After finding blood and hair on the bed , they were able to change my room. The room attendant did not speak English so after I asked her can I get new bed padding she rolled her eyes and started talking to the other worker in Spanish and laughing
no breakfast served for two days so we wasn't able to get breakfast

the location was great... we were less than 5min drive to the festivities. Restaurants were close. the rooms were beautiful and very clean. We didn't eat upstairs at the hotel restaurant but the view in the lounge area upstairs was amazing.
the platform beds were really low to the ground (comfortable but low). The Bar was nice but very expensive.

We stay here every time we come to New Orleans. The location is perfect to the arenas and French quarter. Everything is walkable. The area is safe to walk at any time of day or night. Restaurants and bars are close by. Love the convenience to I10
Rooftop bar is expensive

El hotel es precioso,la cama comoda, todo limpio y el baño con una ducha grande, esta cerca del barrio francés, nosotros ibamos caminando y eran unos 15 minutos.
Es caro y la terraza estaba cerrada.

The property was nice.
The elevators were a major issue. My room was on the 8th floor and the elevator didn’t even go to that floor. And the other one was down which left only one. I had to walk up and down 8 floors several times.

this trip was not as great as the last time. many things that we were hoping for this time was completely not happening.
the room was not clean at all. It was a weird smell that would show up at random times. the bed had stains. the sink had mold the shower had hair in the sink.

The room is nice, comfortable bed. Checkin and out was easy. The area is fairly quiet and the location is about a 10 minute walk to the French Quarter. I would stay here again.
One morning we were late getting out the door and housekeeping came in. We asked them to come back after about an hour, but they never did. We had to ask the front desk for fresh towels and to restock coffee.

Staff were great at the desk and restaurant
The hotel itself is run-down inside of the room

The breakfast menu was good. However The fruit bowl was a melon bowl with a few token berries in it
The housekeeping of our room was an absolute disaster. Very late in day 1 & completely missed on day 2 With us scrambling for fresh towels & sheets etc. we were compensated for our inconvenience but the schedule needs to looked at. Also only 1out if 3 elevators were working which caused issues with all guests.

La localisation à côté du superdome
L’absence d’accueil de la part du personnel et les très mauvais conseils de l’équipe des voituriers
Le bruit de la rue et la mauvaise insonorisation des chambres

The room wasn’t really clean then as entering the room, we spotted a pill in the floor. Also stain on carpet.

Check in was easy. Staff was friendly for the most part. It was close to Superdome where we were seeing concert. Also an easy .5 mi walk to quarter. Location and staff members were the saving graces here.
Elevator situation is inexcusable at this point. I get things happen but this has been reviewed for months and still same situation is occurring. When we came back from concert Saturday night at 11:30pm there was a line for 1 working elevator, meanwhile the fire department was trying to extract 6 people from the other unairconditioned elevator that was previously working. There are 17 floors of this hotel! Then they said only 5 people could get in the one working one. There was a line of about 60 people waiting. We waited until 12:15 to get on the elevator when only 15 people were in front of us (45 minutes). People started going to the 2nd floor to skip the line and no management was anywhere to be seen controlling this infuriating situation. There was a particularly rowdy Bachelor party that actually threw a lady out of the elevator and called her an expletive! However, when we finally made it to the 17th floor bar, they were upstairs drinking like nothing happened. When we did get to the bar at 12:15 an exasperated bartender told me they'd give me a drink in a plastic cup but that they were actually closed now, but because of elevator, they'd let us order one round of drinks. Besides how the elevators are, the bed is comfortable but pillows are not. USB did not work by bed and lamp in front of outlet does not allow for a standard size charger to be plugged in. Community Coffee and cheap bottled water from Costco in rooms is 2.5 star hotel quality. My daughter and I stayed here in 2019 and it was a beautiful boutique hotel at that time. The property is now tired and neglected. The rooms are small, when it was quaint and had a lot of thoughtful touches like minibar, curated snacks and high end coffee, this doesn't feel as bad, but when they are small, roughed up and old, it just feels dingy.

Greatly location. Rooms were fine. Nice bathrooms.
Not a all kid friendly. No pool. One afternoon valet advised not to bring my son in lobby because the drag queen event was taking place. Because we had no choice, we made our way through lobby & the staff was great but it was chaos on every floor that elevator stopped at including lobby. Security did hop on with us & I believe he did that to make sure we felt safe which I was grateful for. I didnt feel unsafe but I was more concerned for the kids. I know some things are unavoidable. I should have done more research before booking so that's on me. If it would have been just me & my husband the stay would have been better for this hotel.

Location, roof top bar with a splendid view of the city.
Loud music at the roof top bar. We could not hear each other across a small table. That is something which will make me go somewhere else next time.
