This pristine home boasts high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows that fill the home with an abundance of natural light, and is enriched with character from the original architectural details. Overlooking Chatham Square in the heart of Savannah's Landmark District, situated beneath breathtaking Oak Trees draped in Spanish Moss, this estate is an idyllic retreat for those looking to have one-of-a-kind experience. The exterior boasts a picturesque staircase that leads up to the second level main entry, where guests can utilize the secure, electronic lock, for ease of access throughout their stay. Upon stepping inside, you’ll be greeted by the grand entrance hall with original wood floors and an elegant, staircase. To your left is the parlor, where you can look out at Chatham Square with unobstructed views and be transported through time. The sophistication of a southern home was truly captured, from the sky blue ceilings, pastel furniture, and elegant patterns. While this space is certainly a show stopper, you will find an ample amount of comfortable seating for your entire party to gather, in addition to a smart television with access to all of your favorite streaming channels. Beyond the parlor, guests will find a scullery, where provisions can be stored and hand crafted cocktails can be made for those intimate dinners, or evenings in the courtyard. The formal dining room connects, where your party will enjoy views of the beautifully manicured courtyard, surrounded by brick walls to ensure a total sense of privacy. An entertainer's dream, the chef’s kitchen is open to the formal dining room, with a large center island, perfect for those home cooked or catered meals. The kitchen features top of the line stainless steel appliances, an abundant amount of space, a walk-in pantry, and quartz countertops. Rounding out the main level a charming powder room and a spacious laundry room with custom built-ins. The third level is made up of three tastefully designed guest suites fitted with King beds, each with a different yet similar style. The primary suite resides at the back of the home, overlooking the courtyard, with custom window treatments, and a sitting porch with plantation shutters. Accessing the ensuite bathroom through the walk-in closet, you’ll find a luxurious, spa-like oasis. From the large soaking tub, double travertine marble vanity, and walk-in shower, you’ll never want to leave. The second suite can be accessed from the primary suite, or closed off, which is ideal for parents with young children. Down the hall, at the front of the home, the third suite overlooks Chatham Square and the majestic oak trees, also fitted with custom window treatments. The full-size guest bathroom can be accessed from the third suite, or the hall, making it convenient for all guests. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is a great options for groups, with a modern southern twist on a savannah historic home. We especially appreciated the layout of the kitchen with large island, dining and butlers pantry. The house is large enough everyone has their own personal space, added features like a garage, laundry room, full garden really add to the stay. Above all the central location and being right on square are you feel like you are living like a local.

Overall great house. Central location and well appointed. My only complaint is that only one of the rooms has a king size bed even though listed as having 4 king beds.

Reviewer Comments: Our family of seven rented this home for 5 days and could not have been happier with the property, location and quick prompt responses by the property managers. We were actually more impressed with the property than the pictures could even express. The home was comfortable, clean and well furnished. We literally walked to almost everything we did, and with the one parking space and having rented one car, it was the perfect property for us. Although we think that the beds, advertised as king sized, seemed more like a queen sized beds (for three of the rooms) but we were very comfortable. We felt like we were home at all times. Highly recommend!!!
