Primero resaltar el excelente trato de todos los trabajadores, siempre predispuestos a ayudarte en lo que necesites. Segundo, el lugar es digno de un hotel 5 estrellas. Pondría mas estrellas si pudiera.

Cordialità e disponibilità del personale. Struttura molto bella così come la stanza. Letto comodissimo. Posizione eccezionale per muoversi in qualsiasi direzione.

Unico piccolo difetto è la differenza di temperatura tra la camera e il bagno, che risultava un po' freddo, soprattutto durante la notte

Very clean and good space. Luxury hotel and the restaurant / breakfast amazing! Also my daughter forgot the jewelry box in the safe and they were amazing to help us to get it back.

Great location, with good rooms, a nice lobby and restaurant area. Valle's service was very professional and friendly.

Service level is disappointing for the price and stars - most of the staff were not really professional and service-oriented. E.g., we asked for cutlery (to be sent to our room) and never got them, even after 2 phone calls; 3 hours arranged night babysitter was suggested for EUR 170 - which is ridiculous anywhere, especially in Spain.

Tolles Hotel in guter Lage! Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und kümmert sich um alle anliegen. Gratis Wasser im Foyer sind Kleinigkeiten aber runden den Gesamteindruck und den Service vollkommen ab. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und frisch! Warme und kalte Speisen können zusätzlich zum Buffet a la carte bestellt werden und sind sehr lecker. Sehr aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Kellner. Das Zimmer ist Geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber und wir hatten sogar im Bad ein Fenster zum öffnen, was bei duschen super war! Alles im Allem sehr zu empfehlen, wir planen bereits unseren nächsten Aufenthalt dort!

Es gibt nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat. Vom Empfang bis zur Abreise war alles super!

We been to Hesperia Madrid many many time. We used to like how clean it is and how upscale the service was. But this last trip in July 2023 was a big disappointment. Staff was untrained,rude and a bit extra. Our room was left without water for 3 days despite our complains . Breakfast changed to less and less choices. Overall we were not happy and won’t come back again
