Fabulous apartment. Everything was perfect. Great hosts,
Elevator building walkable to most of the sites. Definitely would stay again.

It is a large apartment located near the main train terminal in the heart of Rome. There is easy access to the subway system and buses, which made getting to the rest of Rome a breeze. The host was very gracious and provided a useful recommendation list for food options around Rome that never disappointed. The market, grocery store and gelateria nearby were great finds for us. The host arranged transportation to and from the airport, this was excellent. We don’t give a full five points because the showers did not stay consistently warm, and the toilets did not flush well. We were there in December and the heating worked well, and the elevator was a blessing for getting to this 5th floor apartment (that is floor 4 in Italy where the ground floor is 0)

The apartment was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures, Pier was very helpful in arranging all of our transportation, great communicator and fast responses to all my many questions.
Only negative was that one of the bathrooms was missing the toilet seat.
I would definitely stay here again!

While the flat was perfectly adequate and met the needs of the three couples in our group, it is in a neighborhood that requires a lot of walking to most monument areas. The neighborhood looks shadier than it is; we felt safe walking around for the most part, but once we entered the building, we felt completely secure and safe.
A note for Americans: while the home does have in-unit laundry facilities as advertised, there is a washing machine, but no dryer. Dryers are not common in Europe.
The Air conditioning worked well, and was much appreciated during the sweltering heat.
The water pressure and water temperature in all of the showers was inconsistent. Washcloths are not provided, but clean towels are.
There is a fantastic coffee shop just next-door.
The host and hostess were outstanding with communication and check-in. We appreciated their flexibility. They had taken extra strides to be hospitable and kind.

The apartment itself is a wonderful base to visit Rome, so long as you can make your way to the Metro station situated in the Vittorio Emanuel Park, about 10 minutes away. Once we were able to navigate our way to the Metro, all of Rome was at our disposal. There is a great huge vegetable, fruit, fish and meat market down the street. It is a must for cooking in the apartment. The kitchen was a little sparse for cooking needs, but we were able to make make full dinners or lunches. We found our way to the St. Lorenzo neighbourhood for authentic Italian (non-touristy). A wonderful bakery exists on the far end of the Vittorio Emanuel Park. Andrea and his team were superb hosts. I would book again.

Several days in Rome before a cruise.
The area is Rome and the restaurants not overpriced.
We booked an extra day because half of us arrived early in the day. The one disappointment came on our last day. We were under the impression check out was 10 am. But we were asked to be out before that. The other thing was I use a mobility scooter that folds. Even folded it had to be put inside sideways because the door is not very wide unless both are open and we could not figure how to do that.

The location was very conveniently located near the Rome central rail station (Termini). The neighborhood appears spotty but we found it to be very safe, and within walking distance of many sites and restaurants.

We stayed at this 3 bedroom 3 bath apartment both before and after our cruise. The apartment is spotless and well-appointed. All beds are comfortable (per all my family). The kitchen has all amenities needed to cook. This apartment is within 12 minute walking distance to Termini. We had an easy check-in as Andrea met us as we arrived. The owner arranged for transportation that was reasonably priced to pick us up from the airport and then back at the end of our stay. The drivers were prompt and efficient. We took the train to the port. Very easy to do... However, plan extra time for purchasing the train tickets and getting to the correct platform. There is a wonderful farmer's market within a 5 minute walk. Everything was fresh! There is also a regular grocery store within a 10 minute walk. We walked from our apartment to the Colosseum Trevi Fountain and more! All within 30 minutes. We did take the metro to the Vatican. The building itself is secure and quiet. We communicated easily and quickly with Pier the owner. Made our stay most enjoyable. We will absolutely stay again the next time we're in Rome. Grazie e fino alla prossima volta!

Extremely clean apartment, and bedding. Tons of space, tons of wardrobes, 3 bathrooms (with bidets!), huge kitchen and living area. 2 dining tables. All windows have covers which close shut for complete darkness - beautiful sleep.
The kitchen has the necessities. Host Andrea was very friendly, responsive and had some suggestions for first timers like us.
The area was a bit dirty with many ethnicities, making for a colorful neighborhood. There is a bakery café right next to the entrance and a local fish + produce indoor market a few steps away. There is a full size supermarket and a children’s park within less than a mile.
We never had to take cabs or public transportation, walking to all famous sites in the city earned us around 20k steps per day.
U.S. guests - note that there is no dryer, if you plan on laundry. The coffee maker is the Moka pot (metal), very easy to use and it makes a delicious coffee (provided)
Shampoo and shower caps provided, no conditioner. We bought one at a store.
We recommend this apartment and hope to be back some day :)

The apartment itself is spacious and great for staying with family or friends. It has everything you need. The only unfortunate thing about the property is at no fault of the apartment itself, it is just located in a bit of a dirty neighborhood. It is in easy walking distance to public transport, some good restaurants, grocery shops, and even the Colosseum which is great.

We could not have asked for a better choice for our party of six. The location is great (close proximity to Termini Station and restaurants), and the support we received from our hosts was superb. Transfer from the airport to the apartment, apartment to the port of Civitavecchia, and from Civitavecchia to the airport were arranged by the host. The drivers and vehicles were superb and the costs very reasonable. If you have a party of five or more, consider this property for your stay.

The apartment was what we needed for a base camp in Rome as a family with two adult children to have their own rooms/beds. The neighborhood is an interesting mix of cultures, close to a metro station, restaurants and a supermarket. 15-20 minute walk to the train station for our train to Florence. Elevator is a plus as it is on the 4th floor. Andreas was helpful for check in and out. We spent a lot of time out visiting the sights, used the apartment for sleeping and getting ready.

Location, location, location! This was awesome. We were able to walk everywhere and felt generally safe. Do your own due diligence and be wary of some regions at night. We were walking distance to everything (<5km, with most things very nearby). Restaurants were awesome and very close. We walked to most major attractions (or scootered), but you could take public transit or taxis easily. Rome has a lot of garbage in the streets and this neighbourhood is no different. Not a reflection on the apartment, but something to be aware of.

Great apartment, very clean and user friendly. Tons of room for my family of six. Rather dismayed at the Garbage and graffiti in the neighborhood though. Didn’t find it unsafe just very dirty and littered out in the streets. A gem of a place tho, and not too far from anything 💕.
