We were there for a bachelorette party and the location was amazing. We were within walking distance to everything. I will say the first room that we originally booked we could not stay at because 2 days prior to arrival the property management company called and said there was a flood. They did work with us to find a new place immediately.
Here are the areas for improvement:
1. when we checked in they forgot to put new pillowcases on our pillows, we did call to complain and within the hour the cleaning staff had the issue was resolved
2. There is carpet in all 4 bedrooms, i highly recommend it be ripped out and removed as its disgusting. Its dirty, has an odor, and crunchy on your bare feet....We were all very grossed out by this.
3. the cabinets were clearly not wiped down as the pulls had gunk and residue on them
4. the kitchen sink faucet was also dirty
The only additional complaint was how we all felt in the apartment. There is only one small window at the entrance of the place which makes you feel like you are in a dungeon. We all felt very enclosed as opposed to having windows within each room to give it that open airy feeling.
If you are only looking for location, i highly recommend this place as its an amazing location, if you are looking for a little bit more i'd suggest alternatives.

We loved the location of this rental, as it was close to Broughton Street and only about 10 minutes to River Street. The apartment itself fitted the 7 of us comfortably. and everything was clean. But for me, the little things would've made it 5 stars. Better towels, art on the wall, light above kitchen table, coffee filters, kitchen cabinet that wasn't crooked, COLOR. We were satisfied, but not wowed.

The condo was very clean. I would prefer a sofa instead of chairs for living room area. The two rear bedrooms did not cool as well as the others so I would suggest ceiling fans be installed or if you are traveling by auto you need to bring a fan. Unfortunately we flew to Savannah so we did not have the luxury of bringing a fan. It is centrally located to everything we wanted to see and we walked everywhere. A suggestion-if you want to go to the river area, take the elevator at the Bohemian Hotel instead of walking all the steps!

The location was great! We were within walking distance of everything downtown. We really liked the way the bathrooms were set up! Someone could be showering while someone could still use the vanity. The cons, noisy, we could even hear the toilets flushing above us. The front living area was very dark and there was no couch. A small sectional for everyone to sit in would have been nice. There were also no shelves in the shower or hangers in the closets, which was a minor inconvenience. The place was clean and we really enjoyed being able to walk everywhere!

Overall the apartment is a very clean and well furnished. The only things that we would change is that there is no couch in the living room which makes things a bit more difficult with a big group looking to hangout but really wasn’t a big deal. The other thing is the shower curtains in the bathroom hang pretty short so be sure to put a towel down on the floor in the bathroom!Overall it is a great location and nice clean place to stay with a group, the roof is also a great addition! Would definitely recommend!

Everything about this rental was great! The location was awesome, the rooftop area was a great perk, the bedrooms and kitchen had tons of space. The only thing I wish this unit had was more furniture in the living area for the time that we spent inside. However, that would not prevent me from staying here again or recommending this property to anyone looking for a great stay in Savannah!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place had everything we needed with plenty of rooms and you can’t beat the location. It’s right in the middle of everything and easy to get to so many of the Savannah sites and good restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

They were above and beyond accommodating every time I spoke with them and Vincent and Katrine went the extra mile to make sure our trip was the best!! The location is unbeatable (minutes walk to everything) and fit our group really well. I would highly recommend staying at this rental and using lucky Savannah to rent from!

Pros: Great location. One of very few places with 4 bed 2 bathrm. Updated furnishings and decor. Tile bathrooms. Cons:bathrooms not well cleaned - mold and mildew both on shower curtains and tiles. No hooks anywhere to hang a towel or clothing. No table or shelf in shower for soap/shampoo. Had to keep it on the floor. Carpets stained. Ceiling particles falling/peeling over bed. Hot water tank too small for 8 people. Not enough utensils. Exposed plumbing is noisy..especially when guests on floor above flush or use bathroom. Poor choice of living room furniture. No where to sit down. No sofa. Unable to use rooftop due to elevator. No umbrellas at rooftop tables. No parking... other hosts offered parking passes free of charge to use. This host did not and parking was very difficult with elderly guest.

We were within walking distance to everything and loved being on the first floor. The communication was great with management; someone is on call 24/7. I would stay there again but would hope to see the following improvements: more towel racks, soap holders in shower,
additional seating in living room, and improved wifi.

The two apartments we rented were right next to each other, which was perfect for a big bachelorette party! It was also a perfect spot for walking everywhere in Savannah. We loved the rooftop as well, it was a great place to hang out and meet others staying in the building. Only issue was that the bathrooms didn't have fans or windows, so they got very steamy and didn't smell great after a while.

The Airbnb is located in a great area. Overall it was clean. One major thing we were disappointed with was the room with the bunk beds, we were sleeping and dust sort of black substance fell on us at night. When we got up we saw some black particles on the blanket, bed sheets. Not sure what was in the ceiling but no one would be happy to have dust like things falling on you when you are asleep.
I understand the rental is very industrial but this is unacceptable.

This spot was the perfect place for three couples to reunite following full vaccination. The property was fresh and clean and the location allowed us to walk everywhere, never needing to get our car out of the garage. On arrival, the air conditioner was not working but a quick call had a property rep and an AC guy there in no time! All fixed with a smile. Although we felt it was unusual the bedrooms had no windows, it enabled us getting fabulous sleep in the cool, dark, cave! The rooftop area was easily accessed and we had the area to ourselves. We would definitely stay at this property again.

This spot was the perfect place for three couples to reunite following full vaccination. YUCK! Inside the place, the kitchen sink did not drain correctly and was filled most of the time and one of the bedrooms white comforter had little brown spots over. Loved Savannah, but wasn’t impressed by our stay. I have pictures to show for the disgusting balcony/rooftop.
