Estes Park Registration # 6162 This is an almost new 2 story Condo with master bedroom and bathroom on the main level. The spacious kitchen has everything you might need, a beautiful dinner set for 12, a Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster oven, Ninja blender and WMF cookware. The dining room and living room have breathtaking views. There are two full size leather couches and a gas fire place creating a wonderful warm atmosphere. The deck has a gas grill and adirondack chairs. On the lower lever are two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as another living room with a large TV and a super comfortable pull out couch . A spacious deck on each level with wonderful mountain views and clear view of Mary's Lake creates a peaceful place to escape. Wild life, deer and elk are regular visitors to your back yard and provide hours of wonderful entertainment. There is one parking spot in the attached garage and two spaces outside. This property was being managed by a management company for the past 2 seasons so no reviews are listed, you can check out our reviews on our other property listed above. We welcome families with children. If you have a baby there is a packnplay. You do have to provide your own bedding for that. There is also a highchair and a booster seat. The twin bedroom downstairs has a couple of tubs of toys under the bed and upstairs in the living room there are children books and games.

We had the most amazing Christmas at this incredible condo. The place was easy to find, clean, and well stocked with everything you would possibly need. The views are amazing. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

We had an amazing time staying in the condo. It was a great set up for two families with younger kids. It had everything we needed and was easy to get around Estes. We also saw some elk and deer which was a really treat for the kids.

This condo was well appointed with everything you would need. Great balcony with views to mountains and more. Was a little bit of a hassle taking your shoes off every time you entered the unit (which we did) but I guess if it were my condo, I too, would want to preserve the beautiful wood floors. Overall, great place to stay, and would book it again on a return to Estes Park.

My family and I had a wonderful (though too-brief) stay in Estes Park at this lovely property. We were in town to see Cowboy Brad and to go to RMNP the next day. The location was excellent. Nice and quiet. Comfortable accommodations. All we needed and more. Excellent communication too. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was amazing! It was very spacious, had comfortable furniture, brand new appliances, and worked perfectly for our group 6. The house was very clean, had beautiful views, and was in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend!

This property was perfect for our family! Convenient location close to town for those who want to shop, and remote enough for those wanting to find a trail to hike or mountain to climb. Check-in was a breeze and communication with the host was excellent!!! Great location near Mary’s Lake with spectacular views and several opportunities to watch the wildlife.

Perfect location to easily get to RMNP or the main street of shopping/restaurants, only 8-10 minutes away for either one. Very clean and accommodating (everything you could want to feel at home here). Cozy and comfortable. The deck is a great spot to relax and read a book while enjoying the mountain views. Second time staying and now our go-to vacation spot in Colorado. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home!

We returned to this property for a second stay, and the value, amenities, and location remain a best deal in Estes Park. It may be that we are from Houston, but we really appreciate the cool A/C that works very well up and down. A lot of EP places have potential A/C issues, but not this one. Given the EP construction, this location is especially good for accessing RMNP, far east EP, and middle of town without ever dealing with congestion or road closures. We brought some decent wine stems from Texas wineries and left them in the downstairs bar. Enjoy! We do request that the property provide a knife honing steel/sharpening rod, and a small and medium non-stick skillets. These would really help out on routine kitchen matters, breakfast and lunch, which we prepare. To end this, we had a huge herd of elk right up to the property and quietly stepped out and sat on the downstairs patio and observed. Really neat.

Our family had such a wonderful vacation and felt very much at home! We love the views off the back decks and seeing all the wildlife nearby. The location is perfect being so close to one of the RMNP entrances and it is not far from downtown. This was our second time to stay here and we are looking forward to our next visit!

We loved it here, and the house was lovely! The views from the balconies were gorgeous, and we saw a dozen or so elk pass by a couple times. There was plenty of space and anything you’d need to cook and stay for a few days including cookware, spices and foil/Tupperware. I was surprised that keurig pods were not available though there was a holder for them (maybe they ran out just before us and forgot to refill). Also shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were not provided in all bathrooms, and when I asked the host about it, I was told only shampoo is provided. With the heat on, the upstairs got very warm and the downstairs was still cold. All in all, a fantastic stay.

The scenery was amazing. The condo had everything you could possibly need. All enjoyed from children to retiree. Just a note when you leave triple check for items not packed as they won’t be returned.

Thank you so much for our lovely stay! The condo was exceptionally clean, and very modernized, with what seemed to be top of the line appliances, TV, and lighting. The kitchen is huge. The couches were notably extremely comfortable lol. No photo could do justice to the views of the mountains; even the downstairs queen bedroom has a breathtaking view! Sunset and sunrise were spectacular to look at. Most of the windows have screens so you can open them to get the mountain air without bugs coming in. On our first morning, a bull elk was sleeping right outside the downstairs window, and then as the sun got brighter we saw him grazing! Another evening, an entire family of deer grazed right outside the back patio in the meadow, and then later came back to lay down and sleep as the sun went down! Around town during the elk rut season (now) we also saw elk roaming around. It was wonderful! There is a nearby grocery, and lots of nearby restaurants. Kitchen wise, lots of spices and pots and pans and bakeware are already supplied. We specifically chose this property because they were so responsive so fast to any questions we had. That’s comforting while on vacation. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay with breathtaking views and wildlife as well!

The owner and the property manager were very responsive and super nice. The property was extraordinarily clean and comfortable. I can't say enough about the amazing views! It rained one evening and the rainbow over the mountains was spectacular. No shortage of wildlife. The view of the mountains and lake is unbeatable. I highly recommend this property.

We stayed for a long weekend in this home and it was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. It is immaculate, well thought out, comfortable and tastefully decorated. My children are no longer little but the house was stocked with various necessities one would need if they were to bring a baby/toddler/young child. The kitchen had plenty of cooking tools so that we could easily piece together a meal. The house is situated within minutes of downtown Estes Park, as well as Rocky Mountain National Park and has spectacular views from its very own balcony. It’s the perfect spot! Ownership was extraordinarily responsive, transparent and accommodating. It made our short stay in this house very, very enjoyable!

Though we didn’t do much cooking the kitchen is stocked with all the things, just like at home. Not just what they think you might use for a weekend! The views are nice and everything is updated. Plenty of room to spread out as well.

We were two families of 4 meeting up for a week vacation together and we felt like we had the perfect amount of space to enjoy one another but also have our own space (3.5 bathrooms!) We wanted to cook meals for the week, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There's also an amazing amount of condiments, spices, extras that others have left - which made it absolutely possible for us to cook without any trouble. We loved the covered porches and sat out there as the thunderstorms rolled in. We enjoyed seeing deer and elk out our windows most mornings. The place is clean, modern, and felt wonderful the moment we walked in. We are planning to return to this same property next summer and make this a new family tradition.
