The location was perfect, and the place was clean. Reynan & Aris were very helpful and they assisted us with our bags during check-in and check-out.

- The additional hidden cost, it was unexpected from 700AED as advertised to 149 OMR ++ per night. Once you confirm the payment, there are additional cost add which were not mentioned earlier before booking. i am not taking about tax. i am referring to cleaning charges etc.. - That there is extra cost for fresh towels (for such place I would expect fresh towel on the next day) - We were only provided with few bottles of water (for such place I would additional water on the next day) - The toaster was not working - Check out time was too early - Check in time was a little late - The master room bathroom sink was blocked - The master room bathroom, when finishing a shower and you open the glass door all the water from inside the shower goes out and wets the floor of the bathroom. Hence, we had to use the towels to dry the floor each time we shower. which resulted in less towels available to use - The mater room bathroom water pressure was a little low - In the master room i could not find an extra electrical wall outlet to use for charging my phone/laptop, Hence i had to remove one of lamps to charge my phone/laptop

The apartment was clean & kitchen was well equipped. View of fountain & Bhurj Khalifa was to die for. 😍 Staff reynaN was quick to respond & very helpful. Thanks 😍👍 I recommend without a 2nd thought Hope to visit again.

Location and cleanliness were very good.

Nothing that I disliked about the apartment, but check in could have been smoother.

Such a big scam, the apartment is old and the furniture is broken. They won’t even provide extra towels and we even had to pay money to get the apartment cleaned. They disabled the door lock and the security tags a day before our check out. Would not recommend this at all.

Location location location.

The apartment is MUCH smaller than it looks in the pictures. The guard at the reception took forever to take photos of our ids so we could enter. Parking was wayyy down in the basement.

Absolutely everything. Aries is the best host in the world ever. We changed 4 apartments of Elite Royal because if our long stay and all of them were perfect. Aries is so kind and always helpful. The transfer from each apartment to another was professional with a huge team of people helping with the luggage. I recommend all of the apartments. The best stay for one luxury stay in Dubai. The view is stunning.
