As part of the Icicle Village Resort you will have free access to: an outdoor pool, (The pool near the hotel is year round) hot tub (year round), sport court, covered picnic area, gym/exercise room, a playground, arcade/game room and yard games. Also enjoy the resort's mini-golf, spa, summer theater, restaurant, bar and bike rentals. Don't miss the optional event center for larger events or weddings. Cozy up by the gas fireplace with a good book. Entertain yourself with streaming service access to Netflix, Disney Plus and Hulu. The open-concept great room offers a space for guests to gather, whether in the kitchen, playing a game, or watching a movie. The well-stocked kitchen is a great place to prepare meals. The master suite is private and comfortable with en suite bathroom, including jetted tub. Relax with a cup of coffee on the quaint patio in the morning or a bottle of wine on warm summer evenings. Our Icicle Village Retreat is located in the quaint Bavarian-inspired village of Leavenworth Washington. We are within walking distance of Front street so you can enjoy all that Leavenworth has to offer during spring, summer, fall and winter. Front street is home to restaurants, breweries, tasting rooms, coffee shops, and a myriad of boutique shopping. Our condo is also right around the corner from a well stocked convenience store that can help you with any of those little items that you may have forgotten at home. Charging cables, toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair brushes, beer, wine, coffee and small grocery items all within a 2 minute walk. A 5 minute drive east on highway 2 is a Safeway for complete grocery shopping options. We are also just down the street (Hwy 2) from a designated parking area for travel trailers and RVs. Situated between both the Icicle River and the Wenatchee River you will be staying near multiple launch areas for small water craft such as Kayaks, Canoes, Paddle Boards and river floating tubes. We are walking distance to 3 city parks and a 2 minute drive to the Leavenworth golf course (by car or by cart) that transforms into cross country skiing during the winter months. Leavenworth is also home to 116 trailheads that offer all variety of hikes, runs and walks. Eat, drink, explore and be merry in Leavenworth Washington.

This condo is fancy like Walker Hayes describes in his song…luxury items made to feel homey and comfortable. Perfect place to relax and enjoy family dinners, game nights, or just watch a movie. Easy walk to town and lots of onsite entertainment.

This was our first family trip to Leavenworth, and this location was perfect! Immaculately clean, and comfortable. The kids were beyond excited to make the cookies provided. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect family getaway, easy access to town but the kids loved the pool and mini golf right at the resort. Cozy & comfortable, there wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t stocked. Would love to return!

This is a great property, very clean, well equipped inside with lots of games for kids. Great amenities around and closed to downtown. Very easy communication with the owners who were quick to respond.

We have stayed at this resort countless times but never at this particular condo. Hands down the best one ever! It felt like home and not a hotel! The beds were so comfortable! The bedding was clean and soft! We made several meals and everything we could dream of needing was stocked in the kitchen! Just a few second walk to the pool and playground! I can not wait to bring my family back! The hosts are super fast on the response time and made sure that we knew exactly what was expected and what to expect.

This place has great amenities, we enjoyed the pool. About a 15-20 min walk to downtown. Beds were super comfy! The home was welcoming, and had signs everywhere telling you how to use things and where things went. Very cute!

This condo was well stocked with everything and anything you could need for a little getaway into the mountains. My husband and I enjoyed spending time playing cards, and enjoyed some of the locally roasted coffee provided by Matt and Jess, on the patio together. The condo was also clean, and everything was so well detailed and thought out. The beds are extremely comfortable as well. Just a short walk into town too! All in all we will definitely be staying again at this VRBO :)

Leavenworth in December is a fun trip, Matt & Jess really made it great. The condo is well appointed and they provide many special touches. (I'm leaving out the details, it's better as a surprise) Easy walk to town and a good jumping off point to explore the rest of the region.
