The staff are really helpful, especially Kariti and Xenia, the staff at the hotel do everything to make you feel welcome, comfortable and ensure all needs are met.

Great location on Beer Street, despite this, was not too noisy at night. Comfortable beds and quick decent breakfast. The hotel very kindly stored our luggage for us whilst we visited Sa Pa and allowed us to use their facilities after we arrived back following a night train! Thanks very much. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

AC could be stronger to cool the entire room.

The location of the hotel is really good. Very friendly staff who gave us really good recommendation for places to eat and visit.

The bed was gooood! We had a nice sleep. At first i was not happy that our room was on the side of the street, but there was no noise at night because they had to clean the street after 12pm and people had to go inside. So in the end all good.

It was kinda hard to get there in the evening because it was so busy in the beer street where the hotel is located.

We encountered ants in both the bed and the toilet during our stay. The staff promptly addressed the problem, but it was still a negative experience for us. It's worth noting that our friends staying in the neighboring room didn't have any ant issues and had a pleasant stay. It seems that the ant problem was specific to our room.

The property is centrally located and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was one of the best I have seen. Very helpful and courteous - especial thanks to Lhong (hoping I got it right) and Jay feom front desk. But overall everyone is super nice. Would love to come back again.

Staff went beyond expectations, even sourcing a needle and thread for me when a zip on my suit case broke. Some staff had very good grip of English language which was very helpful. Room clean and tidy, and as expected. We loved the staff, truely amazing!!! great location. Beds comfortable we loved the big European pillows, so comfortable. Tv and Netflix access made our stay complete. highly recommend.

Aircon was loud, but staff had a technician to see about it immediately, and showed me how to get no noise by simply turning it to low, but it just wasn’t cold enough in the room on low and thus we opted to put up with the noise. but don’t let that sway staying, we definitely recommend staying 100 percent.

Very nice staff and the location is in the center of the city.

It's on the "Beer Street" which means there is a lot of noise in the night. Also tge walls are very thin. We slept in the beggining of the hall and heard everyone that came from the elevator.

Loud music from the bars downstairs until very late (not the hotel's fault but just to make the future guests aware, our kids had difficulties in falling asleep because of that)

Hotel in an excellent location with huge and comfortable rooms

Unfortunately located in a very chaotic street and with nightclubs that have loud music until late at night. The room unfortunately does not have anti-noise windows and the music is very annoying.
