We’re located in the heart of the quaint East Victorian District, a short walk to Forsyth Park, SCAD, and other destinations. - Home was professionally renovated and redesigned with comfort as the top priority - Other amenities include A/C and heat, a fully stocked chef’s kitchen, Wi-Fi, and more. - Smart TV with streaming capabilities. - All beds feature Tempurpedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens. - All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels. Guest Access: The entire home is for your exclusive use. Please note there is no internal access point between the first floor and the second floor, additionally the single bed in bedroom 1 is a rollaway bed that can be moved to suit your needs. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience. Getting Around: Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to SCAD (10 mins) and other area landmarks. Uber is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. Other Things to Note: *IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS* -We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. -We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. -We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. -We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. -Pets are not allowed at this property. -Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted. -We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations. Interaction with Guests: You will have complete privacy here. Every question you ask or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. The home has been outfitted with a state of the art digital entry system, entry is keyless, meaning there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

We take a yearly trip to Savannah with the whole family (grandparents, infants, children and teens). So it is very important that the house we book is comfortable for all. Cons: We were not made aware that the house is SPLIT and there is no way of connecting the house from the interior of the home (the elevator is not accessible for tenants). Ground floor has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom (no kitchenette area) and upstairs it is a 3/2 with all common areas. If you’re on the ground floor and need to access the main house you need to walk through the outside of the house. This made it every difficult for the kids and elderly. It wasn’t a big deal for us but none of the bedrooms had a tv. Only bathroom in the main area did not have a working lock. Lighting in the ground floor was very dim. Pros: House is centrally located just a couple of blocks from Forsyth park. Plenty of parking. Nice furniture and decor. Good natural lighting in the main house.

We enjoyed staying here! Our teenagers stayed in the bedrooms below… I wish there were not two separate entrances, but it worked out well for us! The beds were very comfortable and the host provided everything we needed!!!
