Nestled in Steamboat Springs, this charming condo for R 2,772 per night is a great option for your next vacation. OWNER OPERATED-NO ADDED MGMT FEES! Enjoy this beautiful updated 2 bedroom top floor condo just steps away from ski trails, mountain biking, and hiking. In a quiet setting above the base of the mountain, perfect for family getaways or time with friends. Imagine waking up in a comfortable king sized bed (both bedrooms), head to the updated stainless kitchen and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. Suit up in your coats, boots and helmets from the custom mud bench and take the elevator down to the 1st Floor, grab you skis from your ski locker and head out the side door. Strap on your gear and enjoy a green run down to Chrisite Base. When you are ready for lunch or a break, avoid the crowds in the chalet and ski back to the condo, kick off your boots and enjoy some sandwiches or burgers on the BBQ (Condo Balcony). When you are ready to head back out, toss dinner in the crock pot and ski the rest of the afternoon. When your day is done, ski home, use the provided boot dryer, and spoil yourself with the choice of a steam shower, heated-jetted bath, or warm up by the wood burning stove. If you are in a social mood, a short walk across the parking lot will put you at the community heated pool and hot tub. Cap off your night by watching a television program on any of the 3 flatscreen TV’s in the condo.

This condo was amazing. Everything you could possibly want or need were provided! The description is accurate and it’s even better than we had hoped for.
The bed was very comfortable and the place is really quite large. It’s perfect for 2 couples although we were alone. The grill on the patio was perfect. We grilled several nights. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Steamboat.

I had another wonderful vacation in Steamboat Springs staying at this lovely condo! This is my second time at this condo and I'll definitely stay here again. Very comfortable, beautiful, and the location is perfect! Jim and Martha are the greatest hosts with wonderful communication. My only complaint is that my vacation ended too soon. 😊

From the moment you walk in the door, you will appreciate the details and overall comfort of this condo. We enjoyed the ease of a true ski in/out and appreciated having ski lockers that were easily accessible before heading back upstairs. Our days started early on the slopes and then afterwards we walked across the parking lot to enjoy the hot tub and heated pool. If you don't want to take advantage of those, there is also a steam shower that is absolutely amazing after a day on the slopes. We enjoyed cooking dinner in the well-equipped kitchen while watching the last bit of light slip away over the mountains. We ended our days with a fire each night. We never turned on the tvs! Beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are surprisingly quiet.
Downtown is only a few minutes away if you want to head to dinner or do some shopping. Grocery stores are also conveniently located.
The hosts were responsive and really made us feel at home. This is a true gem, don't sleep on this one.

I usually don’t leave reviews (I should, but I am lazy) but I simply had to here. The place is incredible. We skied right out the back door onto the mountain; a lovely Green trail that led right down to the two gondolas. The condo itself was immaculate, and filled with loving decorative touches making it the perfect ski condo. There is every amenity at your fingertips (thanks for the crock pot use!). Really, nothing is missed. The steam shower was terrific after a long day on the slopes, as was the outdoor hot tub for the adults and the outdoor pool for the kid at the spa that is literally across the parking lot. The owners responded to the few inquiries we had immediately. I can’t say enough about this beautiful mountain condo experience. Thank you James and Martha!

We loved our stay in Steamboat at this condo. We could tell it was personally owned by James and Martha because of the personal touches: well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, memory foam beds, and even the boot dryer/warmer!
It is a true ski in/out which was key for us with a toddler.
Cons that have nothing to do with our hosts: the shuttle often ran off-schedule and the pool was barely warm and we got chilled.

Everything was perfect about our stay at this condo. The facility was clean and nice. The ease of access to the mountain was incredible. The location was perfect. Martha was super communicative and checked on us to make sure everything was perfect. I wouldn’t have changed one thing about our trip. We hope to book the exact same unit next year.

Thoughtfully appointed ski in / ski out condo
The condo had many amenities and we arrived to find it clean and well stocked for us. We loved being able to use the pool and hot tub across the way after a great day of skiing. The owners were very responsive; It is obvious they love their condo and made sure we had everything we needed in the kitchen, bath and bedrooms. The ski storage locker was conveniently located by the ski in/ski out entrance. The location is great to ski in/out from, dropping you on to the Why Not trail which takes you to the gondola area. Note that to get to shops, grocery and restaurants, you will need to take the bus which comes every 30 minutes, or bring a car. This is a great option for a Steamboat vacation!

This place has everything you need to enjoy your stay at Steamboat. No reason to bring your much of anything but your food. Beds were super comfortable, the steam shower was amazing, beautiful upgrades and conveniently located. Very clean, well maintained complex. Hot tub was nice and big and there is a heated pool. Would totally book this place again.

The BEST kind of ski vacation
This was our second stay and I can't recommend it enough for a family ski vacation. Ski in and ski out with ski storage and the best equipped vacation rental we've ever rented. The kitchen lacks nothing and makes cooking a breeze and there's plenty of extra blankets, sheets and towels.

The condo was just right for our family of 4. Ski in ski out feature made this property an outstanding choice. It was easy to get on and off the slopes each day and we could very easily stop for lunch at the unit.
The unit had everything you need to eat in and as a result made staying COVID safe very easy.
We will definitely return on our next trip to Steamboat.

Great place. Roomy. Well stocked and comfortable. And best of all, true ski-in, ski-out. Step out the door and click in. Downhill exit to trail and lifts, and down hill trail back to door. No poling. Loved the place.

Great Ski In/Out Property at Steamboat
It makes the trip so much easier for a family trip when you can come and go from a slope side condo. We enjoyed relaxing in the condo at lunch time and going for a swim in the heated outdoor pool at the end of each day was a treat as well! Great location and great experience.

James and Martha’s condo was perfect for our family of 4. Kitchen stocked with plenty of equipment and condiments for cooking in. Location great for ski in/out down to Christie lifts and gondola. Wood stove and provided wood was perfect after a ski day. 5 stars!
