It’s very old and dirty

I paid for the three night and I stay only one night because there was bad smelll in the whole apartment . The apartment is old and all the furniture is smelling bad . No cleaning service . No friendly customers services

great view of the burj khalifa and dancing fountain. all the staff are great!

Breakfast was good, and location was excellent! Close to everything including the Dubai Mall. The views from our unit were absolutely amazing overlooking the Dubai Fountains and the Burj Khalifa. Our night host Alvin met us to ensure a smooth check in and check out. He was fantastic.

3 rooms are wonderful but the service room is less convenient

The location, ambience, interior design, services, the place was so clean and it felt like home! We had a full view of the Burj Khalifa and the dubai fountain!!! The views were unbeatable! It was worth it and I look forward to another day here

Everything actually. The views of the fountains burj khalifah were exceptional. The staff especially ED and Ena were very nice and welcoming. The apartment’s furniture was luxurious and very clean. There are pharmacy and grocery store just 1 minute down the apartment.

View - the view from the balcony and the rooms are fantastic, giving uninterrupted views of the Burj Khalifa and the dancing fountain. Nice, spacious apartment with all the amenities you could expect. Building concierge are friendly and having a keypad entry to get into the apartment was a great touch. Loved our stay and would recommend for those looking for an apartment with Downtown view in Dubai Special thanks to Miss Cherry who was there to receive us and attend to our every request with patience and a smile.

Some of the furniture was too big for the space and not always the most practical.
