The staff member who met me to check me in and give me the keys etc was lovely and very helpful

The price was NOT worth what I got. The place overall aswell as both the rooms i saw were just not good. In my room specifically nothing quite seemed to fit together and felt like a mix and match of whatever they happened to have lying around at the time. The curtains were mismatched, dirty and stained, the kettle switch was broken and didnt automatically turn itself off after it boiled even though it's supposed to, there wasnt even a bar of soap in the bathroom or towel already hanging in the bathroom, no dish towel, no cleaning or sanitising materials provided for the floors or surfaces, the windows were filthy, the guard rail outside the window is literally falling off of the rest of the building, there were no batteries even in the remote for the aircon so that was unusable, the pool was filthy and the water level was very low - pretty much looking like it hasnt been cleaned in any way in for atleast a few weeks. I never once saw the owners or even another staff member. When I asked if I could stay an hour longer after checkout time while waiting for my planes boarding time to approach, I was beyond gobsmacked to hear that I would in fact have to pay another whopping r150 for this "privelage" even though the entire rest of the place was empty and seemingly totally abandoned. Ridiculous.

The staff was very welcoming,our hosts , Memory and Charnice,the ladies were the best .our stay exceeded our expectations, we were home away from home.everything about the property was exceptional and value for money

I loved the staff...Memory and Shanice, those girls were very welcoming, helpful, respectful and they tried by all means to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They helped carry our luggage up the stairs even when we left they were still just as helpful.

They took pictures of the rooms and not the outside area. When we got there, we were surprised to see a sh*t load of stairs...from the entrance all the way up to our room. It made it difficult to travel up those stairs with our luggage plus our parents are old to walk up those stairs. Also the pool is very small, literally a square by the corner enough to fit 3 people standing not swimming and it looked dirty. Our sheets were not changed. There's no floor mat outside the shower so the bathroom gets all wet after bathing, and there's no mop. So it was a mess. Not happy at all with this place, but Memory and Shanice made it bearable because the owner is not friendly nor welcoming at all.

Comfortable, modern airconditioned rooms. Friendly host thst easily accomodated my family and 2 dogs.

Nose levels after hours from inconsiderate guests.
