Perfect for our family of 4 couples. Franchesca was so helpful and a joy to work with! The place was fabulous! Location was great for us. Shopping, restaurants, and the places we wanted to see were easy to get to. The apartment was very comfortable. So much nicer than staying in a hotel! I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

excellent location

The space was just as advertised. Spacious, clean, and perfectly located. Our group of four couples spent four terrific days in the flat. All of central Rome and the Vatican are within easy walking distance. Great neighborhood with lots of good restaurants and shopping. Francesca and Carolina were great to work with across the whole experiences. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I was looking for a property that could accommodate 4 couples and when I first stumbled upon this property, it seemed almost too good to be true. Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Francesca is the most thoughtful, gracious host. She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around and also organized our transfer to the airport. The property is perfect and very very clean! The kitchen contains everything one needs. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a large size for an apartment in Rome. We all had our individual rooms with bathrooms and were able to lock our rooms. In each room, there was a safety box and air conditioning. The location is incredible, around the corner from the Vatican and Castel San'Angelo and walking distance to the main attractions in Rome. Francesca had excellent recommendations on what to do in Rome and how to get around.​ She went way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thanks, Francesca! We will be back, Bettina

The location was excellent. Walking distance to St Peter's, the Vatican, Castle of the Angels... Our family was multi generational and the 4 bedrooms with the 4 baths in each bedroom was ideal for us. Air conditioning was a plus as it was in the 90's every day. Francesca was a big help and very easy to work with

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Francesca was very helpful and responsive in her communication. We rented the entire apartment and it was very comfortable for the 8 of us and very clean. The location is a great spot to walk to most sites.

Pros: A/C worked perfectly. This was the most important factor in the extreme heat. All areas other than the kitchen were perfectly clean. Neighborhood/location is wonderful. Property manager was prompt, friendly and responsive. Cons: Wifi was so-so in upstairs bedrooms. Many of the dishes and appliances in the kitchen were dirty. Lower living area and bedrooms had a musty smell. Beds were very hard (I realize this a personal preference). Bedding was clean but not at all luxurious. So, while some things completely lived up to expectations, some did not.

We arrived in the evening and the Property Manager Francesca was there waiting to set us up. The property was neat and clean and well stocked to get us started. Francesca helped us with restaurant suggestions and also helped with reservations!!! Beyond her duties. The property was within walking distance and a short taxi ride to all the places we wanted to see. Would definitely recommend!!!

We loved our stay in Rome. The cozy apartment offered plenty of space and privacy for our family of 8. Lots of restaurants and gelato nearby. Close to grocery stores, St Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican, and right on the bus line for easy access to the other side of the river. Hated to leave and would definitely recommend to others.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location is great, just a few blocks from the Vatican. Francesca is a great host and very kindly let us drop our bags off early.

We had a great stay at the Guesthouse Sant’Angelo in the Rione XXII Prati neighborhood of Rome. Francesca and Carolina were great hostesses, who met us during check-in, made sure that the apartment was already stocked with milk, coffee, and pastries for breakfast, offered to take us to the market for more groceries and also offered to make dinner reservations for us. They gave us recommendations for a dozen good restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk of the apartment, as well as a few places closer to the center of Rome. The neighborhood is very safe. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to St. Peter’s Square, if you want to visit either St. Peter’s Basilica and/or the Vatican Museums. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the taxi stand at Piazza Cavour, a 10 minute walk to the nearest Metro stop (Ottaviano), and about a 20 minute walk to Piazza Navona (the closest of the central Rome sites of interest). The apartment is beautifully appointed, and each of the four bedrooms has a bathroom and a comfortable queen-size bed. Our mixed-age family of seven had a pleasant stay, and we would definitely come back again!

Francesca met us upon our arrival and made us very comfortable in the apartment. Our stay was short, only one night, but we found the location to be very convenient in a nice neighborhood. I appreciated having access to the coffee machine and the pods were provided. Lovely apartment, very clean, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rome!

Very spacious and comfortable apt in walking distance to many local highlights including the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and more! Francesca was very accommodating and helpful and made us feel at home! Would stay again if we are lucky enough to return to Rome!

What a great place to stay in Rome. Located in a great safe neighborhood, close to The Vatican. Besides the large modern bedrooms and adjoining baths, property includes a nice dining/lounge area for getting together. Easily accommodated our party of ten. There are many great restaurants close by. Carolina and Federica were so nice and accommodating. We had a great time.
