At the end of the day, ski right to the back door. *Please note: There is no guarantee that there will be enough snow for this unit to be fully ski-in/ski-out in early ski season (November 15-December 15) and also in late season (after March 20). The main level deck is huge and wraps around the side of this private end unit. Separate levels provide privacy within the property. Free shuttle service (winter only) - to the gondola/base area, town, restaurants, pubs or grocery store. Enter the property on the main level and into the open living area which features a beautifully updated kitchen, featuring stainless appliances and gorgeous granite counters. It is fully equipped with everything you would need for cooking a meal. There is a large dining table off the kitchen, with 8 chairs, perfect for a family or group. The living area provides fantastic mountain views and ample comfortable seating on a leather sofa and loveseat as well as a club chair. Sit back and relax by the gas fireplace and/or watch a movie or show on the flat screen TV. The main level also features high ceilings, fabulous barn wood beams and access to the expansive wraparound deck on this end unit, with plenty of privacy and open space next to the property. The deck offers the hot tub, a gas grill for barbecuing and outdoor furniture. Its the perfect place to relax to enjoy a beverage, bite or just a good book. There is a secured ski locker conveniently located a few steps from your parking space right in front of the entry. The upper level has two bedrooms, both with fantastic views, deck access, flat screen TVs and plenty of storage. The master suite has a king sized and its own private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second upstairs bedroom has has both a queen and twin bed. The other upstairs full bathroom is off the hallway and has a tub/shower combo. The lower level also has two bedrooms with flat screen TVs and another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. One bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has both a queen and twin bed. There is a washer and dryer on the lower level and outdoor storage for your equipment. The lower level deck is slope side. Just take your skis and snowboards and step into your bindings and off you go! During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails, near the roller coaster and other activities at the base of the mtn. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort. 6 of us - 2 couples, and 2 singles - enjoyed the townhouse for a week. I picked it primarily for its location, and I’m feeling good about my decision. The ski in/out through the downstairs bedrooms were a concern, but it worked out fine. I’ve stayed in nicer places, and I’ve stayed in worse. This place, I’d consider “adequate”. The beds were all very comfortable - thank you for that important detail. We had humidifiers and fans in all rooms. The kitchen and LR were fine. The bathrooms were ok - nothing fancy, just ok. The place itself was fine. The ski in/out is great. it doesn’t get much better. I will return and I can recommend this to others who don’t require lots of luxury we had a car, but we used the free shuttle service a couple times for group dinner outings. it worked out great

Great location regarding ski-in/ski-out access. The views were also incredible (you're literally on the mountain). The unit was nice and had plenty of room. We utilized the hot tub everyday (for hours on end). Overall I was extremely satisfied and plan on returning.

Fantastic location! really enjoyed the ski in ski out. Condo is a bit dated in places but yet very comfortable. Only being able to park 2 cars was a real inconvenience for us but we managed. We would definitely stay again.

The property is as good as it looks. An incredible ski-in-ski-out that puts you right on a run that leads straight to the base of the mountain, and past T-Bar. You can also hop off that same run at the end of the day and ski right to the back door of the condo. Hot tub and grill for relaxing after a long day on the mountain, and a very useful shuttle provided by the host company to get into town. Will definitely be looking to stay again next time we're in Steamboat!

As a ski-in/ ski-out property, this couldn't be any better. We were quickly on and off the slopes. Relaxing in the hot tub and watching the sun set was an unbelievable bonus. Fully stocked kitchen; the living area is spacious; ample sleeping for 2 couples with kids. There was nothing we needed that was not provided. Property feels very secluded, while being close to town and multiple restaurants, as well as shopping. I would recommend a 4-wheel drive in the winter- I'm not sure we could have made it up the switchbacks in the snow without it. Overall, a fantastic property!

We had a great stay at this condo! Location can't be beat and views are great - got to see the aspens and scrub oak on the mountain changing color. Condo was clean and as pictured online. Kitchen is well-equipped. We would stay here again.

I stayed in this unit with 4 other people and had plenty of space with the 4 available bedrooms and the nice large, open kitchen & living room. The wrap-around deck with the huge private hot tub was great for taking in the mountain views at this end unit townhome. We used the private hot tub and the deck grill every day, which was great to have. Everything was very clean when we arrived. The house is also just minutes from downtown Steamboat Springs via car, but far enough away that it is quiet nestled in the hillside of the ski resort. I would love to come back in Winter as the ski-in ski-out access to the ski resort would be great!
