Clean, roomy, (5 Beds - 3 Baths), living/kitchen and great location. Yes, it is on the fourth floor, but we loved the view!

The place itself is good. It’s in a good location, is clean, and comes with a parking spot. However, our stay started off with us being locked out of our apartment and then left using a hard key for the next couple of days, which is difficult to keep up with when you have 6 people on a ski trip, whom want to ski at somewhat different times of the day. I was able to communicate through the front desk, but was also being texted by an automated contact (which is frustrating) from Vacasa. Eventually, we got locked out. Vacasa was giving us one code, and the front desk was giving us another one. Finally, the front desk supplied us with a code that worked (Vacasa gave us 3 incorrect codes), but this was not until night 3. The person at the front desk did feel bad, and gave us a bottle of wine, but I was still confused as to why we couldn’t get the apartment code on the first day. The guy who let us in mentioned that we aren’t the only ones that have had issues with the lock box… We were also told that there would be a free shuttle that would pick us up and was free as it was included in the HOA. I believe the company was Retredia. They asked us for the code that came with our unit, and when I asked Vacasa for the code, they had no idea what I was referring to. Further, I really wanted to give this place 4 stars, but this place (Vacasa) certainly tested my patience on a vacation with it’s confusing communication strategy. Who wants to be texting a bot on vacation when they need an immediate answer?

We had a really nice stay at this penthouse condo. The place is extremely well equipped, and was very comfortable for our group of two families with kids. The location is a little funny. You can see the gondola and are close to the slopes as the crow flies. but the shuttle picks you up last, so it was a little bit of a wait in the morning to get on, and the situation with the shuttle coming back was terrible, because there are so few shuttles, they pull into variable parking slots, and it is a mad rush to get on before it fills. We discovered that the cities green line bus gets pretty close, and that was a better option for us. The only other complaint was that the hot tub is a pretty long, walk outside, and obviously that's not ideal when you are wet and it is cold out! But the place itself was really nice. Also, we were able to get a second parking spot by asking Vacasa.

We enjoyed our two week stay at this condo this January. The house has great light, a warm fireplace and wonderful views of the gondola and runs. We could walk to the ski run (cut through some parking lots) so we did not have to rely on the shuttle all the time. The only issue is the shuttle and buses don't run much after 5 PM so it limited our nightlife. But we were actually so tired after skiing, we may not have gone out anyways. We ordered groceries from instacart and cooked dinner at home. The kitchen was well-stocked. There is a small boutique grocer down the road that was walkable. We recommend this home!

Cozy spacious unit with a gorgeous view. Kitchen could use some new pans. Unit could use some updates Lock is unreliable and caused problems entering and leaving the unit which was very annoying. Communication with Vacasa was poor. Use another service to rent this unit if that is an option.

The property was verity nice with a local, communicative management company! We had some issues with checking in and the codes, but luckily had a key! It has a wicked-steep circular staircase so something to keep in mind. Also, with no elevator — which we knew in advance — pack light! But overall a really nice place!

I haven’t wrote a bad review ever, but I cannot let another family go thru what we did. We have a family of 5 plus a toddler. First, the check in process took an hour because the locks would not let us in but blamed it on the newer system. After we got in, there were a total of 15 dead flies on the beds, sheets, carpet, floors, tables, toilet, bathroom. In the upstairs loft unit, there was a total of probably 40 flies that either died or accumulated over time but Vacasa did nothing to remedy. We did not end up staying there and had to book separate accommodations because it was not clean or something we could manage. The unit is older most likely in the 60s or 70s, not a very updated place but that’s fine for our family, just had a certain standard of cleanliness. Vacasa rentals is also a large corporation so whenever we tried to reach out for support, there are 10 different people we are speaking to and no local owner or host to help with any of these issues. We also weren’t sure if we left a pair of shoes after our stay and their response was, it costs money to have someone look regardless if it’s found. It felt very corporate and not a great or clean place to stay. Would not recommend.
