The Townhouse on Crawford Square brings chic opulence to a classic historic home in a charming Landmark District neighborhood. Directly across from lovely Crawford Square, with its popular gazebo, the townhouse is a comfortable trendy abode. Enjoy crisp contemporary decor set against the backdrop of exposed brick and the ornate detail of a box newel post. You get the best of many worlds at the Townhouse on Crawford Square. The main floor is open and spacious with two seating areas, one an intimate space near the decorative fireplace and the other in an area arranged for conversation, games and viewing the flatcreen TV. Soft rugs accent the original hardwood floors, and an impressive signature fan apparatus with moving belt ties the main living areas together. Bold and subtle colors bring excitement and serenity into the space, which includes a petite desk and chair. Your accommodations feature a terrific kitchen. Big, clean and contemporary, the space will delight both "chef" and microwave mavens. Generous counter-space and a substantial island provide ample room for food and beverage preparation, as well as seating for 4. The high-top table seats 2 more. The kitchen is equipped with general cooking utensils, pots & pans and a spice/herb cabinet. Tasteful dinnerware, flatware and glassware is provided. Care to dine al fresco? Enjoy breakfast or sip cocktails or Southern iced tea at the outdoor table in your private courtyard, or take your morning coffee or evening glass of wine to Crawford Square, where you might encounter locals and/or visitors with the same idea. Sleeping arrangements upstairs are stunning. The owners have decorated both suites with a meticulous boutique-inspired eye. The suites each have king beds, ample closet space and full baths. In fact, the master offers a luscious soaking tub, placed discretely behind a modern sliding barn door. The other bath features a unique waterproof covering that mimics the material around a golf ball and in fact bears the Titleist insignia right on the wall. When you step out of these wonderful baths/showers plush towels are at the ready. Stretch out of comfortable mattresses and snuggle beneath high-end linens and comforters. We want you to have a restful night. The new Murphy bed downstairs has a queen mattress and is situated at the far end of the living space so as to afford some sense of privacy. The half bath is conveniently located next to the sleeping area.

This property was very nice…very large, well equipped kitchen, Very comfortable living room with TV, games, books, and magazines. The staircase going up to the two bedrooms was tricky and may not be a fit for a much older couple. Both bedrooms with bathrooms were lovely. Has an outdoor patio with secured lock and parking off street.

We have rented a number of homes in Savannah, through VRBO, over the past few years, and this house exceeded them all (with similar price point). We would definitely rent this house again while visiting the Savannah area!

Welcoming home in historic Savannah that is walking distance to most of the attractions/restaurants/events one comes to this amazing town to experience. The two upper level master bedrooms have full bath/shower suites, a well stocked kitchen on the main level, a private courtyard and assigned single parking spot. All made for a comfortable stay. Would recommend and return to.

We enjoyed our sister trip and will visit again with our nieces. Big kitchen, comfortable beds. Good set-up for pets (backyard) and off-street parking. Only need remove the thorny plant in the courtyard so for dog safety :)

We stayed at this home with another couple. We had plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the patio for the evening. It was a quiet neighborhood while we were there. Very walkable to City Market and River Street. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay at this home. It is located in an ideal location - walking distance to everything that you could want. Plenty of space for the 3 of us - and very comfortable beds! We did have an issue that the home was not cleaned when I arrived at the appropriate time - but it was quickly handled and we were refunded $100 for our trouble. We would look to rent this property again in the future.

My friends and I were in town for a savannah bananas game. The house was great - it’s not big but it worked for the six of us. The kitchen has everything you need, and the garden is great. We spent a lot of time out there. (There are four chairs so being lawn chairs if you are more than four people.) We would be glad to stay there again.

Savannah is a wonderful city to visit. The home was well furnished, maintained, and located, providing an excellent "base-camp" for us as we roamed about town. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home.

It was our first time visiting Savannah and we wanted to be close enough to River Street but still far enough away to enjoy the serenity of nature. We were not disappointed by the property or the location!
We spent the majority of our time walking the surrounding streets with our two miniature dachshunds taking in the beautiful views of the trees, squares, and historic homes.
Most of the surrounding streets offer plenty of shade to keep the pavement cool enough for our pups paws, plus there’s tons of grass for them to walk along beside us when they wanted something softer or needed some potty time.
The property was as described in the listing and our girls (pups) enjoyed the private gated courtyard.
The fan in the living room was not working when we visited due to broken belts which were on order so we were slightly disappointed in that but the huge shower and soaking tub in the master suite definitely made up for it!!!
The stairs leading upstairs are fairly steep as most are for homes built in the 1800’s so I recommend taking that into consideration if you have any knee/hip issues or dogs that struggle with stairs like ours.
We highly recommend this property for the location and historic charm and would definitely consider this for a return visit!!!

