Beautiful location, friendly staff.
A little pricey for one night in the middle of the off season.

The room was a good size and the room was nice, except your window was looking out at the elevators. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom however was small and had a shower that was 3' X 3', very small and difficult to use. the shower gel and shampoo was at your back, difficult to use.
Window and bathroom. This was our fourth visit to this location. We have never had a room this inadequate. The rest of the hotel was nice as always though.

The pictures of the hotel do not show you how amazing the hotel is. The pictures gave me the impression the hotel would be nice but once I was there I was blown away by the architecture, the view, and how nice everyone and everything was.

Staff was friendly and the view of the river was fantastic
Valet parking was terrible and the sheets & towels had black mark on them.
