Modern Clean Breakfast

No pool Miles away from shops and bars Sometimes staff was unhelpful and didn't speak English.

I arrived around 10h00 and the room was already ready. That was a really good start of my holidays. As single travelling person, hotels often decide to give a bad room. But I was surprised in a positive way: I received a very nice room with a lot of sunlight. In the bathroom, there was plenty of towels (I love it). Breakfast times are great. During the weekend breaffast buffet is open until 11h00. I would recommend to have a bit more of variety in the breakfast buffet. It was mostly each day the same!

Ligging, ontbijt

Het was allemaal net niet af.. de douche was met lichte schimmel, de lamp was vast met plakband. Ik ging jaren naar de zelfde keten in Malaga en hoopte dat ik hetzelfde zou treffen in dit zakelijke hotel. Maar het hotel was het net niet. Niks te klagen over super vriendelijk personeel. Of het eten. Maar hotel opzich nee, mag een opknapbeurt hebben

Muy buenas instalaciones, Preciosa decoración, habitaciones, amplias bonitas y limpísimas. El staff lo mejor, amables y eficaces y el trato a mi mascota fue de 10

Instalaciones impresionantes, muy moderno acogedor luminoso y limpio. Habitaciones amplias limpias e impecables! Todo ha sido perfecto! El personal de recepción muy amable y el restaurante funciona muy bien. LES DOY UN 10.

Gode faciliteter - meget lyst på værelset, dejligt stort badeværelse, god rumlig plads.

Det ligger langt fra byen. Jeg vil ikke anbefale dette hotel, hvis man gerne vil udforske midtbyen, idet det ikke ligger centralt og man skal bruge meget tid på offentlig transport (busserne kører dog meget ofte, så man stod ikke og ventede i alt for langtid, hvis man ikke nåede den første bus)

Grande struttura ma che non da un senso di vespaio, con interni ben tenuti, caldi e accoglienti. Staff molto gentile e premuroso.

La vasca da bagno era scheggiata in più punti e una parete aveva dello scotch americano per coprire una rottura, ma nel complesso la stanza era pulita e molto silenziosa.

Staff were absolutely fantastic. Really knowledgable and also helpful. Guiding us on which areas to visit and also arranging transport.

Unfortunately the room we were allocated smelt of cigarette smoke. Especially with a child this is not good. However I must add that the staff moved me rooms right away and went above to apologise.

Brak miejsca do palenia na wyższych piętrach hotelu. Mało przyjazna obsługa rejestracji- mogli by się chociaż uśmiechnąć jak wchodzisz lub powiedzieć dzień dobry. Dość drogo w barze i restauracji goście zamawiali Glovo na kolację.

Sehr schöne Lounge und eine tolle Bar. Alles sehr sauber und das ganze Personal ist sehr freundlich.

El confort de la habitación en general; la habitacion era amplia y comoda y caliente. Llegamos y se estaba calentito en todas las instalaciones. Mucha elegancia.

La cama y los cojines no eran comodos, nos costo dormir.

Nettes Business Hotel, nicht zu weit vom Flughafen entfernt, bis zum Zentrum doch eher weit, leider keine U-Bahn Station in der Nähe.

Ich musste leider 4 Mal um eine Rechnung bitten und habe sie dann nach 14 Tagen dann doch noch erhalten. Ear nicht Top

The Hotel and staff

The elevator its slow and not well programmed

 This was a good hotel in terms of function and layout. The breakfast were varied and generous and the staff in there worked very hard.

In spite of several requests to get the TV sorted out so that I could cast from my phone and watch a film to relax in the evening, staff were unable to resolve this over a period of four days.

Un peu loin du centre ville mais assez proche de commodité pour pouvoir s’y rendre

Large rooms, fairly good breakfast spread, very clean and excellent facilities. Staff were very kind and helpful.

The location is a small bit far from the city but the taxis are very reasonable and the public transport is brilliant!

Ubicación por trabajo. Buena relación calidad precio.

Las dos ultimas veces que nos hemos alojado estaba el hotel en obras. Pero tampoco ha sido ningún inconveniente para acomodarnos. Otra cosa que no nos gusta mucho es que hay bañera y no hay ducha.

Staff should learn more about customer service specifically if the client does not speak Spanish.

The way they handle my order at lunch time, they made me wait at the counter for more than 20 min before they could come and take my order, I had to ask why I was being ignored. The sMw thing happen in the evening while ordering a drink, the lady ignored my presence and was chatting freely and refuse to sale a.drink to my friend, it was 22h20