This was our second time staying in this townhouse. Everything is exactly what they tell you. Great location. Kelly the property manager is great. Very attentive. I highly recommend if you are staying in Savanna.

We struggle to find nice, interesting, well-located accommodations when traveling with our dog. This charming historic row house on Crawford Square was terrific! This was the best stocked rental we've ever encountered - everything you could possibly want in the kitchen including foil and ziplocs, and also comfortable throws to cozy up in the living room. Lovely big bedrooms with two nice ensuite bathrooms (one quite unique). Fabulous walks with the dog across all of Savannah's squares, including the beautiful and interesting Colonial Park Cemetary. Easy walks to restaurants, shops, attractions... couldn't be better!

The property is exactly as described in the listing. Super easy to check in and great to have parking included. Great location with easy access to everything you want to see and do in the old part of Savannah. It was nice to stay at a rental that didn’t just have one of everything. Plenty of supplies for using the dishwasher and laundry and trash bags. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Great property for us and our dogs. Quiet. Easy to navigate the River and Historic District on foot. We walked to many fun places to tour and eat. Good communication with rental company. Would stay here again.

This home met our needs perfectly. We are a family of 4 + mother in law, and we loved being right on the square, and relatively central to all the places we want to walk. The courtyard was great, and it was nice to have off street parking. My 5 year old daughter particularly loved the “banana tub”.

Short Savannah Visit
The property was just as advertised and a very pleasant experience. It was very clean and comfortable and in an excellent location for sightseeing.
We entered through the back door due to parking being behind the building, and there were some aggressive wasps that flew out of a light fixture. My daughter was stung. I immediately contacted the host, and the issue was dealt with promptly.
Currently, this is not a quiet location. There is construction taking place across the alley behind the building, and we were awakened around 7:30 both mornings by the noise. Also, the walls are apparently thin, and we could hear lots of neighbor noise: conversations, dogs barking, etc. None of this is the fault of the host, and there is nothing that can be done about it. Just a heads up.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much and appreciated what the property had to offer.

It was usually 15 minutes to walk to restaurants on the river, maybe 30 to walk towards the JW Marriott. Plenty of coffee shops within a 5-10 minute walk. The house had all the amenities we needed.. just a few tips: in the bedroom with the separate bathtub, the light switch right inside the door controls the tv; bring extra toilet paper; and be prepared to wash towels often as there really didn’t seem to be enough for a house that sleeps 6. Otherwise it was incredible. Really appreciated the off street parking space and TVs in the bedrooms.

Great place to stay in Savannah with everything a short walk away. The location on Crawford Square is perfect when staying with pets. The home is very charming and well maintained.

Excellent stay. Close to everything. E-Tang across the street was Excellent if you like Asian cuisine. Only complaint about the property is patio and grill needs cleaning up. Definitely will return for another visit.

Great house and Savannah is amazing !
The TUB! Have to start my review with my favorite part of the house. The tub was wonderful to soak in after walking around exploring Savannah!
The house was clean and the pictures were accurate. We did rent a car and appreciated the parking spot in the back of the house. We also appreciated the starters of toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels.
The beds are extremely comfortable! I would recommend that the pillows be replaced as they were very uncomfortable in both the bedrooms.
One other recommendation would be to leave more than 3 wash cloths per bathroom, when you have rentals of one week.
We felt very safe walking around and enjoying the neighborhood restaurants and I would highly recommend staying at this house.

This property was the perfect place for a relaxing girls trip! Close to everything, lots of space, and an inviting home that made our trip very enjoyable. Kelly made the check in and checkout process so easy and was very accommodating. 10/10 recommended this place and would stay again!

The layout was cozy, relaxing and perfect for us to spend time with our loved ones. There was very little traffic and the park is right across the street. Savannah is very pet friendly and it made the trip so easy to bring our fur kids. This would have been a 5 star rating however, we understood the parking to accommodate 2 cars. There is no way you could fit even two compact cars in what is listed as a tandem spot without sticking out into the alley. We were told there was parking nearby.
