Way too expensive for a "hostel" type of hotel

Pleasant stay.

Very centrally located. Staff is professional and courteous. Complimentary coffee and tea for breakfast.

Bathroom. The sliding window was broken and didn’t close, it sat tilted, making the bathroom experience chilly. Windows didn’t feel very clean. Something should be done about the positioning of mirror and washbasin.

Location of the hotel was great and the staff were very helpful.

There was a lingering medicinal smell throughout the lobby and the room , which was making be feel uneasy !

Adventuresome and exciting but quite expensive

Coffee only - very Minimal Location excellent and central

Accommodation limited space. Could have kettle in room to make tea / coffeee

The room was clean and had the basics, newly renovated so ok

Aside from someone trying to get into my room at 12am the location is rough and run down. The feeling of the hotel is a little creepy

Great value for the price central in San Francisco

Very good value for the price, great position central in SF downtown, clean rooms. Size is of the rooms is also ok.

Smell of the room at the beginning was a bit musty, which got better after ventilation. Sometimes smells like weed in the hotel.

comfortable and value for money

Close proximity for shopping and eatery and coin operated laundry facility

No tissue paper in the room, shower area is a bit small for oversized guest and the wash basin is inside the bedroom area, disposable sandal for guests. Basin toiletries such as toothbrush., tooth paste and shaver not provided

Great location and value

Great location and friendly staff. Perfect for solo travelers without access to a car in SF. Close to many sights and transportation. The bathrobe was a nice touch.

The location is good and staff is helpful.

Impossible to sleep with the noise the old metal heater was making, both rooms that I was in had the same problem. The rooms smell like humidity, not a very pleasant experience.

Dirty shower stall. Hair everywhere. T.P. missing . no shampoo or conditioner..

Good coffee . ,why no simple butter cookies ?? Aloha- dirty room actually.! Clock radio was not working no extra tp & so in. Ok 👋
