to make contact and arrange to meet us on arrival. We didn’t need to contact Marco throughout our stay as everything was perfect, however the offer was there from him, which was appreciated. I would definitely recommend the apartment to others. The location was great too as our event was at Mar Bella beach which was 5 mins walk away.

Nice and spacious apartment very close to metro station. The apartment was neat and organized.The staff working there was great, always willing to provide information and recommend us places to eat. The heating works very well and dryer was a plus!I would recommend this apartment for families or groups wanting to spend some time together.

We were five scientists attending a conference in Barcelona and booked this beautiful flat. It was clean, spacious and beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped and great markets nearby. We could walk to the conference center and other transportation very close by. Excellent support from the landlady. We will book this again!

Great location...easy access to public transport, taxis, least crowded area of the beach. Plenty of space. Great air conditioning. A several great restaurants within 1-2 blocks, and many more if you walk a bit further.
