Great stay, easy late night check in! Clean.

Super quiet motel, easy access to Mammoth mountain. Appreciated the cleanliness, although my bottom sheet was turned inside out. Overall good stay.

The first night the heater was not on. There was a safety lock. The temperature in the room dropped below 60F I called the front desk in the middle of the night they were not able to send heaters. The person came at 7 in the morning. Thankfully I brought heating blankets and heating pads to sleep with. We stayed in bed until the heating blankets until the wall unit started working.
The room was decent. They did not send cleaning service between the first and second night. You have to use your hotel room towels for the spa. We recommend that you bring extra towels if you want to use the spa or be prepared to use your wet spa towel for after your shower. Since there was no cleaning service between the first two nights we used our towels again for the spa and the shower again.

We had a great time here. Super clean rooms. Only not getting a five based on jacuzzi not working second day and the size(fits about 5 people max). Would definitely recommend for cleanliness and close proximity to village

Room was comfortable and cozy, make sure you tell the front desk if you need your room cleaned and not only rely on the door tag.

Right across the street from Mammoth Brewing and the free gondola to Canyon Lodge!

It was very difficult to adjust the hot/cold water for the shower. Also very difficult to make coffee, machine keeps tripping.

Great convenient location. Enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi

The unit, 305, had an awful smell, poorly masked by cleaning chemicals. The door had a major draft, letting cold air in. The hot water never really got hot. The bathroom sink leaked to the floor. The heater in the room had the temperature setting dial broken, unable to adjust the temperature. Overall, just a terrible experience. Only saving grace is the location.
The place was dirty. Found clumps of hair on the carpet, probably not vacuumed in between guests.

Close to Village and easy walking to restaurants and shops

Very utilitarian place to stay close to the village in Mammoth. Keep the proper expectations and you will be pleasantly surprised.

Front desk staff are helpful and friendly. Cabin had all the basics. Wish cabin was more sound proof. Otherwise no problems. Approximately 10 minute walk to the village gondola.

Clean, Spacious and comfortable

The room was super comfy and the sheets soft. Had that "old Mammoth" feel. A good thing. Love the old historical pictures in the room. Easy walking distance to the new McCoy square area.

Location and great reviews got me there... room was filthy and had been smoked in then a chemical spray had been applied to try and cover it up and the first thing you see when you enter the room is a faux leather chair with half of the vinyl missing... My wife immediately started sneezing and had an allergic reaction so we had to find other accommodations near by. The owner and staff are very friendly - just need to get things in order. Pretty bummed to have such a huge inconvenience cost me one nights rent but we could not stay.

It was easy walking to Bluesapalooza from Holiday Haus.

Beds were not very comfortable. No air conditioning.

Room was a bit dated. Check in was hands free which was very convenient, but also got no information on the hotel amenities which was not good. Girl in the lobby seemed disinterested.

Our room was wonderful…….very clean and lots of amenities. The office staff was not friendly at all, and seemed put out when we asked a question about wi-fi, ice location, or just basic check in.

Spacious room, very comfortable bed! We had some noisy people in the room next to us, but by 10pm all was quiet and we slept soundly! Overall, it was a great place to stay!!

The motel is average at best. The rooms seemed clean enough but the room I stayed at smelled of mildew which was not pleasant. My friends also stayed in the same motel but their rooms did not have this odor so take that for what you will. Bed, shower, kitchen was all OK.
Location - very close to the gondola and main village. walking distance of about 8-10 minutes. driving is about 4 minutes.
Cleanliness - again, smelled of mildew and mold but otherwise I didn't see any other issues.
Internet - very poor. went in and out and speeds are slow. almost non-serviceable

We stayed two night in different rooms #8 and #4 in early April 2023.
#8:
No TV connected; a used male underwear came out from the space between wall and a single sofa; hot water faucet is loose and hard to turn on; shower-faucet switch is hard and not working correctly
#4:
TV is new but not connected; shower faucet is round and slippery and it did not work without gripping with wet towel. The entrance door was so tight and not to open in cold weather (about 20 degree) probably because the door frame was shrunk. The staff came and help us open it though.

Liked the room because it felt like a cabin with full kitchen.

The King suite was very clean and comfortable. The refrigerator wasn't very cold, but on the whole the lodge was very nice to stay in on our trip!

Most horrible hotel anyone will find in Mammoth Lakes.. the room was stinking of dead rat. Carpets are not cleaned in years. Not sure how they got licence to operate as a motel. I will be complaining to authorities.

This property must be convenient for skiers who just want to ski and don't care about much else. The max stars I cold possibly give is two...and that is very generous. I got my first hint when I walked into the office and was greeted by gigantic stains on the carpet. Little did I know that my room's rug would be equally gross. I kept my shoes on. The room was a decent size, and on the plus side, it had a powerful heater. The sheets and towels appeared clean. In addition, it is walking distance from many restaurants. This is where the two stars were earned. Unfortunately, it naturally makes a traveler very cynical about Google ratings, when a place like this shows up as a 4-star facility. Not close!!

Overall it is not bad within the price range except that there is no air condition in the room.

It was great.

Clean, very spacious, all attractions are near to the hotel.

The location was good, walkableto the village lift. The acclamation itself was not what we expected. It was very “cold”, not a cozy mountain “chalet”. They claimed recent renovations, but there were no renovations in the chalet, or they were very poorly done.

Checking in was quick and easy
