Nice place-clean and well presented
Poor sound proofing resulted in excessive noise from the person above me walking about…. He got up at 6:30am on the Sunday!!!

Room size was good, location great with parking adjacent to ‘condo style’ accommodation
You could hear load clunking footsteps on the wooden floor by the occupant above.
shower pressure changed continuously making the shower run hot and cold (annoying)

Staff on arrival were very friendly and helpful, we had requested off road parking for our classic vehicles and so the staff member upgraded our rooms to enable off road parking with easy access.
Nothing in truth, shall we say the rooms and facilities were functional and casual, there was no.pretence to hide behind it.... we had a 1 night stay and everything was more than adequate if stating longer I think we would be asking for larger towels and a few other bits n bobs.

The shower was amazing, the staff were super friendly and helpful.
The bar staff very attentive and super helpful. The food in the bar was very enjoyable.
No one to greet us at the bar, a non working member had to make the owner aware we had been standing waiting to be seen to.
We paid 97 pounds for the stay, i can honesty say this room would have been worth at the most 60. The view to speak of was machinery and some rocks, if paying that money, it should be more clear on the website that's the view instead of the ability to pay more for the upgraded loch view.
We were awakened at 7am by the ridiculous noise from above which included the noise from a shower being run and on various occasions through out the morning, the person above going to the bathroom. We could CLEARLY hear their bathroom routine and the flush from the toilet also loud. The noises made from the people above walking about was absolutely ridiculous. If I could share a video of the noise I would to give people an idea of what it's like to stay in that room.
If there has been a refund option or partial refund option I would be perusing this, we have stayed in many different places but this is the first the noise from other guests has been such an issue.
It might be helpful for the owners to stay in that room when they have guests above to see for themselves how noisy this can be.

We had an amazing welcome from the owner, the bedroom in the second building was really nice and by the way very quiet and the home-made food SO delicious ! We would definitely go back on another trip to Scotland.

The room and the views were lovely - they even changed our accommodation to better suit our needs. We had a lovely view of the water and the kids loved watching the seals. The rooms were spacious, clean and warm. We enjoyed a pint of Tennants and the open fire in the pub. The staff were all very helpful. We'll certainly be back again!
Breakfast - although very nice, was served a little bit early for our tastes. Served up until 10am would be ideal!

Attentive friendly service. Lovely room and good food
A little more selection with the continental breakfast would have been good - maybe porridge, fruit, yoghurt.

The staff couldn't have been friendlier, with a warm welcome and pleasant, courteous service.
Our room had no privacy, with the window giving straight onto the area where the staff have coffee breaks. They gather there from 7.30am, which meant we were woken by chatting and laughter each morning.

Upon arrival all staff we spoke to were really friendly.
We stayed here because we were travelling to Oban the following day to get our ferry to The Isle of Mull. My Husband forgot to bring our ferry tickets and the pub very kindly printed them out for us.
The room was small but very clean and ample for us.
We had an evening meal and throughly enjoyed it, along with our breakfast.
When we are next up this way visiting our friends who live in the village we won't hesitate to book here again.

The accommodation’s location is quiet convenient. It’s not a tourist place but it’s a good starting point for tours to the Trossachs.
The rooms were clean and provides you with everything you need. Also we had a nice view on the loch.
Sometimes it quit noisy as our room was located to the main street and above the pub entrance.

The water views from the window were stunning. The shower was incredibly good - and the room was very spacious. Definitely cross the road and watch the seals in the morning if you can!
The property was great.
