This apartment is wonderful! All the comforts you need including air conditioning and lots of space. It's a block away from La Sagrada Familia and in a nice neighborhood, close to restaurants and wonderful coffee and pastry shops. It's quiet but close to all the action! Clean, attentive host, everything you would want in your stay! Also, the elevator works great! Thanks for a lovely stay...

Booked this apartment for 6 people. All were able to sleep comfortably and was great how the beds were single beds for most to have their own bed. There was also a pull out couch which gives an extra space for guests. The place was right next to Sagrada Familia and a great view from the balcony. There were cafe's, market's and bike rentals all within 3 to 5 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again. Host was very comminicative and we spoke over WhatsApp. Great place.

I just want to say thank you so much for letting us stay at this beautiful home. Such a perfect location to be at and the VIEW from the balcony is WOW. And the place looks much bigger than actual pictures showing on site. I highly recommend this place for anyone! We are definitely going to return back to this place. Perfect for a family to have some extra space. Great walking to a metro stop and able to see Sagrada Familia multiple times of day.
There was some construction noise in the neighborhood, but just part of the city adventure.

The place was large and the rate low, so I would say we got what we paid for. The bathrooms had a strong dank odor to them, that was very offensive. It was my first stay in a European apartment, so I didn’t know what to expect. This left me disappointed. I would not rent this location again.
Positives: it was close to metro and Sagrada Familia. Kitchen was decent. They were very accommodating with our early checkin.

We enjoyed staying in this apartment. The location made it easy to walk to a lot of restaurants and sights. It was a good size for our family. We loved that it had a balcony. The check in process was very secure and the owners/managers were quick to communicate with us when we needed anything.

Everything was great! The location and the apartment was wonderful. The only thing that I did not like was there was no A/C in the bedrooms, just in the common areas. It was not too hot at the time but maybe add some fans.

Excellent location. Many places for food nearby. Second bathroom very small. Communication with host very slow and only through VRBO message app. Very uncomfortable having to send passport images over message app. Please destroy passport info. Help in getting taxi for departure excellent!!

They said I should have called the emergency line. What emergency line??? At 11:30 at night? There were no lights to see anything! Too many issues, wouldn’t recommend.

Great for families
Quite large appartement with three bedrooms, 4 single and one double bed. Ideal for families. A block away from la Sagrada Familia and it's subway station. 2 bathrooms and A/C units. You'll find bakeries and supermarket around the corner. It's a managing company but the communication was great and the appartement had the basics needed to cook some meals. One of the A/C unit was not functionning, I'm sure they will fix it. You have to know that the payment will be processed through the company's own website. We would return to this place if we come back to Barcelona.

I want to be more enthusiastic, but lack of attention to detail spoiled the visit.
Although the apartment was nicely furnished and in a prime location, there was such a lack of attention to detail that our otherwise memorable stay became frustrating. For example, the rental company did not leave us any directions about the neighborhood, or even any directions about how to work items in the apartment such as the washing machine, the dishwasher, the microwave, and the coffee maker. In fact, there was no effective way to make coffee because the drip coffee maker was broken and the pod coffee maker only made shots of espresso, but there was no directions on what size to buy or how to use it.
In addition, we found multiple stains on our sheets and pillowcases. The sheets obviously had been bled on at one point and had not been bleached and cleaned properly.
Also, the air conditioning unit was not powerful enough to circulate throughout the house and the rooms were too stifling for comfortable sleep, but no fans were provided. In addition, the beds were made only with sheets and there were no blankets, so when we dragged the mattresses into the air-conditioned front room to sleep, we ended up freezing and wrapped in sweaters. These are all details that should be attended to as part of running a rental unit, and the fact that they were overlooked distracted greatly from the visit.

Appartement spacieux à 3 min à pieds du métro, de la Sagrada Famillia, des commerces, d'un marché et vue magnifique sur les tours de la Basilique en construction quand nous déjeunons. Cuisine pratique, 4 literies agréables et confortables, hôtes très aimables et réactifs. L appartement pourrait être parfait si les salles de bains subisaient un coup de rénovation. Nous avons apprécié vivre pendant une semaine dans cet immeuble en y vivant comme les espagnols.

Wir waren in der Sagrada Familia Dream Wohnung mit 5 Personen. Tolle gemütliche Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Aldi in der Nähe und andere kleinere Supermärkte direkt um die Ecke. 2 x um die Ecke und man steht vor der Sagrada Familia mit vielen Restaurants für jeden Geschmack sowie die Metro um in alle Richtungen zu kommen. Bushaltestelle auch in der Nähe. Hola-Barcelona-Karte lohnt sich um überall hinzukommen, sogar zum Flughafen. Netter Kotakt mit Vermieterin und einfaches Einchecken kontaktlos vorab und Code für den Eingang. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

The apartment is roomy and in a lovely location overlooking the rooftop of the Sagrada Família, within 5 minute walking distance of the hop on / hop off bus service and the Metro and walking distance of the city centre if you know your way, although it is a fair walk. Even though we were a party of 6 the size of the apartment was such that everyone had their personal space, with three bedrooms, a snug area, a lounge and dining area which leads onto a balcony, as well as a bathroom and a separate wet-room with toilet facilities and a kitchenette. There are many restaurants in walking distance if you do not wish to travel at night.

Location is great if you want to stay close to Sagrada familia. A bit futher from Gothic quarter but right by the Metro station so no issues to get wherever you want to. Some good places to eat nearby recommended by the hosts, great food for great value. All was smooth and we enjoyed the stay, I would happily rent the flat again.

Super fast and easy check-in and very friendly service. The price is fair and the apartment has enough space for 7 people. The locations of this flat is amazing. There are lots of cute restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. More or less 3min walking distance to la Sagrada Familia, few bus stops and a metro station close by. During our stay it wasn't so hot outside so we needed to turn on the heater. It takes a while until it warms up the flat so you may can feel cold as we did
