Нам понравилось все, нас не смущали даже летающие самолеты, зато никакого другого шума не было. От дороги далеко. Отель новый с новой мебелью с новым белоснежным постельным бельем, оно даже хрустело как-то особенно. Это был шестой наш отель на маршруте по Индии и это действительно был лучший отель. Он удачно расположен. Отель чистый, не по меркам Индии, а вообще, чистый. Сантехника вся новая и исправно работает, горячая вода идет хорошим напором неограниченное время, кухня с чайником и плитой на каждом этаже. Приветливый и услужливый персонал не желающий тебе что-то втюхать подороже. Однозначно рекомендую этот отель и сама остановилась бы в нем еще раз. А и да, так как мы были зимой, в номере было холодно, они дали нам хороший обогреватель!

Далековато от центра, но лучше подальше от центра, зато не в шумном старом отеле в Пахаргандже.

This was the best stay in Delhi! The rooms were spacious, clean and had all the facilities I needed. The place has an informal atmosphere but yet with high quality service. Friendly staff and alway willing to help. I felt safe as a woman travelling alone and for sure will come back whenever in Delhi. In walking distance of Delhi metroline and some shops for daily needs.

Fijne ruime kamer en hygiëne. Personeel ontzettend aardig, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Flexibiliteit van eigenaar ivm later uitchecken.

Jammer dat personeel nauwelijks Engels spreekt. Moeilijke en verwarrende conversaties...

The best host I have ever seen. Good food and staff

Staff was very helpful. There were some hiccups at the start, but they informed me timely, offered me very good alternatives and were very helpful all the time. I could always contact them. The breakfast was also nice and freshly made in the morning. The apartment was very clean and located in a safe area with restaurants within walking distance. The bed is very comfortable.

It would've been nice to also have a key to the front door of the whole apartment, instead of a key to the room only. Just a suggestion which should not prevent anyone from booking this place.

Nous nous sommes vraiment bien plu dans cet établissement que je qualifierais de b&b. Tout le personnel, y compris le manager, est d’une grande gentillesse et très accommodant. Merci à Simarjeet d’avoir accepté ma proposition de paiement alternative alors que j’avais omis le fait que seuls les paiements en espèces sont possibles. Nous avions trois chambres et nous sentions vraiment à l’aise, un peu comme chez nous. Certes, la station de métro la plus proche est à +/- 25 minutes à pied mais de nombreux tuktuks sont disponibles si vous ne souhaitez pas marcher. A deux pas se trouvent qq commerces de proximité, de nombreux vendeurs de fruits et légumes et à environ 10-15 minutes, un quartier avec beaucoup de restaurants tibétains et coréens.

The staff were great ensuring we had water and food. The food was amazing there. The rooms were big and clean.

The location for us was not great. We felt we could not walk about outside of the hotel. However we did have a small child, this might have been different if we had come with her. It is close to tourist area and Ubers were easy to use from and to the location.

I love the free Dhal fry. I love the owner. Very hospitable. I love the staffs, they cook really well. It’s not too spicy, not too much spices, not too much garlic and onions. I will surely go back for the delicious Dhal fry. Also advice for travelers who are always hot, there is a room that has a huge AC, you can request for it.

Close to the Embassy's; I was staying while waiting for VISA purposes. Friendly and helpful staff; really go out of their way to help you out in case you are new to the area or need anything. There's home-cooked food available also.

Finding out the place late into the night was a big trouble since most of the gates in the residential colony were closed to car. A clear direction to the property would have been great. However, the team helped me get to the apartment on phone. Thanks.

Mr Simarjeet, Was extremely helpful and very accommodating on my requests. Always quick to respond. His Main person in charge and assistants was always there at your service with a smile 💐

The best place to stay, when you are visiting Delhi. Close to every possible location. The caretakers are amazing and they pamper you a lot. The best part is I made this my go to place in Delhi

great place! it's at the perfect location, which makes it easily accessible to visit the best eateries/cafes in Delhi. the staff here is great and very kind, vijendra is a sweet guy, he made our stay comfortable and provided his best service to us. will surely be at Avtaar living if we visit Delhi again.
