The Layout: - 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. - All bedrooms are equipped with brand-new, memory foam mattresses. - The master bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite master bathroom. - Two other bedrooms have 2 queen size bed -The remaining 2 bedrooms have one queen bed each. - The living room has 1 full-sized sofa-bed and a 65" smart TV. - Electric fireplace for cold nights. - Very large kitchen with a big island. Plenty of counter space and fully functional appliances IMPORTANT NOTE!!!! -We do have four security cameras at the front entrance and back entrance. This is only for security and safety reason (in case there is a break in, etc…) The Essentials: - Fast Speed Wifi to support work from home/school - Fully stocked kitchen with a stove, full-sized fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots, pans, glasses, dishes, and knife set. - Fully stocked bathrooms with towels, shampoo and conditioning, bar soap, toilet paper, first-aid kit, and hairdryer. - Designated laundry room with iron and ironing board. Outdoor Backyard Space: - Large backyard - Pool - Pool Lounge chairs - Jacuzzi - BBQ - BBQ utensils - Patio cover - Built-in firepit with surrounding chairs - Outdoor patio dining set - Patio Cover - Mini Golf Court Jacuzzi Please shower before use. Please don’t put any liquid/solid soap into it, any extra cost occurring will be charged. The guests will take all liability and responsibility for their own safety. Pool Anyone under 18 needs his/her parent’s present while swimming or near the pool for safety reasons. No diving and no glass near the pool. The guests will take full liability and responsibility for your own and your guests safety. This Pool can be heated, please notice us ONE DAY before your arrival if you’d like to heat it up, the pool temperature is 85 degree. The pool heating fee is $180/day from May to October, $250/day from November to April. *Please note that the pool service is between 8am - 12pm every Monday and Friday. Pets We love pets. Your fur-friends are welcome with an additional fee of $60/ pet per stay. (max 2 pets allowed). You are required to disclosed before booking. However, they are not allowed to swim in the pool. Please be mindful, as their fur can cause the pool filters to build-up. Please be aware of desert plants and wild life and keep your pets away from them. We strongly suggest you to use leash and accompany your pets while running in the yard, because the cactus might hurt. You are 100% responsible for yourself and your pets. Broken Items We understand that accidents happen, if anything breaks down - even if it's your fault - let us know so we can send someone to fix it or replace it for you and future guests. Plumbing All houses in Joshua Tree are on a Septic Tank system. For this reason, nothing can be flushed down the toilet except toilet paper. Following these guidelines will avoid problems with the plumbing. If it is determined that the pipes have been clogged due to misuse, a $200 repair fee will be charged. Thank you for your cooperation. Parties or Events or Extra Guest We do not allow guests to throw parties or events in our home. We designed a house environment for 12 people and please be sure no extra guests in the house. Please inform us if you have visitors or any overnight friends, we will charge $50/person for extra overnight guests with our consent first. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors. No-Smoking Smoking (including E-Cig) is not allowed in the property or within 15 feet exterior door. Please dispose cigarettes into a plastic bag and put them in the outdoor trash can. If the above is not maintained, we will charge a $100 special cleaning fee. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarettes in the trash. We appreciate your cooperation. Checking Out Please check out of our rental by 11:00AM. Please checking out by this time ensures that we have enough time to clean the property and get it ready for our next guest. For any late check out, we will reserve the right to charge $200 if exceed 20 minutes and half day rate if exceed one hour. •Check in time 4:00PM •Check out time 11:00AM Other things to note WILDLIFE: The desert is wild and if you are very sensitive to insects, mice & bugs - it may not be for you. If you leave a door open, animals ,flys , bugs and more might run in. There are indeed rare sightings of snakes, ants & spiders out here. We love it and so do most of our guests, but just a friendly reminder that we are indeed in the wild. And we are always more than happy to have a creature safely relocated if you find it to be a threat. Guest Access: Smart Lock, the passcode will be provided 2 days before arrival. The Neighborhood: Luxury Desert Getaway is situated in one of the most desirable neighborhood in Joshua Tree. This perfect central location is only 5 minutes to the picturesque Joshua Tree National Park where you can rock climbing, go hiking, horse-riding, join in on a ranger talk, go biking, stargazing or just pack your camera and capture the unique landscape and wildlife that the park has to offer. Head to Joshua Tree downtown fill with many small, unique shops filled with antiques and gift items, visit one-of-a-kind restaurants and drop into local the cafe to get your latte or espresso with a homemade sandwich or croissant.
