Was not told all water would be shut off at 8am. This created some issues for us as we had an important business meeting at 10am and didn’t get a shower beforehand. Staff was kind though and delivered many bottles of water.

Cozy and we appreciated the Tesla destination charger...Shuttle service was also a plus!

The room was spacious and the bed was clean and comfortable. Great location!

Stayed here for a ski trip with family. It worked for us as it had the amenities we needed but it is far from a great resort experience. Very dated and in need of some upkeep. But it was quite a bit cheaper than other places so maybe you get what you pay for. If you are just looking for a place to crash this is your place. Shuttle was reliable

Our first impression was made by the horrible condition of the road that must be used to reach the hotel. It is full of potholes and has a foot tall buildup of ice that crosses the entire road about 20 feet from where you turn onto it from hwy 40. Dangerous! There is no easy way to unload your luggage and transport it from car to your room. Only one ramp on one end of the building that is far away, at least 150 feet, from an elevator. No ramp near the front doors, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs to reach the elevator. No porter service was available. Front desk people were very nice. One of the two elevators always stunk of marijuana smoke. The view from the room was lovely. The room was very worn out from carpet to appliances to lighting. The bedroom was so small we couldn't fit our suitcases into it. It was upstairs, so every trip to the bathroom required descending and climbing stairs. Awful design.

Check in was easy & staff were helpful. Room was good & comfortable. The pool & hot tubs were nice after a day skiing. The shuttle to the ski slopes was very good & efficient. Only down side was our room was near rooms with pets & there was often a dog barking or whimpering. This was not expected on the 5 th floor. I would stay again

Ther people were great -- very helpful, very responsive.
Place is beginning to show age. Good basic ski lodge, nothing fancy.

Very nice property

First of all we paid a lot for this room because it was one of the only ones left in steamboat springs. Then when we got there the front desk lady kept telling me how much we paid and how surprised she was. The room was so dirty! The carpet had hair balls on it so clearly no one had vacuumed before we stayed. Then my husband found a dead wasp in the corner which must have been there for awhile since it is February. All the amenities were not very clean either and the pool was so cold my kids couldn’t stay in very well. I definitely won’t stay there again!

The shuttle to and from the resort was unreliable.
There was fungus growing in the hot tub. The curtain for the shower was too short and made a huge mess in the bathroom.
Kind of a nice view, but for the money, there are far better options nearby.

Great staff and shuttle to mountain.

Overall stay was very positive. Staff was excellent (kudos to David at reception). Rooms were very well sized. Property as a whole is very outdated. Stove and oven were so old that they weren’t useable. Pool hot tub area on the older side as well.
Awesome location especially with the shuttle service. Shuttle was very easy to use and was especially attentive at night for going into town.

Don't ever torture anyone by putting them on the sofa bed!

Good location, great views for your morning coffee! Friendly staff.

Hotel staff was awesome and willing to help at all times. Hotel itself is old with some modern updates. The doors had some space between them and the frames. Its clean, minus the pool which was full of bugs. My daughter wouldnt swim in it. Beds were comfortable and clean. No hot water in the morning.

interesting property.
Did not like the stairs up to bedroom.
Laundry was free

BBQ grills were nice. Having two hot tubs gave more folks an opportunity to soak. The staff were pleasant.

Really nice place. I feel like we’ve rented a really spacious condo. The staff is really friendly and accommodating.

Hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. We appreciated the free laundry room as well as the pool and hot tub and lawn games though we did not use those. The beds however were so uncomfortable. I do not have a bad back and upon waking my low back and neck have been very jacked up.
We did not use the kitchen as we were there only for 1 night so I cannot comment on that aspect. The only positive rating of this review goes to the hotel staff for customer service and attention to detail with cleaning the hotel. Please get new mattresses.

The front staff is nice and helpful. The owning corp is very efficient with their finances the stained carpets in hallways are the same as 2020.

Room was very nice and clean. My only problem was there was no water pressure in the shower and the toilet did not flush very well.

Well located, beautiful property, and friendly staff. The only limitation is that they cannot guarantee a disability accessible unit. We called multiple times in the days leading up to our reservation trying to confirm our unit would be accessible, and were always told that it was not guaranteed but that we would be given priority to the rooms on the first floor. This caused a bit of needless stress, but ended up working out fine.

The person checking us in was friendly but only person there. The line checking in was long and people were frustrated. The hotel needs more staff checking guests in
Hotel needs an update

Great place to stay in Steamboat
Excellent front desk. Clean, nice linens, towels and toiletries. Only one complaint...needs new carpeting

Great place to stay for a weekend. Very spacious rooms and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

It’s a very old style hotel. There is no ramp for large bags so you’ll have to carry it upstairs which was annoying. Check in too way too long because their check-in script was unnecessarily long. Somehow the guy next to me checked-in faster despite starting early than him. The rooms are older and so is the furniture. Wanted to work on the desk but the desk leg was coming off and falling apart. Hardly any tv channels work. Other than that, everything was fine and pleasing. Just don’t expect Hilton quality and amenities! Good a/c, kitchen, cleanliness (except furniture needs updating, room felt dirty just because of older furniture) and size of room is good.

Both Expedia and Steamboat Hilltop were deplorable for this reservation. I was unhappily forced to keep a reservation for June 27 that was accidentally made due to a glitch in the Expedia app, and unable to gain a refund for. Steamboat Hilltop did nothing to assist, and Expedia passed the buck. I will never use either of these services again.

A perfect Steamboat getaway.

This hotel was in such disrepair we left and stayed at another hotel. The pictures misrepresent how old and run down the place is. The furniture looked like it was from the 70s and it was dirty. Windows, carpeting, and bathroom were old, and unclean, and rooms were small. The driveway up the property was filled with potholes and litter. DO not stay at this place. We went down the street and stayed for 50 dollars left in a beautiful new hotel off of Main street. Would not recommend.

We stayed one night while my fiancé had work in Steamboat. Everything with the property was great. It was up on a hill so not really walking distance to anything. I also found the $75 pet fee to be a little steep. Oh well, that’s the price of having our girl with us.

Nice surprise to find this quiet lodging with lots of space in the units.

WE loved that we had loft with kitchen and dining area for such a great price.

We’ve stayed here numerous times and it has always been great

Not the best location honestly. Hidden resort fees you will not know about until you arrive. Bed was not comfortable, hard mattress. Pillows not soft, hard and a rock. Hot tub did not work. Major pot holes at every entrance. Would not stay here again

Staff went above and beyond, we drove in from Oklahoma and they checked us in 5 hours early and upgraded us on the room

Nice place for a budget. Clean, but dated, needs a freshen up
