The washroom was too small. If I’m a girl and cannot fit the shower I don’t know how man can fit there , it’s not possible to wash at all in that shower. Furthermore, I couldn’t manage the water in the shower it was cold , after while of time too hot.
Desing of the room and washroom is
old, need more modern changes.

Tasty breakfasts.
The floor was extremily dirty. 1 step on carpet is enough to make socks be black. Air conditioning working just in exact time abd working bad. In room was extremely hot and personel said they do not have spare room. On the next day I burnt my arm because cold water fastly finished and bath was out of order. on the 3rd day of our stay the room was finally changed. Strongly do not recommend this hotel to anybody

Bed was comfortable
Toilet was not clean. Shower has mould, needs to be scrubbed. Noisy.
Hard to reach, entrance is on upper level in some sort of car park.
Shower tiny. Hard to sit on toilet because of cramped bathroom

Breakfast options was spot on. Close to the Lambrate FS station. Beds are big and comfy my only complain is that some of the sheets are a bit dusty. Other than that the place is good value for it's money. It might look like a dodgy neighbourhood but so far I have seen a good police presence and did not feel unsafe. Initially I did but it's a quick walk to the metro and exit to Via Carlo Valvassori Peroni to get to the hotel. It also has lift and luggage storage.
Dusty bed.

Breakfast is a top! very good with wide choices. Coffee is from machine. If you do not drink normal milk, they provide soy milk. I have got also fresh orange juice. :)
Guy at the reception desk and from the canteen was very polite.
Well, I have heard everything from rooms near by me. Walls are from weak materials.
Shower is veeeery small, little square. My ex-boyfriend would have problem to fit. Hahah. :)

very clean and cozy place , very friendly staff, good breakfast, as well as surrounded by many public transportation; including metro, buses, and trams.
small bathroom, and weak Wi-Fi

Great location (right next to Milano Lambarte train station). Relatively quiet.
Telephone enquires seem to be more important to the hotel staff than guests in the flesh. On several occasions, staff were more interested in speaking with potential guests on the phone than talking with me (i.e. checking me in/out, or responding to my queries, etc.), even though I was there way before the calls arrived. Not impressed!

close to transportation hubs, with easy access to trains and metro. Great breakfast.
like most modest hotels in Milan, excessively overpriced!

What I liked most about my stay was the staff, they are very kind, very helpful, especially the receptionists, and the breakfast was very good.

The place was clean. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was decent. The coffee too.
The shower is good.
Surprised it didn't have a higher rating.
It's very close to the metro and only a few stops to Centrale Station.
The bed wasn't extremely comfortable. I would prefer if there was a sign for the door to say if you wanted your room cleaned during your stay or not.
