Beautiful historic property in a good location in the historic district of Savannah.
A very friendly team of staff who were all extremely helpful.
Free sherry and high tea snack was a nice touch.
A short walk to Forsyth park and Bull street
The rooms are ready for an update. Our room was charming but the ensuite shower room was dated and cold.
A food choice at breakfast would have been nice.
I was asked if we were celebrating anything which we were but it was then not mentioned during our stay so I don't know why they asked.

Gostei da experiência de hospedar numa casa vitoriana, da decoração e da limpeza.
Infelizmente houve uma ocorrência desagradável. Esqueci um anel no quarto e duas horas apos ter feito o checkout avisei o ocorrido. No inicio, o funcionário disse que o anel nao foi encontrado. Posteriormente, se desculpou e informou através de mensagem na plataforma do booking que o anel havia sido encontrado por outro funcionário. Como ja havia retornado ao Brasil, desde entao tenho enviado inúmeras mensagens ao email do hotel, seja pelo site ou direto do meu email, seja pelo próprio booking,e também pelo instagran do hotel. Pedi que entrassem em contato para que eu informasse a pessoa que irá buscar o anel, mas simplesmente ignoram minhas mensagens. Ja informei meu email diversas vezes e não respondem. Tudo isso causou uma impressão péssima ao hotel, como se estivesse abandonado e sem gerenciamento das ocorrências. Lastimável, tendo em vista que se trata de um hotel diferenciado, bem classificado e com valor de diaria incompatível com esse tipo de ocorrência . Espero que alguém ainda possa reverter essa impressão e proporcionar um atendimento respeitoso ao hospede, entrando em contato para que o anel possa ser devolvido.

I loved how friendly and welcoming the staff was. I also truly enjoyed the historic feel of the bed and Breakfast. I had very limited time in Savannah and my stay at Azalea Inn made me want to come back and stay longer.
My room was a little too cold with the A/C and I had no way of controlling it.

The house is very beautiful and charming with lots of thoughtful touches throughout. The location was walking distance to all of Savannah's attractions. In addition, the breakfast was very delicious! The chef was able to prepare a dish that accommodated to my wife's many dietary restrictions.

Azalea is historic home very close to Forsythe Park and local supermarket. Staff was attentive and provided excellent information and service. Accommodations met expectations.

My husband and I stayed at this charming inn for several nights. The room was perfect, along with its private balcony where we sat each morning and evening! The breakfast each morning was delicious and we loved the little extras - sherry in the parlour and dessert served to the guests each evening. The staff and the service were impeccable and made us feel at home. The location is on a quiet street near Forsyth Park and only moments from restaurants and shops. We can't say enough about this wonderful place and would return in a heartbeat!

The property is beautiful and the staff are warm and welcoming. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, as was evening dessert. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. It's also nice to have the option to park on site and not worry about coming back and having to park a mile away. We will definitely be back and stay longer!

Beautiful, great location & very accommodating.
Hallway light was on all night and there wasn’t a shade on the window from hallway to block the light so all night it was very bright in the room.
