It was a good stay. The kitchen has only the bare minimum and could use some more utensils. The entrance coul use a little rug for when you come in with wet boots from skiing. the management should encourage guests to keep their dogs from barking.

What a great spot! Close to downtown, 5 mins from the rec Old Town hot springs. Shuttle to the ski area and great communication from the front desk. Dog friendly, too!

Rooms are very spacious and fully remodeled. Very close to the ski hill. The negative was NO PARKING. We checked in then went to dinner to come back to zero parking. We were told parking is first come first served. So just know that there may be no parking when you arrive. I parked blocking the dumpster and it worked out but glad the garbage truck didn’t come and none dumped any trash during the night.

The two-bedroom, two-bath was perfect for us. The kitchen needed to be better stocked with plates, bowls, etc. But otherwise it was very comfortable.

Family of 5 with 18yr being the youngest. We had plenty of space with the two bedrooms and optional sofa bed. Kitchen was spacious for easy cooking. Shuttle service was convenient and frequent during the day.

Good stay! We liked the staff. They were very friendly and personable. The rooms were nice and clean and had everything we needed to cook--thanks! It was a bit noisy in the evening with snow removal but a small price to pay for completely clear sidewalks and parking lot. :)

Spacious, modern and comfortable unit. Exterior of the building and lobby is old and dated. Update lobby and replace unused pool and ping pong tables with a gym

The room was spacious and freshly renovated. This place was great. It’s currently under construction but the workers were quiet. The shuttle to the resort was a nice perk. My only two points worth mentioning is I hope they’re renovating the hot tub and we would have appreciated some hooks by the door to hang our jackets and snowpants up. Otherwise this place was great and a steal!

Shuttle was great for getting to the mountain. Only amenities are a small hot tub and sauna. Charge a "resort" fee.

We decided to stay one night in steam boat. Our hotel was pretty much like an apartment with all high end upgrades! It was very inviting bright and welcoming thank you!

Initially reserved at a sister property. Did not know we had been changed until we show up after a long day of driving. Pretty frustrating situation. Did end up, however, in a nice two room situation but don't know what we paid for - seemed overpriced for what we were expecting. Just a weird situation all around.

The rooms could use a few more furniture items, such as bedside lamps, clothes hooks on bathroom doors, and living room lamp(s). The air conditioner in the bedroom blows directly on the head of the bed..but not an issue in cold weather. The room was very clean, and the kitchen well stocked. Very large paved parking lot. All in all a good value for the price.

The unit was beautifully remodeled and well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the shades kept out the light so we could sleep. I look forward to staying here again!

Our room was perfect for our needs, spotlessly clean with comfy beds, and was clearly recently renovated. The only suggestions I would recommend to the property owner would be to ensure the faucets are secure, as the sink in the kitchenette's faucet spun around when trying to turn the water on.

These units have been recently renovated so everything is new, fresh and exceptionally clean. They are easy walking distance from the grocery and bus stop. If you have bikes, it is easy and beautiful to ride the paths around town.

The property is older, when you drive up it doesn’t look so great, but it has completely been remodeled and the inside is quite nice! Everything is brand new and very clean annd quiet . Our only complaint is the television is very difficult to use. The remote is wonky and as IPhone users we couldn’t get it to work with our streaming services. We finally were able to get cable to work. The desk will tell u to text if you have a problem but they don’t respond. My husband went to the desk himself, 2 maintenance men were talking to the front desk clerk and scattered. After my husband told the clerk of our issue she promised to have maintenance come to our room. An hour and 1/2 later she called my cell to say they would be by in the morning. We were scheduled to check out then so that would have been too late.

Legacy Vacation Resorts at Steamboat Springs was exactly what we were looking for. It was close to everything and all the activities we wanted to do were within minutes by car or by bicycle. The room was clean and quiet and the kitchen had everything we needed. We were able to cook our own meals which saved money on dining out. I would definately stay here again!

Carlotta at check-in was very nice and friendly. Room was spacious and clean with updated decor/bathrooms/kitchen. Would be very comfortable for an extended stay (we only stayed 1 night). Affordable in comparison with other properties. Dining & shops just 5 min up the street.

We had an issue with the sink being clogged, but they changed us to another room right away. Everything in the room was updated, new and modern. All kitchen supplies that we needed to cook breakfast. They also have a hot tub which we wished we had used. Hotel has a shuttle service to the ski lift, couldn’t be better located. We’ll definitely come back :)

Newly remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath suite was stark but all we needed. Ski shuttle to town/hill was good each day. Friendly staff. Game area is just ping pong and pay to play arcade. Grocery within walking distance.
