Perfect for a short visit to Key West. Excellent location within walking distance of everything worth visiting. Pretty quiet considering the location. Hot tub a bonus after a lot of walking! Would highly recommend

Worked well for 4 people. One bathroom for 6 people would be difficult. Location was perfect. Nice kitchen Didn’t try hot tub but looked clean Only complaint was the floor was dirty but that’s an easy fix. Otherwise I would book again

It's a fine place if you're on a budget. Quiet end of town. Not the best insulation from the upstairs neighbor. TV's are ancient. Everything works as it should. Best deal I found for the season.

Overall, this space suited our needs for my family’s vacation.
Pros: This place was in a great location on the quiet end of Duval and right around the corner from a bike rental place! It also had a nice patio with table and chairs that we enjoyed, and the dedicated parking space was great.
Cons: The space could use some updating and a deeper clean before we came. We could also hear the upstairs neighbors moving around at times, and the beds were not the comfiest.

Our first impression was just how clean and well maintained the property was. This included the hot tub. Being on Duval Street it was extremely quiet. We heard a little music in the courtyard but inside you couldn’t hear any outside noise. The beds are very comfortable as is the living room furniture. Check in check out process couldn’t be any simpler. Parking in this area is a premium. My wife and I have been to Key West a handful of times and by far this was the best accommodations we have had.

Contact with us every step. Great communication. The place was very clean. Location was great and easy access to the area .

Clean, spacious enough for the 3 of us. Easy access, secure, right on Duval St. but tucked off the street. Not at all noisy. Short walk to beach one direction and more fun the other way. Well worth the price. Will definitely stay here again!

The location was great! It could use a up date and some repairs. But we still had a great time.

Fantastic location. Great service and very clean although well used. Beds were comfortable. Shower was good but it would be nice to have a ledge in the shower for soap and shampoo. Very nice apartment with plenty of room for the 5 of us.

Great location. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. History, restaurants, beaches and so much more. The unit was clean and cool and equipped with everything we needed.

We brought my 22 year old son and 2 of his friends down for spring break and we were pleasantly surprised at the accommodations and the location. Already referred it to our friends and will definitely stay there again when we return.

This is a lovely place for two couples, with two bedrooms. The location is perfect for a stay on the "quiet end" of Duval Street, close to the "Southernmost Point" and quality restaurants. It's not too long of a walk down Duval to the Mallory Square waterfront area.
The only problems were that the mattresses are terrible, like they were taken from a 40-year-old Motel 6. In the bedroom closest to the bathroom, the mattress was squeaky. The pillows were poor quality too. Also the key box situation at the gate was confusing. Apparently there's an old key box that is labeled with the address and unit number, but there was no key inside of it. Fortunately the gate was unlocked when we arrived, but later at night it took us a while to figure out the the key was in another unlabeled key box.
We arrived on the Key West Express boat several hours before check-in time, and the departing boat was several hours after check-out time. Fortunately the cleaning staff let us leave our luggage there at the beginning and ending of our stay.

Upstairs tenants were noisy at odd hours throughout the night. Extra chairs in living room would've been nice.

Great location!
Our family of four enjoyed staying at this condo. It was located right on Duval Street so we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. It was a good size and the washer/dryer combo was much appreciated after a day of snorkeling and wet clothes. Would highly recommend this place!

Nice, quiet spot on the far end of Duval. Easy walking distance to most popular tourist spots, but far enough from the bars that it was quiet in the evenings.

The property was clean and in a great location. It is important to note this is more like a hotel experience than a typical VRBO rental. There are NO extras. There were only 3 coffee cups and the coffee was the individual bags like a hotel. There was no salt, pepper, oil or other staples for cooking in the kitchen. The dishwasher is broken (the door fell off when not locked) and there wasn’t any dish soap provided for hand washing dishes. There was no access to ice. There were plenty of towels and the sheets were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and functional. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the minor inconveniences would not keep us from returning, we would just have to prepare differently.

The place was nice, had two rooms with nice queen size beds. Full kitchen with everyday items in the cabinets. It was the perfect place. A little bit of a walk to get to the main part on Duval where all the action is but not bad at all. Only complaint I have was a minor thing. We had difficulty getting into and closing the lock box outside of the gate. 4 people trying repeatedly. We gave up and left the gate open which is how we found it when we arrived. Then we got to our unit and there was an ELock (keypad) on the door which was fine. But the number 8 on the keypad wouldn’t work so after trying for about 5 minutes we found a worker and he said you really have to push the number 8 hard until you hear it beep. It was fine once we got in but very difficult without knowing in advance that it had those issues. We would definitely stay here again

Could be better
The unit is located on south end of Duval and is off the street. Great location for walking around Key West and catching the Duval Loop. There have been some upgrades to the unit but Vacasa should do more. The couch and wooden chair in living area need replaced as do the TV's. The Washer/Dryer works but is also showing its age. The kitchen is well equipped for those staying for long periods and doing their own cooking.
My major complaint is the unit is designed as upstairs and a downstairs unit. There is absolutely no sound barrier between the units. We were kept up late at night and very early in the morning with the upstairs guests moving around and talking. The barking dog could also be heard very clearly. I've stayed at up/down units before with no issues so this is definitely not the norm. Overall a 3 star unit that could easily be made a 4 or 5 with some care from Vacasa.

Missing Pools
The on-line description of the property stated that it had access to 2 community pools. When we arrived we could not understand where pools were located. When we reached out to the local Vacasa office we were put on hold for over 15 minutes, hung up on, and verbally assulted when we finally spoke to someone and asked where the pools were located. We were told that they "community" pools were not on site but actually two public pools which are located at various locations on Key West. Not at all what we expected and the person in the office was not very professional when we stated that they should state the location more clearly on their ads, she actually screamed at us and hung up. We had an issue with tiny bugs in the kitchen, actually getting into all of our snacks (chips, donuts, etc) that were on the counter, it all had to be thrown away. After our experience with Vacasa I won't book through them again!

No Pools
We were on vacation with another couple and we booked this unit because it stated access to 2 pools. Not the case. The pools they refer to are pools that are not on site and located in various places on the island "public pools". We had bugs invade our snack food bags that were left on the counter (pretzels, donuts, etc) and it all had to be thrown out. When we called the number listed for "questions or problems" we were left on hold for 15 minutes only to be hung up on and after we requested a manager the person that we dealt with was very unprofessional, condescending and when we requested her name she screamed it into the phone and hung up on us.

Our Key West stay
The bottom condo is not as nice is the top unit.
Floor is chipped in many spots. When we 1st walked in I wasn't sure if it was bugs or dirt but it was chips everywhere. The kitchen stools should be replaced to chairs with back so you are comfortable if sitting playing games or eating for a bit. It was great having the washer dryer, kitchen, and hot tub. But needs remodeling for the price that's being charged. Total opposite of the upstairs unit. We loved the privacy and location though.
