New hotel with friendly staff. The rooftop restaurant was great, serving fabulous food.
The room was really small. It felt more like a dorm room with little space to move around.

Good location, nice rooftop bar and restaurant, clean
Broken bed, not very ADA friendly

This is a new property on the northern edge of RINO. It is hip and cool for a mid-level hotel chain. They are wonderful, more affordable additions to the lodging stock in the neighborhood. We got in our car to access the southern end of the zone. A parking garage is available. It's only a block away. I don't remember if we paid extra.
Nothing.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and loved our pup!
Not too much around the hotel but just enough.

The bed was so comfortable! We went to a show at the mission ballroom so this location was perfect for being able to walk

The room was clean and the staff was nice and very helpful.
I didn’t eat at breakfast at the hotel but it was a small coffee cafe that offered breakfast inside the hotel. The parking is what I did not like. We had to park two blocks over from the hotel on the side of the street. The street wasn’t a busy street. They did give us the option to park in a parking garage but it cost more.

Coffee shop and breakfast available.
Roof top restaurant .
Location was quite a walk to where we wanted to be. Fine if you have a vehicle but we didn’t

There's parking on the street. Most of the time, I guess. Room was clean and functional.
I'm allergic to down feathers. All their pillows were feather. First hotel I've ever been in that didn't have an alternative. Room was of sterile design. Lobby coffee shop was ok, but that means no free coffee in the lobby. We're too old for the loud music in the rooftop taco place / bar, otherwise we would have stayed longer and ordered more. Asked for no cilantro, got cilantro.

Property is in RiNo district which has a couple of places within walking distance, but is also just a short drive from most of the places we wanted to be. Hotel has a trendy, industrial-business look and feel to it. The restaurant on the roof was great for grabbing quick bites to eat and the staff was pleasant.
On site parking is non existent for this hotel. There's a garage about a block and a half away that the staff recommended *not* parking at. Parking is available on the street but it's limited. Multiple times we'd have to circle the area for 20-25 min in hopes of something opening up.

Hotel was great , awesome staff taco bar was the best
The parking was ridiculously

Most of the staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. The bathroom was big and the handicap bars are great.
Having to pay for parking was frustrating. We understand that hotels in the city usually require guests to pay for parking, but since the area is so underdeveloped and there is a lot of construction still it would have been a nice perk. The area is very underdeveloped and the website does not accurately describe that the area is still devoid of restaurants, convenience stores, coffee shops. The beds are too soft.

Nice clean space, and liked the breakfast cafe and taco bar access. Breakfast was not included, though.
Expensive and too much construction nearby. Some kind of breakfast included would improve the "value" of the place and the price per room.

Convenient
Parking. Thin walls. Crowded room.

The girl working at the front desk during the night shift was rude. The girl working front desk in the mid afternoon was very nice and welcoming

Large room and bathroom. Good restaurant on site.
Even though our room was ready, they wouldn't let us check in unless we wanted to pay $50 for "early check in". We arrived around 3 and check in was at 4.

The coffee shop was a pleasant experience, if you get there early enough.
Terrible water pressure. Hours of the restaurant.

We got a room next to ice machine and all night we heard that machine

Great area. Beautiful hotel. Great tacos.
30 minute walk to Coors Field.
Lots of construction.
Parking is on the street or $15 in parking garage (July 2023)

The bed was super comfy and everything in the room was in great condition. We liked that it was within walking distance of the train stop too. The coffee shop in the hotel was great!
Overall, we liked the location, but there is a ton of construction going on right now nearby and it wasn’t as easy/nice as we thought to walk around

Location was fine . Breakfast was soso
The price was to high for us and you didn’t give us
$50. Dollars off of our next stay even though we stayed there two days.needed a microwave to heat up leftovers
Breakfast was lacking .Didn’t like paying for parking

Loved the breakfast cafe and restaurant on the roof. It was great to have those options so readily accessible. The bed/pillows were so plush and comfortable!
We were on the 7th floor and right under the restaurant so unfortunately at open and close you can hear them setting up and it’s VERY loud.

Having an actually dope taco restaurant on-site is a major plus. we brought our two dogs and the staff was super enthusiastic about them, which we love. the cookies at the front desk are bommmbbbb lol. the room had a cool, modern style. price for location.
The room was pretty small but I also think the location for the price makes up for it. not much of a potty area outside for dogs but what can ya do.
