This house is quite possibly in the best location in Mammoth. The ski in/ski out functions were a little challenging with 20' snowbanks but everything else was fantastic. Beautiful view, great amenities, spa worked great. Perfect place to make some memories.

Amazing view, amazing home amazing proximity to eagle express. Walked out the door with my boots on to the other side of the neighbors house. Popped on the skis and was immediately on the slopes. Couldn’t have had it any better

This is by far the best place I’ve ever stayed at mammoth and I’ve been going for 40 years. Perfect house, perfect location. The view is A++ also. Not much to add. If it’s available and within your price range just book it.

We had a wonderful weekend at this cabin. The lift was just down the street from our cabin, truly ski in/out. The cabin was very well stocked and had a great view from the living room. Would come here again!

The property was a bit tired. Lights were burned out. Some of the kitchen appliances did not work nor did the front door lock. The property was close to the lifts and only required about 200 steps. All in all a good place to stay but costly and not true luxury.

Great location, lots of amenities but the house was a little wacky

First of all, the property management company, Nomadness, was the best I've dealt with in Mammoth. Dominique offered to go grocery shopping for us, met us at the house to show us around, and came back later when it turned out one of the items she bought was the wrong kind. Amazing! The location of the house is great, half a block from the run under Chair 15. Our beginner skier had no trouble walking over and skiing down. The view is incredible, the kitchen is outfitted and stocked beyond expectations. There were a couple of issues, which is why I called the house 'wacky': one of the bedrooms (the one with the twin beds) could barely be called a bedroom -- it was really a loft area off the living room. Our kids insisted on sleeping there (and it was either them or another set of kids -- no adults in their right minds would want to sleep in twin beds next to the foosball table with no bathroom), which meant that the adults couldn't really hang out in the living room once the kids had gone to bed, or we could, but could only read together, so no communal games or movies or conversation. It also meant that when the sun rose at 6am, so did the children, because the sun streamed right into the loft. The master bath had some sort of open air shower (no shower door), which is great in Bali, but not ideal in winter in a mountain house. The window coverings were flimsy and the bedding was cheap (poly fill duvets and acrylic blankets), so not entirely luxe, but the location and view made up for it

Beautiful, spacious and welcoming ski palace!

Our multi-family group had a wonderful long weekend in the snow at this gorgeous home. We made delicious meals (and cakes!) in the cook's kitchen, and the ski in/ ski out location was perfect for our mixed-ability group. The staff from Nomadness rentals were incredibly helpful and responsive to our requests, and provided great support on an extremely stormy weekend. During snowy conditions be aware that the road to the house/ driveway is best suited to 4wd vehicles and parking at the house may be limited (we ended up leaving one of our 4 vehicles in town and shuttling back to the house). The home was comfortable and we got good reviews for comfort of most of the (many) beds. Plenty of dishes, glasses, towels and bedding and the common areas are spacious and comfortable, with room for kids to be playing in the loft or downstairs while adults are cooking/ relaxing by the fire. Would recommend for large groups and would happily stay there again.
